I am overlanding through Africa for almost a year now and this hotel has been a fabulous experience for me. The check in went smooth and I was allowed in early. The staff is exceptional! From the front desk to the wait staff of the restaurant, which has amazing and well priced food, to the maids. Bravo to all on a job well done. The spa is also lovely. I very much enjoyed a steam, sauna and massage by the incredible staff worker. I would recommend 100% to stay here. The location is great. I feel safe. The Wi-Fi and room is amazing. Thank you 😊

A nice hotel with amenities (hot water supply, bed comfort,Wi-Fi) in good shape. Also you can relax in the pool or enjoy the on-site spa. Room rate is significantly lower than other big name hotel brands in Addis Ababa.

Great location, very nice room. Clean a little on top when it come for rates but it stands for it

Saya tinggal di sini selama hampir sebulan. Pengalaman minggu pertama adalah malang kerana saya terpaksa melakukan kuarantin selama 7 hari dan bilik tidak selesa. Ia tidak sebersih mungkin sama sekali. Tingkap itu tidak mempunyai cahaya yang menjadikannya sangat sukar untuk bekerja dalam talian, terutamanya apabila anda mengadakan mesyuarat dan mesyuarat video harian. Bilik itu sangat sangat sejuk dan tiada pemanas. Beberapa lampu juga tidak berfungsi, kilat boleh dipertingkatkan. Ini menjejaskan kerja saya Pembinaan bertentangan dengan tingkap agak menyeramkan kerana ia mencuri semua cahaya semula jadi dan ia kelihatan agak menakutkan. Pada minggu pertama, saya diberitahu maklumat yang berbeza oleh kakitangan yang berbeza yang mengelirukan. Malangnya keputusan COVID saya lewat, yang menyebabkan saya terpaksa melanjutkan penginapan saya untuk dua hari akan datang. Pernah saya ingin minum di restoran/bar dan pelayan memberitahu saya perlu minum di dalam bilik saya. Kemudian saya melihat orang lain minum di bar. Mereka harus berkomunikasi antara satu sama lain atau dengan pengurus untuk melihat perkara yang dibenarkan atau tidak. Kakitangan harus lebih banyak berkomunikasi antara satu sama lain untuk pemahaman yang lebih baik supaya mereka boleh memberitahu pelanggan perkara yang sama dan tidak berbeza. Kakitangan harus faham bahawa kadang-kadang Jika pelanggan berasa tertekan, anda perlu mengakuinya dan tidak memberi alasan. Mungkin kerana COVID, kemudahan hotel yang lain telah ditutup kerana saya diberitahu bar di tingkat 9 ditutup, tiada spa, kedai barang kemas dan cenderahati ditutup, gim tidak boleh diakses. Lokasi di lokasi yang sempurna di Bole, berhampiran dengan restoran dan kafe. Terdapat kafe Infiniti betul-betul di sebelah hotel yang hebat. Secara keseluruhan, saya rasa kakitangannya ramah dan membantu dan cuba membantu apabila mereka boleh. Beberapa kakitangan adalah lebih baik dan benar-benar meyakinkan seperti seorang kakitangan di meja depan yang membantu saya menukar ke bilik baru dan mengarahkan saya ke pusat membeli-belah Edna dan membantu dengan pengangkutan dan lain-lain. I had an amazing stay at TH-bonerosl hotel From the moment i arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality. The room was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The breathtaking view was an unexpected delight. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and gem. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was memorable. I can't wait to return and experience the exceptional service once again.

hotel is quite new and room is very good. breakfast is all Chinese food. Reception is nice too. but the taxi they ordered for me charged me 5 times higher than normal taxi..... the food like bread or cakes in their ground floor are very expensive all restauarant on that street are quite expensive

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel on my first trip to Addis. The friendliness of all the staff, the huge respect shown to me as a guest, whether it was in getting a lift, having coffee, working out in the gym, or eating at the restaurant. The attention to service was quite exceptional. I make special mention here of Abel at the front desk. I travel quite a bit but i can easily say that his service was the best i have encountered in my 30 years of travel. He offered advice, suggested things to make my stay better, and ensured that whatever requirements i needed were addressed. He was exceptional. Deep thanks to him. I would return just for the service and friendliness of the hotel staff (outside of the great amenities and services) - my stay was like being a member of a hotel family and made going to work in Addis for the 5 days i was there infinitely easier and meaningful.

The experience at Best Western Dynasty Premier was excellent. The conference rooms were classy and we didn't have any interruptions. The meals during the conference were also yummy. I also had a good stay courtesy of the wonderful and cordial staff and amazing rooms. I can't wait to come back again. This is a good place to be. I d definitely recommend it to my friends and family

Mahlet Gezahegn, the front desk representative, deserves commendation from management. I forgot to request a rollaway bed, and although the situation was quite complicated, she went above and beyond to turn my stress into a happy smile. It's people like Mahlet who leave a lasting impression. I will share this story with numerous other travelers, as her exceptional assistance deserves to be rewarded and celebrated. Having stayed at hundreds of Marriott properties, her service stands out in my memory. I will always choose this hotel whenever I'm in Ethiopia. Thank you, Marriott, and thank you, Mahlet! This hotel is the nicest in the area and its a one-step shop and you will be happy to have stayed here. All of staff is amazing and have friendly smiles. But what Mahlet did stood out. And also, a young gentleman by the name King from the executive lounge - deserves to be commended too. You can tell he enjoys what he does and wants happy guest. So please acknowledge them both!!!
