"Hotel Taj Resorts is a great choice if you’re visiting the Taj Mahal. The location is excellent, less than 1km from the East Gate, making it easy to reach the monument early in the morning. On clear days, the rooftop restaurant even offers views of the Taj Mahal. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the property feels a bit dated with older furnishings and facilities, but everything was clean and worked well. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist."

"Premium Room, twin beds – the space was just right. If you book on the day and there's availability, it can be cheaper (includes breakfast). Even though the hotel is a bit older, the service and cleanliness were excellent. Room service was also fast. It would be perfect if the beds weren't so soft! The hotel also offers other activities like a swimming pool, pottery making, and a Taj Mahal storytelling session, which was fantastic! It's about a 12-15 minute walk to the Taj Mahal, or you can take the shuttle bus if you prefer a shorter stroll."

"While our overall stay at the hotel had its bright spots, our experience was heavily overshadowed by the unacceptable behavior and lack of professionalism from the female receptionist. We had planned a last-minute trip with our family, which was already stressful because my father was not feeling well. We needed to visit the Taj Mahal, but due to running late and struggling to find a vehicle, our trip took a maximum of about two hours. Despite us agreeing to pay any extra charges—and even paying an extra 1,000 as she demanded—the receptionist subjected us to unnecessary harassment: Constant Harassment: She repeatedly called us multiple times while we were trying to visit the monument and care for my elderly father. Unprofessional Arguments: She argued with us in the lobby right before we left. Lack of Empathy: She aggressively pressured us to check out immediately, completely ignoring my father’s visible age, vulnerability, and health issues. As a family, we prioritize our loved ones' comfort above everything else, especially during health difficulties. This receptionist clearly lacks the training, empathy, and basic customer service skills required to respect and treat guests properly. On a positive note, the rest of the hotel staff and the security team were very helpful and polite, and the hotel itself was good. However, management urgently needs to retrain the front desk staff on customer hospitality and respect."

"We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better."

Gym area not good (very small) only 2 person can workout there at same time. Atmosphere is so-so. Service is good from check-in to check-out. Food and restaurant is good with sweet and supportive staff serving there in restaurant, specially thanks to Ms. Kirti and Mr. Nandu (Nandakishore). Overall value for money with the reasonable price."

"- Food was average. Margarita Pizza was not good. Definitely not kid friendly. - Bed were okay. Bedside Plug did NOT work - Toilet was dirty on arrival. Room was not “clean”as suggested. - shower was decent enough. - On departure staff were constantly pestering us about taking our bags when we were NOT ready. Went to our other room to see family and on way 3 different people asked us about bags. (the room was next door) and then 2 different people proceeded to knock at our door to ask. (it was 7am)."
