I first heard about Maya Hotel through TikTok, and I’m so glad I decided to give it a try! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful atmosphere and the overall experience. The hotel is in a great location, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I stayed here with my daughter, and we both had a wonderful time. The hotel has a relaxing and elegant feel, while still being convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur. Sometimes you see recommendations on TikTok and wonder if the place is really worth it — in this case, it definitely was! Thank you, Maya Hotel, for a lovely stay. Absolutely exceptional stay! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore everything around. I stayed in Room 1702 on the 17th floor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The room was spotless, with excellent daily housekeeping, and the entire staff was outstanding — professional, friendly, attentive, and always easy to communicate with. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. Honestly, “Excellent” doesn’t even feel like a high enough rating for the level of service and experience I received. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

You can access Pavilion from the neighboring hotel via a skybridge. There's another skybridge that takes you towards the Petronas Towers. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are professional. I highly recommend it. My only minor concern is the lack of sofas in the lobby, making it difficult to relax a bit while waiting for check-in or after check-out. Despite that, it's a wonderful hotel, and I'm considering staying here again next time. Very satisfied!

Walked in and found the previous guest's trash in the bin, and a used coffee cup – I was stunned. However, I immediately went to the front desk and they changed my room, which was good. Reviews mentioned it was old, but considering the price, it wasn't an issue. It was spacious and even had a washing machine, which was a huge help. If asked if I would stay again, the answer is yes. The location, facilities, and breakfast are all good. By the way, I requested the washing machine.

Great Stay Overall! Hi! I had a great time staying here. Parking Valet parking is RM15.90. You can either park the car yourself or have the abang help park it for you. You only need to pay once and can enjoy multiple entries during your stay - at least, this was what I was told. One important thing: please keep the valet receipt properly, as there will be a charge if you lose it. That said, I may have overlooked this, but it would be really helpful if the hotel could clearly mention that parking is valet-only and costs RM15.90 on the app/booking information. When we first arrived, we had a bit of trouble figuring out where to park. We saw several valet signs but initially avoided them because we were worried it would be expensive. 😂 Turns out, it was only RM15.90! I actually had to go to reception to ask about the parking while checking in. Not a big deal, but having this information beforehand would have saved some time. I also tried calling the hotel before arriving, but the call was answered by a bot and redirected to a human - unfortunately, no one picked up. 😅 Check-in Check-in was easy. Just fill in the necessary forms and provide your IC. No deposit was required, which was great. We were welcomed by two really nice front desk staff who made the process smooth. Room We got a room on Level 7 with windows. The room was tidy and smelled really good. The only issue was that one of the plugs in the toilet wasn’t working. Surprisingly, their maintenance guy came to fix it very quickly though! 😂 Appreciate the fast response. Breakfast Breakfast was buffet-style with a decent variety. I’d say it’s pretty much what you’d expect from a normal hotel buffet. BUT THEY HAVE CHEESE OMELETTE. HAHAHAHA. LOVE IT. 🥹❤️ Check-out Check-out was seamless. We just had to provide the valet receipt to get the car and return the room keys into the box in front of reception. We were also sent off by two really nice staff members. Overall One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel has a WhatsApp service that checks in on you during your stay. I think it’s a really convenient way to reach the hotel if you need anything. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, the service was responsive, and everything was generally smooth. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Room (1619): Connecting room arrangement was inconvenient; needed to prop the door open (1619,1620) TV in father's room not functioning (1618) Major issue: Strong sewage smell in bathroom—disturbing and needs immediate attention Toiletries: Initially not refilled—no lotion, body wash in my room; no shower gel or conditioner in dad's room. Staff replaced with hand-packed amenities. Appreciated the gesture. Food & Dining: Breakfast buffet: RM37.10—excellent value; surprisingly good nasi goreng (first time I enjoyed it) In-room dining: Nasi Goreng Tamu was good, but sambal prawn was too sweet Hotel breakfast preferred over outside options—area dominated by nasi padang, which isn't to our taste Overall: Okay stay. Responsive service on toiletries and excellent staff, but bathroom odor and room setup issues need fixing.

This is our 2nd time staying here at Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang ❤️ Our first stay was wonderful and our 2nd stay was even better 😘 Our Executive room with a beautiful city view was the perfect setup for a relaxing vacation. We want to give a special thank you to ”Sir Nomi at the front desk for his excellent assistance in upgrading us to this room. Exceptional service💯❤️ The location is perfect for us since Lalaport is right nearby , and there's connecting bridge from the hotel. Personally, i think Lalaport offers the best view of Merdeka 118, especially if you go up to the rooftop garden.The views there are highly Instagrammable 📸 👌 The food in the executive lounge was great, with many selections available and unlimited coffee. It was also less crowded during the breakfast buffet. The two staff members, Sir Rahman and Mam Selvi, were very helpful and prompt in assisting us during breakfast. Sir Tafo, who worked on the evening refreshments , was very friendly and pleasant with our special son. I really appreciate him being so patient and accommodating. I will definitely book the Executive Club again for our next visit in your hotel. It was a superb experience😍

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's close to the station and a shopping mall, so access is great. The Petronas Twin Towers were also within walking distance. No issues with water pressure in the shower! It had a showerhead with multiple settings, including a rain shower. The hairdryer had good power too! There wasn't a large trash can next to the toilet, so I assumed it was okay to flush directly. I personally didn't mind at all, but you could hear voices and sounds from the next room, so those who are sensitive to noise should be aware. It was convenient that I could watch YouTube on the TV in the room. There were many power outlets, but they were type BF, so if you're from a different region, don't forget your adapter! There were also two USB ports. It's a hotel I'd love to stay at again if I come back to Malaysia! 😊 As an aside, the place right outside the hotel where you pick ingredients on skewers and they fry them for you was also delicious.

