Situated on the not very busy main road. Three swimming pools, plenty of sun beds and shades. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We had a spacious studio apartment with a little balcony overlooking a little courtyard and fountain. Pleasant restaurant and a good breakfast. Not the best evening menue but good food. Plenty or restaurants in the area, mainly down at the beach. Beach is not very user friendly as entry to the water is by a flat rocky shelf. The local area is not very pretty. The bus stop is just outside and reception will provide a timetable. 25 minutes into town. 2 euros each way. The dotto train stop and booking office is also just outside. 3 1/2 hour trip for 23 euros with a stop at the olive oil factory. (As to be expected). Staff cannot be faulted.

What can I say what an amazing experience visiting chania our first time the hotel was beautiful too look at the pools were refreshing the staff were truly amazing reception desk ( Dimitri-Michael-Lymperis -Elena) first faces you see warm filled, Maintenance-gardens (Olsi Was the kindest man always smiling always polite towards guests :) Angela was always so happy to help and serve you with a smile at the pool very kind women Valentino restaurant severed by Vasilis nothing was ever to much trouble! Food was amazing, cleanliness outstanding everyday maids came to clean our room and always put my sons little Teddy back on the pillow with made beds! Overall amazing stay wish it was longer and I can’t wait for our next adventure here which hopefully will be soon Kind regards Victoria

We had great time in Oscar Suites&Village. There were always sunbeds available, friendly service, very good breakfast and clean room. We ate dinner there once and it was really good. We (5 women) stayed in two bedroom apartment and there were room enough but tip for the hotel, you could put some kind of drawers downstairs too.

We spent one week here. Great location, friendly and helpfull staff and they speak good english, clean rooms and cleaners came every day, two pools wich were taken good care of, great and variable breakfast for every day. High recommendation!

The staff are super friendly, the hotel is quiet, the pool is clean. Room is fairly basic (we have a 1-bed apartment) but lots of space for us (couple with 1 child), very comfortable beds, clean. We also have lots of vegan options at breakfast - breads & spreads, cereals, nuts, fruits, tomatoes, olives, cucumber. The location of the hotel is great, bus stop to chania just outside, fairly big supermarket just a couple of minutes away. Would happily return here.

Beautiful hotel. Very good breakfest and dinner in the italian restaurant connected to the place. The chef is really skilled and the personel is very frendly and helpful. In the beginning of our stay there was some logistic problems with our orders, but that really improved after a couple of days. We got help with everything we needed, from car rental to infants chair and everything in between. Everybody at the Hotel is really friendly and personal, asking how we are doing and if everything is allright when we meet them. A really great experience over all.

Spotless hotel and grounds. Staff are delightful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. The staff were continuously tidying up. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
