We stayed here last night as we were going to The 10cc concert. Arrival was swift and easy and the room was already available. Our room was a junior suite facing North Terrace, it was clean and quiet. We enjoyed 2 complimentary drinks from the bar. They have refurbished the hotel but I think the bar looks a touch bland and not welcoming. I would have thought that there would have been sanitiser available on all levels by the lifts and in the room also. The shampoo, soap etc no longer comes as individual packs but huge bottles and being still in Covid times I thought this a bit off putting. Breakfast was ok nothing special and luckily we had ours included or it would have cost us $42.00 per person and it was not worth that much. The pre-made pancakes were freezing cold. There was a good range of cereals and the fruit plates were nice but had defrosted and tinned fruit also. I found all the supposedly hot foods not hot but cool venturing on cold and they need to do something about the baked beans as they were nasty. We had a slight hiccup on leaving as we were almost charged for two glasses of red wine which we quickly told the receptionist we never had. She amended that quickly so all good.

We are still waiting for a call back with regards to a lost white soft toy which housekeeping has mistakenly removed while changing the beddings. That soft toy has sentimental values to my son and it’s traveled everywhere with him. We have been told we’ll receive a call and it will be posted back but no news yet. It has been 3 weeks since we left.

Ibis Adelaide was a great location that was central to shops, groceries, transit, restaurants and cool sites. The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was bright. The air conditioning/heating feature was pleasant. Having a big screen tv in the room was nice for relaxing after a long day of site seeing. I will be sure to stay at Ibis hotels for my future travels

Lovely, clean apartment, excellent location for walking around Adelaide CBD. I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and 4 year old, we had a 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent value. The apartment was very clean, has a kitchen containing most things you would need, although we didn't actually cook any meals, just used plates etc for serving take away, so can't comment on the cooking equipment. Full size fridge, plus a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and hair dryer meant the apartment was very well equipped overall. The Tv is a smart TV so we could use abc kids for our 4 year old and presumably you could log in to your own streaming services. The only thing to take note of is that the desk is only manned during business hours and there is no check in option after 9pm, I didn't realise this (my fault for not checking), so we had to book a cheap hotel near the airport for our first night as we flew in after 10pm. We checked in around 9am the next day. It's a short walk to Rundle Mall so you have lots of eating and shopping very close by. Parking available in secure carpark $25 per night, but do make sure you book ahead as there are limited spaces.

Excellent caravan park close to the heart of Adelaide. You can pretty much walk wherever you want and public transport is close by too. We visited many restaurants in the area plus the zoo and other landmarks. Very comfortable cabin and facilities at the park. Highly recommend.

The Grand is without a doubt all about the location! Given it’s ocean front position it should offer an absolute premium experience but instead falls a little short as it continues to date without much sign of refurbishment. The rooms are basic, the carpets old, the furnishings aging and everything just feels in need of some love. Bathrooms still have showers over the bath with shower curtains and the air con in the room wasn’t very effective (too hot despite being on the coolest setting). There was also a wedding being hosted during my 1 night stay and despite my room being on the 5th floor (ballroom is on level 1), I could hear the band/music until the end of the reception at 11:30pm. On the positive (besides premium location), the staff at reception / concierge were excellent. They greeted with absolute care on arrival and happiness during check out, despite being early in the morning. It felt like they enjoyed what they did and that’s so good to see in customer facing roles. Worth considering this hotel for a stay, just as long as you’re happy with basic ammenities in a great location.

Decided to try he Arkaba Hotel bistro twice during my stay in Adelaide. I'm glad I did. Whilst this is a huge complex that has the bistro, pokies, sports bar and accomodation, it is a family friendly place that is well patronised. When I was there on a Friday and Sunday night, the dining room was bustling, with diners having a meal before theatre/comedy shows and birthday celebrations, in addition to the usual casual dining. On Friday night, I tried the sourdough garlic bread with cheese, which had some nice density to it, grilled to perfection with stretchy cheese. Then I had the beef schnitzel with mushroom sauce. The schnitzel was crunchy and I really liked the mushroom sauce - lots of mushrooms in a possible cream of mushroom soup base. Lots of crispy chips were on the plate too. When I went back on the Sunday, I had the Yoder smoked scotch fillet, once again with mushroom sauce. I didn't need the sauce, as the steak had a lovely Smokey flavour that stood on its own. I ordered mine medium, and it was cooked perfectly. The Caesar salad was fresh and tasty, and the dressing was not too heavy. The chips were crispy once again, but the only downside were the two onion rings, which could have done with a bit longer in the fryer. Meals are ordered and paid for at the register, with drinks purchased separately at the bar. Multiple televisions screens showing sport and select commercial stations are also present in the bistro. All in all, next time I visit Adelaide, I will be heading back to Arkaba Hotel for a meal.

