AVOID AVOID They are running a scam and all the pictures are totally fake. There is no swimming pool, no spa , no KITCHEN or DINING area, no HOT water and filthy bed linen and layers of dust on broken 1950's furniture. It is closed but is being used to rob people of their money. Only 4th floor is used. Cannot cancel booking

I just checked in on 6 April 23 and found that all pics given on Tripadvisor are fake only 4th floor is working there are no one to greet you even no one for carry your luggage. Rooms are dirty bathrooms are very dirty towel given are very dirty . Very rude staff only. TV not working AC not working lift not working. No kitchen no breakfast (I booked with breakfast). No tea maker. Only water is available I wrote email to ***agement but no response asked to ***ager but no response. Early check in charge Rs 1000 per room. No facility flush not working use your own bucket. If anyone need pics n proof please see google review too. Contact me for more information

No revert from the hotel even ***agement. Such illiterate people sitting at the front desk don't know how to speak with Customers.

Terrible experience, the hotel is in a very bad condition, not at all liveable. Photos online are very deceiving. No facility is operational and staff is not professional. We also found other guests there to be very shady, maybe doing shady stuff. We went with family and didn't feel comfortable, and hence left after seeing the rooms. Please avoid this hotel.

I had booked a 2 day stay in this hotel, my misfortune. First off, this is not a full-fledged hotel. On the 4th floor of the building is the hotel. Rest of the building is not a part of the hotel. Secondly, when I arrived, the lift was not working. I had to climb 4 floors with my baggage to reach the hotel's reception. The staff is extremely rude as if they are doing a favour to you. Thirdly, the hotel does not have a restaurant, meaning you can't get anything to eat, no tea or coffee. No hot water in the bathroom. Avoid this hotel by all means.

Don't let the pictures fool you, this hotel is the worst and under ***agement that only cares about profit, not customer experience. Held a conference here, spent a lot of money and they had construction going on late at night keeping our key speakers awake. After repeated requests, they stopped banging away for 15 minutes, then resumed into the night until at least 1 AM. Had a bad power outage during a reception that ruined the entertainment we paid for to come in. Carpets had bad stains in them and there was an odor. Unacceptable conditions. I do not recommend it. Stay at the Marriot or Hyatt, those were much nicer and reliable.
