My family and I stayed two nights at Taj Heights, and overall it is a gorgeous property that has an absolutely perfect location. The reputation of this hotel precedes itself, with ***y reviews and travel bloggers recommending here. It did not disappoint in terms of the view or the rooms. We had two rooms. They were both totally adequate. The interior decorating is subtle and elegant, and the art on the walls often was architectural drawings of the Taj. Service was very warm, and there were so ***y people to help you in case you need anything. Three people did turn down service, and it was the most elaborate turndown service I had ever seen. The hospitality was genuine, and very welcoming.

Taj Heights is very good property in Agra neat and clean rooms service a one class and food was so awesome and very tasty. My next visit in July we will stay a again in this property my experience was so good and satisfaction factory in Agra.Thabk you Taj Heights.

Rooms was very good. nice staff and food was okay my wife order kadai paneer so was very tasty and yummy. Special thanks to Mr Javed to booked my trip ✈️ and recommend to this hotel and my experience was good. Kids enjoy the vacation🏖 in this hotel

I Booked from Make my Trip and Hotel is very good neat and clean rooms. Near from Tajmahal and my stay was okay. We are happy to visited againat this palace. Rooms services is perfect by the restaurant ***ager and my experience was good and highly recommended to all.

Staying at the hotel was a mistake, because an agency in India had made the reservation for a traveling friend and I was forced to stay at the hotel.

My overall experience staying in this hotel was very bad. Room service is the worst. I called roughly 20 times, they answered the call only 4-5 times. I had to come to reception 3 times. There was no hot water in the hotel bathroom. If you are someone who needs hot water then avoid this hotel. I argued with them on hot water, they gave half bucket hot water which is in yellow colour, checkout the photo. It looks like someone peed in the water. So I bathed with cold water. Yellow hot water vs normal white water. Bathroom was not clean at all. I had to call the reception to clean the bathroom. Finally ***ager behaviour, he asked me to write the feedback in the form and asked not to write about the hot water problem. Who does that ?? Food is decent. It’s not the best but it is decent. Size of room is decent enough to fit 2-3 people. But the windows in the room doesn’t open, Because of this room smells a-lot and has pungent smell. Overall my experience is very bad. I would suggest to book a different hotel.
