I stayed at Ginger Hotel Sanand continuously around 1.5 years and was extremely disappointed with the food service. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected at least decent dining, but what I experienced was far from acceptable. First, the food quality was awful. The meals were poorly cooked, and lacked flavor. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh, and some dishes tasted stale. Second, the service was just as bad. The staff was slow and inattentive. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was not cooked properly. Getting it corrected took forever, and the staff seemed uninterested in fixing their mistakes. Third, The breakfast buffet was messy and poorly stocked, room service took over an hour, and the prices were ridiculously high for such low quality. Overall, this was a huge disappointment. Ginger Hotel Sanand serve food to guest like animal and hopefully i will not be dining here again.
