Overall experience was average. Food was ok, the upkeep of hotel interiors, lobby areas was not up to the mark. Looks like old property requiring renovation & regular cleaning.

Fabulous stay in hotel. Room was good and spacious. Very near by all market. Food was yummy 😋. Roof top restaurant was nice decoration .staff was very helpful like Bushra and Deepali. Thank you all team for nice care thank you Mr pratham for help.

We are come with my family in pl palace Hotel agra. Breakfast was yummy😋. Room was spacious and large furniture well design and nice decore all market very near by. And staff was good thank to deepali, bushra thank to all zeba thank to given nice rate. Lobby was neat and clean. Housekeeping staff also helpful name of mr.rahul.

When we checked in we had been upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Large bed, plenty of hot water and toiletries provided. Daily housekeeping. A nice swimming pool on the roof an ideal place to cool off after sightseeing. There was a good variety of English and Indian style foods for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff who provided us with a complimentary packed breakfast on the day of our departure as we had a 5.30am start. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Agra, it's a convenient place within easy reach of all the main sights.

A very routine hotel. The rooms were small, the bathroom also small, room service very ordinary, staff very cold, food was also ordinary. Set in a business district, it is surrounded by concrete. Didn't feel one was in theh historic city of Agra

Hotel stay was awesome and on a premium location. Food taste was awesome. Front desk staff Mr. Raju, Miss Bushra and miss Deepali was very helpful to provide information for available services and nearby tourist places
