It was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful terrace and a great location. The café was a nice touch. However, the bed was hard, and the staff wasn’t friendly. I had requested a room with a street view for my husband's birthday, but we were given a room facing a wall. This made it impossible to see the weather outside.

A new hotel in asakusa, which is an area I like. A bit far from metro (15 walk), but there are bus stations nearby which will take u to ueno. Quite convenient overall.

Nice place,close to the subway station and famous sightseeing spot. Nice reception as well,sufficient hot water and nice air condition system.

The hotel is clean, looks new and nice design too. Rooftop is the bonus as can see Tokyo Skytree and Sensoji Temple clearly. Nice view. However, the location bit far from Asasuka station by walking. But if you walk through Nakamise street, you will find it interesting as lots things to shop and eat😉 A helpful staff during our check in as she went extra miles to assist us to call the parking lot management and enquired their charge rate. I enjoyed staying in Other a space very much. I think I have never experienced so service minded personnel as in this hotel. I want especially to mention Yukari and Satomi - you are stars. Support to purchase extra bed mattress an oillow to arrange many activities for me - making changes if arrangements wit a smile. Incredible Yukari - sad that u were not in hotel when I left.

Excellent experience staying here. Very clean and quiet, toilet was exceptional. Only issues was the self check-in which was puzzling to use with the staff counter standing behind it.

A little far from the metro station. Not very clean, didn’t change towels and didn’t add bottles of water and tea when cleaning.

Amazing location (1 min walk from sensoji temple), great service and accessible laundry room, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Very basic hotel. They don’t have a choice of hard or soft pillows. Their mattress was hard so we’re the pillows

Staff at front counter were extremely responsive and helpful with queries and laundry issues. Received assistance beyond what I initially asked for and I was thankful for it. Room was clean and bigger than I expected for a standard tokyo size. A 8-10mins walk from nearest metro station, otherwise location is good and close to Sensoji.