The location of the hotel is very very nice. Near the train station, near the central market. Just few steps aways from. Very near also from Petaling market and lots of authentic Malaysian restaurant nearby. It is also near the Merdeka Tower. The only downside is that they don’t tidy your room. They don’t clean and pick-up trash. They don’t replace the towels and don’t give the complimentary water. You have to ask them in the counter or call the receptionist if you need clean towels and water. The breakfast they offer is just average.

Good stay overall. Check-in was smooth, location is convenient and the staff were mostly friendly. The room was comfortable and clean overall, though the toilet could be cleaner, especially the stains on the grout and walls. Our room was also next to the emergency stairs, so we kept hearing the door bang loudly. We did call to inform them, but it still happened right up until we checked out. Breakfast was a nice surprise, quite a few choices and everything we tried was good. The gym, pool and rooftop bar are a nice bonus too. The gym is at North, while the pool and rooftop bar are at South, and guests can use both. The pool could use better maintenance though, as we noticed some mould and debris floating in the water. Other than the noise, we had a pretty good stay.

We had already tried 5 different apartments in Kuala Lumpur by then, and nothing felt right. The cleanliness was perfect, and the views were magnificent – the best I've ever seen in my life. The staff was top-notch. They very quickly helped resolve an issue with the induction hob (the large burner wasn't working) and even provided a brand new small saucepan so I could cook for my baby. The facilities are complete and the hygiene is good. The environment is quiet, and it's right next to Shaw Parade. You can find delicious bak kut teh there. The Durian SS2 stall there is also more affordable and tastier than the ones in the city center, and they even gave us lots of mangosteens and rambutans, which were perfect to cleanse the palate. The Twin Towers are a 30-minute walk away, and along the way, there are durian stations that are more affordable and offer more varieties than the durian shops near the Twin Towers. Both durian shops, one large and one small, had Black Thorn and Red Prawn durians with 6 pods each. We were so full from the Black Thorn, and the Red Prawn, though smaller, was also very plump and just right for two people. The poolside bar had a great ambiance too.

Our room was immaculate, featuring pristine white walls and a very clean bathroom, with a wonderful view overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers. We also enjoyed our first dinner at one of the many local restaurants located just a short walk away.

Oh my goodness! We went straight to the hotel after landing in Kuala Lumpur. We arrived four hours before the 3 PM check-in time, but the hotel welcomed us in the lobby right away. The bellboy was so cute and strong, which really made us feel warm and welcomed upon our arrival. When we got to the 53rd floor, the front desk found two Chinese-speaking staff members to assist us, and they were even a supervisor and a subordinate! It was truly touching. They helped us store our luggage, showed us to the restrooms, and let us choose an aromatherapy scent while offering iced tea and snacks. The whole process was polite, thoughtful, and gentle. When we checked into our room in the afternoon, we couldn't have been happier. It had a bathtub, double sinks, a smart toilet, a king-sized bed, a large sofa, and a spacious shower. In the afternoon, someone even came to turn down the bed and light an aromatherapy diffuser. The breakfast was incredibly exquisite – a combination of buffet and à la carte! Absolutely delicious! The hotel's location is superb, connected to Pavilion via a skybridge, so we didn't have to worry about sun or rain when going in and out. It truly maximized our sense of happiness and relaxation during the trip! Most importantly, we had an unobstructed view of the Petronas Twin Towers and all of Kuala Lumpur. Jalan Alor was right behind Pavilion; it's such a prime location! I highly, highly recommend Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur!

The rooms were comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever I needed anything. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money. The only downside was that my room had a connecting door. If you’re unlucky enough to have noisy neighbors, you can hear quite a bit, which made it difficult to relax at times. Other than that, I had a really nice stay and had so much fun seeing the little geckos wandering around 😂

I’m surprised how clean it is for a budget friendly hotel. While the place is not so new, you can see that they actually maintain and clean the place unlike other hotels where you can clearly see whether they bothered to clean the “old spots” or not. The bed and pillows are comfy. The staffs(especially the afternoon crew) are so friendly and helpful. I also liked how the hotel is relatively near different train stations and somewhat near the main road.

Indie Hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of Bukit Ceylon, making it a great escape from the busy city while still being close to everything. The location is honestly one of its strongest points — just a short distance from KL Tower, about 10 minutes from Bukit Bintang MRT, and only a few minutes’ walk to Jalan Alor, which is basically street food heaven in KL . The room itself is clean, cozy, and very comfortable. What really stood out to me was the bed — the pillows and mattress were incredibly soft, easily among the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. Everything worked well too: strong hot shower, cold air conditioning, and free WiFi provided. There’s also a mini mart right below the hotel, which is super convenient if you don’t feel like heading out for food or essentials. Overall, this is a great choice for an affordable staycation — especially if you’re looking for a quiet environment without sacrificing comfort or location.
