一家擁有米其林二星和米其林一星的餐廳的酒店。酒店很大，我們吃了日料創意的米一餐廳。前菜不錯，主菜不好吃。而且流水線很強。
酒店房間還可以，很大，但是陽台是梯田式，樓上可以看到樓下他們陽台在乾嘛，這個隱私上不是很好。陽台可以正看夕陽。門口就是一個小村的感覺，有超市有餐廳，去海邊很近，附近還有一個天體沙灘。早餐還不錯，就是服務員不怎麼樣。

As stated this is our third visit to this fabulous hotel. Jan 2020, Jan 2022 and Jan 2024. It ticks every box - great staff willing to help, the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in (and I mean worldwide), comfortable modern rooms, fabulous pool area, amazing buffet breakfasts, I could go on. The only slight disappoin**ent is the evening buffet at Nao restaurant - was never as good as the breakfast buffet but that's a tough order. My husband's small gripe is that the room is open plan with only a frosted glass sliding door for the loo for privacy. Thank goodness for the terrace to adjourn to! Thanks to all concerned for making our stay so wonderful.

The hotel is beautifully designed, in the beautiful surroundings of La Caleda village. Everything clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The balcony is also incredibly spacious. The acoustics are very good, I never heard anything from other rooms or from the corridor. The room service was very good. The breakfast was unforgettable. A wide selection of everything. The cheeses were my favorite, the coffee was also wonderful and the juices at the juice bar. The service was excellent. Convenient to be able to go to the store and shop if something is missing

This was our second visit to the Royal Hideaway. Whilst we did encounter some issues which took a bit longer that expected to sort out, overall we were very happy with our stay. The rooms are beautiful with a very comfortable bed and huge balcony. If you want the panoramic view, you need to select rooms on floors 3,4 or 5. Rooms are cleaned to an exceptional standard every day. I also loved the night service. Air-conditioning is effective and very quiet. Breakfast is served until 11am and the choice is just amazing. We ate once in the evening at the Nao pop up restaurant, again the choice was excellent with the main meal cooked by one of the chefs. The cocktail bar in the 5th floor with the infinite pool relaxing and the views are lovely. The Michelin star restaurant is also located on the 5th floor (this is independently owned) but unfortunately we could not eat here on this occasion as my husband has a shellfish allergy. If you join the Barceló club, you will benefit from various discounts such as 10% off food and beverages and discounts on accommodation. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in La Caleta which is within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also took a trip to the North of the island which was of course is much greener than the south. Garachico is a lovely town and well worth a visit.

Mostly excellent, but a few *******…..this was our second visit and we particularly love the location, the friendly staff, the half board buffet option, and best of all, the fitness classes One major issue for us on this visit was the amount of smoking; we were unfortunate to be next door to a smoker so our balcony became unusable for us when we would have enjoyed sitting out there before dinner. Also, people smoked continuously up at the rooftop pool (there is even a row of chairs with ashtrays so it is actively encouraged), and this really spoiled an otherwise idyllic experience. Opening times were also quite restrictive; the downstairs pool didn‘t open until 0930 and the spa until 1100, and the bar at the upstairs pool wouldn‘t even serve me a diet coke at 1000 in the morning despite there being staff there, as they ‚‘didnt open until 1030‘ These irritations aside, overall this is a lovely place. A special shout out for Andreas who manages the rooftop pool; when he is there the service is amazing, when he‘s off…there isnt really any service! The lovely Gaia who served us most days at breakfast and dinner, and our fitness instructor Alejandro, fabulous pilates classes.

Home away from home! We have never been disappointed - everyone in this hotel tries to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Every time, despite many stays, we are pleasantly surprised by something: a new bag, a hat, Guerlain cosmetics. We would especially like to thank the breakfast team at Olivia - Justyna, Angie, Chef Andres, who had angelic patience with Victoria and Christopher, our twins. A new Girls in a Kids Club made our Kids very happy and gave us great free time . If you want to really relax, this hotel and the people working there will guarantee it!

My husband and I stayed at Royal Hideaway Corales Beach for our honeymoon for 5 nights. We LOVED our stay. The hotel is immaculately clean, the staff is so helpful and kind, and all the facilities are top of the line. We used their gym, both pools, and really enjoyed our room with balcony. Beautiful views, very quiet and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, The breakfast was not only in a beautiful setting but also had such high quality and a huge variety. Would highly recommend staying here, we had a great experience all around. No complaints!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, exactly like all of the pics. I had some outbound flight issues and contacted the hotel beforehand who were so amazingly helpful and even upgraded my room as I was checking in so late. The pools and the facilities are lovely. The food in all of the restaurants were also amazing, didn’t try the Michelin starred restaurants but the others were lovely. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star is that there often lacked a**osphere in the restaurants and just in general in the evening . Even so, I would definitely stay again, perfect for a quiet recharge.

Very good hotel in lovely location in the quieter end of Costa Adeje at la Caleta. Staff always smiling and friendly and rooms well proportioned with large balconies. Food is very good and there are a good selection of restaurants to choose from. Unfortunately the best and biggest of the three pools is actually located in the coral suites side of the hotel which is family friendly and therefore noisier but this area is more spacious whereas the adult only pool area feels a little cramped. One thing that is of concern is the insufficient number of sunbeds in the Adult area and it is very unfortunate that certain people are still being allowed to reserve sunbeds first thing in the day and then waltz off to spend a few hours having a leisurely breakfast. It’s usually the same people doing this every day and I guess they think they are more special that the rest of the guests ! Hotel guests shouldn’t be allowed to reserve sunbeds and then disappear off to do other things for the rest of the day. If you haven’t returned to your sunbeds within a reasonable time ( max 1 hr) then the towels should be removed and someone else allowed to make use of them.
