Ulasan Pyramisa Suites Hotel Cairo

Very dirty hotel. Broken ceiling. Staff gave us dirty and broken rooms on purpose. Wifi wasn't working, AC wasn't working. We booked 3 rooms and I had my parents and my young children with me. They had plenty of good rooms available, which were of the same category that I had booked. But they didn't give us. Staff was friendly but their policy is probably to give the bad rooms out and keep the good ones unused. Not going to pyramisa again.

The furnitures are old, the towels look old, the place is full of dust behind the tv and the corners, the price is too expensive for what you get! The service is very good everyone very friendly and they like to help.

Very good

We book a room with 3 single beds, we arrived around 6 (3 hours after check in) & there were only 2 beds , 2 hand towels only, the room became ready around 10 o’clock after we contacted them many many times. We stayed 2 nights & no one came to clean the room & empty the bin which as usual all 5* hotels follow. Only the reception & food area are nice & clean plus very good breakfast. We decided not to book it again .

第一次給差評 環境臟亂差毫無四星級的標準可言。 再投訴了一次後，要求重新收拾房間還是臟 （圖為投訴後重新清潔後的樣子。）

酒店確是老牌五星，雖然門面不大，但大堂熱鬧豐富，進門就要安檢，門口50米還有個哨崗，所以還是很有安全感的。早餐我覺得在開羅也算是很滿意啦，品種豐富，除了常規的牛肉、雞肉腸，還有切片的鹵牛肉，味道很中國，還有烤茄子，水果也很豐富，有新鮮椰棗品嚐。總歸從阿聯酋到埃及，剛開始落差很大，這個早餐讓我們覺得心情好些。唯一弱的房間內部設施，確實老舊且不那麼乾淨，但空調、水電等等都可以用，能接受就好，畢竟整體價格還是實惠。十歲孩子吃早餐也沒有另外收費。

非常好的一個酒店，在尼羅河旁，可以看到尼羅河落日餘暉，到景點距離均比較近，位置比較方便，值得推薦的好酒店。

便器の隣のものの使い方がよくわからない。 ホテルの設備は全体古いですが、一階のレストランはお美味しかった。