PPengguna TetamuAn anniversary celebration in the city. Location was beautiful and very easily accessible by foot or electric scooter (which I loved). Hotel was exceptionally clean, loved the lay out. Rooms well designed and beds very comfortable. The restaurant was gorgeous with views of the oval. My deducted points are merely because we were unable to get a drink when the bar closed at around 10.30pm (sat night) and we were unable to be served in reception (unsure why as they had a dmall bar too). The hotel is truly beautiful. I was happy with one night, more than one and I would be missing a swimming pool in that environment. Staff were lovely, professional and courteous.

PPengguna TetamuThe attention to detail was shown from when were greeted when we got out of the car and taken to reception.The location of the hotel was convenient to get to our business calls as well as walking distance to shops and restaurants.My only disappointment was the club access which l felt was not up to the Pullman standards we have experienced at other Pullman hotels. I would still recommend this hotel when staying in Adelaide.

RRebeccaNo car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was pleasant, clean, and easy to get to. The location is close to many destinations in and around Adelaide, including the airport and a reasonable shopping centre with cafes and major retailers within a 1.5km walk. There was plenty of parking in good sized spaces. I booked a basic, single room and got exactly what I expected. It was basic but clean and had a fridge, kettle, and single bed. There was a small armchair but no table although the kettle/fridge cupboard had a pull out tray which I could have used but this was a little dirty so I just sat on the bed to eat. They have a bistro which looked good (25% discount for house guests with dine in or delivery to your room) and offered regular pub menu options but I ended up walking a couple hundred metres down the road to the local takeaway shops for some Thai takeaway. The only complaints I really have are regarding noise, that the walls are quite thin and you could hear the other rooms' doors closing very loudly as people came and went. The next door neighbour listened to their TV at full volume until about 1:30am (I was due for a 6am start and this didn't help!).... Not the hotel's fault, just them being a selfish douchebag. The bar fridge rattled away fairly constantly but I just turned it off until the morning. The worst problem were the pillows though. They were like bricks; thin and extremely hard. I ended up putting the decorative cushion inside a pillow case and using that just to be able to have some padding. I drove only a few minutes around the corner to the famous Cafe de Villi's for breakfast before continuing on my way. All said and done, I would stay here again as it is very budget friendly yet so close to everything. But I will bring my own pillow.... and earplugs just in case!

YYEUNGThe apartment is a bit dated but with no problem at all. We did cook for one night and I found It would be nicer if kitchen towels, a pair of scissors, oil and al foil could be provided. There were a couple of days raining when we stayed in Adelaide, there were only two short umbrellas in the apartment for guests to borrow, one handle was broken another the canopy slipped out from one of the ribs. That’s out of our expectation. Those were minors, so overall it’s still good.

Good service & very comfortable bed, but lounges & bathroom were old & in need of a makeover. basic toiletries were supplied & clean towels daily even though I left them hanging to reuse. the suite had 2 small double bedrooms, with 1 bedroom totally internal with no windows. It would be quite crowded if 4 adults were there.

PPengguna TetamuPerfect location for our drive Perth to Melbourne, easy access from and to the highway. Spacious, clean room with table, couch, TV, aircon and very comfortable bed. Ensuite a little outdated but the room had been freshened up. We had trouble connecting to the wifi. The restaurant was closed on our visit but we ordered room service and enjoyed our meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Be aware that while there is a 'late check-in' window, a sign on the door said that reception hours had changed to 8am - 8pm (when we booked the site said it was open all night... it might be wise to check ahead if you're likely to be later) Good, clean accommodation. We had a good stay.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThis motel is perfect for a short stay when visiting Adelaide via car. Easy to get to being close to the main highways and roads in and out of Adelaide. Rooms had everything you needed for a short stay (except a microwave). Reception charge a $50 deposit for your stay so keep that in mind when checking in, you get it back on checkout but was a little shocked with how high this was considering we’ve been travelling around Australia for the past three months and never had a deposit this high. The rooms weren’t the cleanest and we opted to use our own doona as the one in our room had stains and smelt off, same again with the pillows with my partners one smelling of urine. Wasn’t a bad nights stay for the price, hopefully they fix a few things and I would stay again.

PPengguna TetamuBooked table for 4 in Bistro on Tuesday for 12 noon lunch. Arrived 10 minutes early no problem and was shown to table overlooking the beach and Jetty. What a pearler day great weather great service and top class food. Drinks also varied and good value. Not sure which hotel some of the poor reviewers went to but it obviously wasn’t this one. Keep up the good work. We have rebooked to return in June for a bimonthly luncheon Regards Peter
