Hotel berhampiran ELSI BUILDING, Addis Ababa

Exceptional overall, I was very pleased! From check in to check out everything was great. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The only person not as friendly was the lady in the gift shop, but she was not rude in any way, just not as helpful or cheerful as everyone else. The chef in the breakfast restaurant was so knowledgeable and friendly and food was superb!

A good place for holidays and anyone who wants to enjoy the picnic of that place

Amazing stay at the hotel. The service was excellent. The rooms was always clean. The staff at the hotel was always happy and tried to help us with everything we asked for. The food at the hotel was really good. We also got suprised that the hotel had a spa. The spa was good and could be used for free in the morning.

酒店位置非常便捷，坐落在市中心，距離機場很近，有免費機場巴士，但是電話未打通，飛機落地後等了一個小時沒等到機場巴士，衹能自己打車。 推薦商務出行入住

Very excellent hotel, the location is great, very clean from inside and outside. I hope they get a better system of knowing that travellers are coming, and while all booking are done online, plus paid. Asking for confirmation number, is a great way to start. I’m not writing this review to say anything bad about this hotel, but I have been in a very smaller hotel than this, and they automatically know that I have a confirmation, and booking has been done. Meanwhile, the biggest hotel they should know quickly than that. I love the stuff they are very great. I love the breakfast, but with the price of the rooms, I think that breakfast should be included in the rooms. I really appreciate the generosity. I Also, look forward in the future stay there. hotel is quite new and room is very good. breakfast is all Chinese food. Reception is nice too. but the taxi they ordered for me charged me 5 times higher than normal taxi..... the food like bread or cakes in their ground floor are very expensive all restauarant on that street are quite expensive

I am overlanding through Africa for almost a year now and this hotel has been a fabulous experience for me. The check in went smooth and I was allowed in early. The staff is exceptional! From the front desk to the wait staff of the restaurant, which has amazing and well priced food, to the maids. Bravo to all on a job well done. The spa is also lovely. I very much enjoyed a steam, sauna and massage by the incredible staff worker. I would recommend 100% to stay here. The location is great. I feel safe. The Wi-Fi and room is amazing. Thank you 😊

第一次到埃塞，很幸運的選擇了這家華人酒店，老闆很熱情，在到埃塞前就拉了一個羣，機場碰到問題可以有當地翻譯協助。到埃塞接送機 ，換錢一步到位，酒店對面就能辦電話卡非常方便。接機還收到了翻譯小姐姐的鮮花💐 酒店的自助式中餐也很實惠，每天會變化不同的菜式。

I stayed in Hotel Lobelia for a total of 5 nights during 3 separate times in July. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10min drive from Bole international airport, & a free hotel airport shuttle is provided. This was perfect for me as I had to fly in & out of Addis Ababa a couple of times as I traveled around Ethiopia. Besides being close to the airport, the hotel is also very close to many other establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, mall, etc. There is also an ATM just outside the hotel lobby so this was extra convenient. The 3 different rooms I stayed in during my 3 separate stays were all spacious, satisfactory, & clean. The bed was quite comfortable, & the wifi worked well in the room. There was also a separate seating area. A menu for the restaurant, as well as all the services offered by the hotel are also conveniently provided on the desk in the room. The bathrooms are quite small, however, and can use some upgrades, but overall it was fine, and the hot water shower was great. On one of my stays, I did end up getting upgraded to one of the suites, which was a very big room with a very big bathroom. They serve a buffet breakfast which typically included traditional Ethiopian dishes, and sometimes eggs & pancakes, in addition to toast, fruits, juices, coffee, & tea. Besides breakfast, food is available all day at their restaurant, as well as room service. The food at the restaurant is quite good so I did eat here a couple of times. Laundry service was also good – I dropped it off just before 8:30am & got it back just after lunch. They also have luggage storage, which I used to store my big backpack, while I traveled to other parts of Ethiopia with just a small backpack. The overall service is really good here; plus, all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the shuttle service, are really nice, friendly, & accommodating. There was always someone to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed, which I really appreciated. This hotel is definitely good value for a short stay in Addis Ababa with easy access to the airport.

Great location, very nice room. Clean a little on top when it come for rates but it stands for it
