Great hotel sith solid service. Would recommend to stay at this small gem

wifi差到懷疑人生，都這個年代了，還有wifi如此差的。 服務態度極差，尤其是前台那幾位，就像是欠她錢一樣。而且作為前台，英語差到這種地步。 房間坐落於酒店很多犄角旮旯。 來之前看介紹是奢華5星 就這服務質量和態度。 還有當天突然降價，比提前預訂便宜一半、直接5折。 不含早餐，酒店早餐非常不值得這個額外收費的價格。 一杯咖啡12歐

Absolutely terrible! Don’t go. Ruined our 3 night wedding anniversary. There are far better luxury hotels in Provence and this is not one of them ! Our room was a hot box as there is zero air conditioning or air circulation. They knew this and made countless excuses. They admitted there was a problem, said the so called Manager would be intouch but she was always busy, out of office or off property. Service outside the restaurants it’s non-existent and the staff are very inexperienced but trying their best. This comes from zero leadership and management. On our last night after we had given up they failed to clean our room and left no new towels so we called at 9.45pm for towels so we could shower in the morning and the Night Manager visited our room and could not believe the room temperature… he apologised and said the Manager knew and she would meet me at checkout - more lies. I asked to see the Manager at checkout … surprise surprise she was “sick”. I demanded to see another manager and they didn’t appear after 20 mins of waiting. So I have written to this Manager 3 times, called for her twice and no reply… she doesn’t have the courtesy, professionalism or dates to speak to me because she knows the truth… They hide behind rubbish excuses and bad manners let alone zero hospitality care and service. Do your homework on this 3 star hotel before you book as it’s absolutely not worth the money … the poor reception staff know it and it’s weak management that let this new young impressionable staff deal with unhappy guests …. Stay somewhere else and don’t waste your money here .. simply not worth it sadly! The poor owner had spent a vast sum of money on what could be a stunning hotel but it’s managed my a muppet who should not be in the job! Shame on them!

If you want a peaceful respite from traveling through France, make a stop here to enjoy the stunning grounds, excellent food, comfortable modern rooms and accommodating staff. This hotel within a winery is modern and up to date, while maintaining the charm with buildings from the 17th Century. The ultra modern sculptures that pepper the grounds are “interesting” to say the least but no matter your taste, don’t take away from the sculptured landscape. The pool is modern and sizable while the gym is good for only two. The two five star restaurants offer Japanese and French cuisine and there are daily wine tastings in the ample sized bar off the lobby. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms large. Don’t forget a trip into Aix de Provence for the 365 day open market and endless streets of shops.

Cadre idyllique pour un WE en amoureux. Le château de la Gaude nous a émerveillé par sa situation, son domaine, ses restaurant (Le Kaiseki pour nous), son charme et son raffinement. Le personnel est aux petits soins sans être dans l’excès. Nous avions pris la chambre insolite dans la nature et nous n’avons pas regretté notre choix bien au contraire. Le dîner au Kaiseki fut une belle expérience dégustative pour ceux qui aiment la nourriture asiatique ou souhaitent tout simplement la découvrir.

Nous y séjournons régulièrement et organisons également des évènements type road trip avec des super cars. Nous sommes toujours très bien accueil. L'établissement répond aux attentes d'un 5*. Le domaine est splendide. Un personnel très attentif, à l'écoute du client et très aimable. Seul petit bémol de l'hôtel, il manque un "vrai" spa avec piscine intérieur & jacuzzi. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
