I recently stayed at Tania President and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. We usually preferred staying here and we’re very happy earlier but on this particular occasion the experience was way too bad!! The condition of the washroom was extremely disappointing, with leaking pipes and broken shower heads that clearly needed urgent attention. The housekeeping facilities also left much to be desired, as I encountered torn towels and worn-out bed linen during my stay. I asked for a room change which was okayed but the next room’s condition was equally bad. These issues significantly impacted my overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. I hope the hotel ***agement takes these concerns seriously and addresses these maintenance and housekeeping issues promptly to improve the experience for future guests. Definitely needs a look !! May not be visiting and staying at your Hotel during our next visit. I’m also a hotelier and haven’t gone in depths of sharing more touch points. Hopefully the above will be looked into by the owners and ***agement on the whole.

The service was bad. Wet initially had asked at the reception for twin beds the receptionist agreed to it and gave us the cards. On reaching the room we saw it was queen size beds when asked again she said we don’t have twin beds. Why say yes in the first place of they don’t have any rooms with twin beds? The bed sheets weren’t changed from the previous checkout. Blood stains and hair on the bed sheets. The food in the restaurant was bad. The flush kept leaking the whole time.

The ambience of the hotel is good. They have provided free of cost a taxi to the temple at Shirdi. Staff are really cooperative and nice. The accommodation is also good. From the restaurant not much items to talk about. However not bad. No South Indian food available

*********Don't call the number advertised and book this hotel********"". I have called the number as i would like to have the booking with early check-in. The guy who lift the phone accepted for a room reservation with booking amount 3000. And shared QR code to make the payment. My phone pay app didn't allow me to pay more than 2000 rupees for a QR code based payment. Hence i called that person again and said i will make 2000 rupees payment today and the remaining 1000 rupees during check-in. But he denied saying that full amount has to be paid to confirm the booking. He suggested to make two payments (2000+1000). I have made both payments from my phone pay app and shared the receipts.But he called me stating the he didn't receive the amount and started asking me to click on send again and pay 19001 rupees so that i can see transaction history of 2000&1000. I said it doesn't work in that way. But he insisted me stating to pay 19001 rupees. I sensed things went wrong and asked him to return the amount as i don't need booking. But he stated no and blocked mynumber and my father's number. I have already reported this incident to bank and cyber crime. If ***agement is not going to take responsible action on this financial fraud, i am going to take further captions.I am also going to submit and the proofs and file case in the police station. I would request websites like trip advisor or *********** or agoda etc not to advertise these kind of hotels with good rating.

Pros: Location very good, walking distance from temple, prasadalaya and sai teerth theme park etc. Buffet breakfast was awesome and tasty 👌 all staff is good, they provide free pickup and drop for sai darshan. Clean and hygienic. Spacious rooms. Recommended 👍 Cons: Dinner ordered was ok, but not tasty like breakfast. Toilet flush was having leakage water was flowing all the time, AC cooling was not sufficient. Overall great stay... 👍

We had a comfortable stay at hotel. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. Restaurant is equally good. Room service was quite quick. Check in check out both were very smooth. Staff is always happy to help. We reached hotel just 30 mins before the darshan time and when we told this to the staff at reception, they hardly took 5 mins for check in. It's was very impressive. Would love to come back when in Shirdi.
