Der Start war nicht schlecht, nette Begrüßung bei der Ankunft und Hilfe mit dem Gepäck. Das zugewiesene Zimmer war auch ok, wenn auch schlecht geputzt. Am Abend nachdem wir nach dem Dinner zurückgekommen sind, viel uns die laute Klima im Raum auf. Wir informierten die Rezeption, aber es war zu spät noch etwas zu tun. Am nächsten Morgen kam der Techniker vorbei und bestätigte die hohe Lüfterlautstärke, aber es war technisch bedingt. Im Anschluss suchten wir mit einem Mitarbeiter der Rezeption ein neues zimmer. Nach mehreren Versuchen haben wir eines gefunden, soweit so gut. Aktuell wäre ich somit bei 4/5 Punkten. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und von geringer Qualität, extra bezahlt hätte ich hierfür nichts. Somit einen punkt Abzug und ich würde dem Hotel 3 Punkte geben. Am letzten Tag ist mir nach dem Aufstehen ein hochgerutschter Matratzenschutz aufgefallen, typisch deutsch wollte ich ihn wieder rueberziehen und schaute, leider, auf die Matratze. Die Matratze war stark verschmutzt, einfach ekelhaft. Ich habe nicht weiter geschaut, bin aber sicher das sie komplett dreckig war. Das geht garnicht für ein 5Sternehaus mit entsprechenden Preisen. Somit der 1 punkt, am liebsten würde ich 0 Geben.

The attention to detail was shown from when were greeted when we got out of the car and taken to reception.The location of the hotel was convenient to get to our business calls as well as walking distance to shops and restaurants.My only disappointment was the club access which l felt was not up to the Pullman standards we have experienced at other Pullman hotels. I would still recommend this hotel when staying in Adelaide.

The Stay at crown plaza was one of the most amazing experience that we had after a long time , Me and my family stayed in the hotel at the Christmas time , there were activities for kids and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay , the food and drinks were amazing and the shops in walking distance if you like to do shopping. We had a fabulous time at this hotel, travelled as a family with one teenager. We had a Junior Suite with an extra bed. Positives: - Lovely staff and service at reception. We arrived early in the morning and were offered complementary early check-in at midday. This often gets mentioned, but not many places make a genuine effort to make it happen, even far pricier hotels. - Liked the design - cheerful, retro touches, nice vibe. - The Junior Suites are lovely, with a separate bedroom and some balcony space. - Decent gym and swimming pool. They say it’s heated on their website. Not particularly, when we tried it. - Location: Very central, easy to walk to the town centre. Opposite the central market which is fun to visit. - I think the pricing is fair for Australia, given the space, location and service. Potential room for improvement: - Not much given the price category. We were not keen on the breakfast. It was part of the rate, but not the quality we would expect. On the other hand, do I want to pay twice the room rate to get a better breakfast or perhaps just go the outstanding cafe next to the hotel (Market St). We had breakfast at Market St, Crack Café round the corner and once at the market. - The bath tub works with the space constraints. Not much of a problem for us as we are short, but for a tall person it only allows a sort of half seated bath. We have previously stayed at a Sofitel in Adelaide, and much prefer Indigo. Will probably stay there again.

This is a very new hotel (opened within the last 12 months and is a new build) and it was an excellent stay. At check in I was greeted by an incredibly friendly person at reception and was promptly given a room key for a room on the 10th floor (of eleven) which had an excellent view! The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable with pillows that more than met my incredibly picky tastes in pillows. The bathroom was well laid out and had liquid hand soap for washing your hands which I always appreciate seeing. The TV in the room had Foxtel channels plus also had inbuilt Chromecast support for casting your streaming apps to it which is also something I've grown to love in hotels and wish more did this! The hotel was in a good location for the city although I'm not sure what the hotel's official parking arrangements are - because I was staying on the weekend, I ended up parking at the KPark outdoor parking area on the corner of Angas and Pulteney Streets (about three minutes walk away) which charged $4 for 12 hours of parking. There are also bus stops right outside the hotel and you can easily walk further up Pulteney Street to get to bus stops to other parts of town. I was very impressed with all aspects of my stay here and would happily stay here in again in the future without question, but I do have one suggestion - another bin in the room would be nice, as the only bin I could find was a small one in the bathroom and I filled it in about thirty seconds after I put my takeout rubbish in it.

這家酒店超級推薦，不管是商務出行還是家庭旅遊！房間很乾凈還有一個陽台，這個時間段陽光很好天氣很好！前台的服務員很熱情，我手機沒電了也幫我充電，還幫我叫TAXI。裏面住的人基本都是老外，雖然不是五星酒店，但是整體素質和酒店裝修都讓人爽心悅目！出來走1分鐘就是私立學校，在陽台上就能看到小學生們早上7點多就起來打球了，整體氛圍感太好啦！下次還會繼續入住。唐人街裏的中餐也不錯哦，一品軒！

We stayed here for a two night break, lured in by the stylized photographs. The hotel itself was built in 1926, and I think the rooms were last refurbished around 1976 the furniture is old and dated. The med was comfortable, but we found some serious stains on the bedding. The location is excellent for trams and access to Rundle St Mall, however being so close to Hi key Street means that there are council street sweeper trucks passing around 430am ever morning. Also, the lane way that has access to the hotel had a few undesirable characters camping in the doorway of the hotel, and having a little drink and argument to themselves quite late. The cold water tap in the bathroom didn’t work. We alerted the hotel reception who told us there was someone booked to come and fix it whilst we were out. When we returned it had not been fixed. We told the receptionist that it hasn’t been fixed so if the plumber had billed them, then he hadn’t done his job. Finally, the hotel policy has a clause for “night workers” who are to “escort their guests out of the building and ensure the security fort is closed” I wasn’t quite sure what that meant at first, but it didn’t take long for the penny to drop. Several times during the night there was a rhythmic banging of the headboard in the adjacent room ….. business must have been good! Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. We lamented over the additional $20 a night extra we could have spent to have a much nicer hotel, just an extra block away from being smack bang in the middle of the city.

I don’t like a soft bed but managed to manipulate that with load of pillows. Lovely room. The hotel is clean and tidy and v professional staff. The restaurant is excellent and the bar is very good though drinks a bit pricey for Adelaide! I’d stay here again definitely. Close to the bus stop for Hahndorf and close to the mall and all the necessary monuments and buildings. The maid service was unimpressive. They drool No notice of the card I left stating what I’d not touched, items were missing from the fridge nibbles and they didn’t replace anything that was eaten over the stay. Pet or as wet like or nuts!

Well there might be a sign at the front desk stating ”leave a 5-star review for a free coffee”. . Forgive me for selling out but coffee is coffee 😅 Okay, well this hotel is comfortable and clean with no real negatives. If I had to be picky, I would say it needs better TV selections for movies, maybe Foxtel and Netflix enabled. The balcony is nice although the views from my room were of a back street but still nice to have that option. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. No in room snacks or drinks but there is a vending machine downstairs. Overall a nice stay, good pizza bar near by and good location.
