The location is definitely a highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. As a bonus, we even had a partial view of the Petronas Twin Towers from our room, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. My husband honestly thought I planned it myself 😆 A special thank you to Ms Affie and Ms Hema for their excellent service and thoughtful arrangement. It really meant a lot to us. We stayed in the Superior King Room, which was very spacious, comfortable, and gave us the perfect relaxing vibe. It honestly felt like we were reliving our honeymoon all over again 🥹✨ Overall, the service was great, the ambience was calm and elegant, and everything felt truly worth it. Highly recommended for anyone planning a romantic stay or special celebration. Definitely looking forward to coming back again 💕

We stayed at the Parkroyal Collection from May 26 to May 28, 2026. Upon arrival, the staff members were incredibly attentive, making the check-in process remarkably smooth, and we were very grateful to be granted an early check-in. We booked the Urban Deluxe Queen Room, and to be honest, the layout felt a bit unusual. There is no complete wall separating the bathroom area from the bed, and the sink is positioned right next to the sleeping area. Because of this open design, any odors from the toilet can easily carry throughout the entire room, which compromises privacy. While we appreciated the inclusion of a filtered water tap, we felt that complimentary bottles of cold mineral water should still be provided to guests. Additionally, there is no full-length mirror in the room. The only mirror available is on a half wall, which does not fully cover the sink area and only allows you to see your upper body. For a five-star hotel, it was also surprising to find no overhead rainfall shower, as there was only a standard handheld water heater shower head. The shower enclosure itself is quite small and would feel incredibly cramped for two people. Lastly, we noticed there was no bidet spray in the toilet. Our primary reason for choosing this hotel was the highly positive feedback regarding their breakfast buffet. My husband is exceptionally particular about his Nasi Lemak, and I was pleasantly surprised when he thoroughly enjoyed it on our first morning. No other hotel has managed to satisfy his taste standard until now. While the texture of the rice was a bit different and slightly disappointing on the second day, highlighting a minor issue with consistency, the overall breakfast selection was vast, full of variety, and easily the best we have experienced so far. Ultimately, I would like to highly praise all of the staff members who assisted us during our stay. Every interaction we had was professional, welcoming, and genuinely warm.

When I arrived on the first night, it was late, and the hotel front desk didn't speak Chinese. However, using Doubao and the order, I managed to check in smoothly. But the room was really bad and old. The air conditioning was an old model, giving it a vintage feel, and there were even dirty stains on the bed sheets. At that moment, I just wanted to leave. Being in a foreign place and not speaking English, I endured it. It was severely inconsistent with the pictures. I wanted to book another hotel and contacted Ctrip, staying up all night communicating with them, hoping to get some refund so I could book a different hotel. The communication was difficult for a long time, but then the next day at noon, a front desk staff member who spoke Chinese helped us change rooms, which finally resolved the issue. A higher floor would be a bit better, and if it had been renovated, it would have been more normal. It was worse than hotels costing over 200 yuan in China. I had breakfast for all 3 days, and only ate it once because it was just okay. In short, during the day, having a Chinese-speaking front desk made communication easier, and the room they gave us after we talked to the hotel was acceptable. Everyone, if you're booking a room type, definitely choose a slightly more expensive one. Don't go for the cheap ones, otherwise it will be a nightmare. The location is good though.

Great time here. One of my favourite places to stay for weekend staycation with my partner.The breakfast buffet is great with lots of food varieties. The staff is great. Notes that check in will have to wait as this hotel is quite busy on weekend. Maybe can Improve on the check in part as only one staff is on duty at first then as the queue is getting longer only then other staff help on the check in process. Can go to the mall for some shopping or just movies chilling with your partner.Overall all is good especially when my partner leg is injured and they offered me to use wheelchair for him.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is very well located and surrounded by plenty of amenities, including premium spas, massage parlours, nail and hair salons, restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping facilities, making everything easily accessible. The rooftop pool and city views are spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a good variety of local and international options, fresh pastries, fruits, hot dishes, and quality coffee. What truly stood out was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, flexible, and always willing to assist. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and for keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. Overall, a comfortable hotel with great facilities, excellent service, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur

At my stay there were construction works around the building in two sides, so room was very noisy and had to ask for a room on a different side of the building. The second room was a bit better. Expect a lot of coming and going by chinese guests on the corridor and loud speaking during the night hours. Breakfast is very poor, not worth the money at all. Overall, i am not satisfied with this hotel, not even for their relatively lower prices.

Regarding the facilities: The swimming pool is quite small, about 1.2m deep and roughly 50 square meters. There's a bar next to it where you can see the Petronas Towers. I ordered a latte there, and it was very mediocre. They mentioned having a gym, but it's located in the North building, and guests in the South building can't access it, which is something to be aware of. Regarding the room: I didn't notice any strange odors, but the bathroom and toilet aren't separated (no wet and dry areas), which is a design flaw. The air conditioning was nice and cool, but you can't open the windows for ventilation. There's a small fridge. The paint on the walls and the table looked a bit worn, so I hope they'll refurbish them. Regarding the service: I didn't encounter any bad attitudes; everything was smooth and generally acceptable and professional. The room was cleaned neatly and efficiently. Overall, for the price of 300 MYR, there are better options available. This hotel is sufficient for a basic stay. Laundry and drying are self-service and chargeable; it's 10 MYR per person for washing, and I forgot the price for drying.

Maintenance is respectable, but if you are seeking cutting-edge modernity—such as smart room controls—you may find it slightly dated. Pool Experience: An understated highlight The outdoor pool on the third floor is a pleasant surprise. In the heat of a tropical afternoon, swimming against a backdrop of high-rise buildings creates a distinctly urban oasis—an experience that resonates well with the sensibilities of modern travelers. I decided to stay at Oakwood this time during my three days transit in KL. the 1-bedroom deluxe was just perfect for business and leisure travellers including families. The room was spacious and clean. There were many cupboards in the room as well. The team was very friendly and helpful. Galida, the rooms division manager was super friendly, and assisted with my luggage after checking out. The location is a few minutes from KLCC by cab. If you are looking for a quiet, central and clean hotel, this hotel is a great option! Highly recommend!

I booked the north part and when I checked in the room felt dump and facing north with no sun. Then I changed to a different one (which was a lower tier than the one I booked in term of size but with better view) and it was nice as facing south and the towers. The windows are dirty tho and for the love of god remove the carpet and use a wooden floor. Nice roof terrace on the south part of the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Impiana KLCC hotel and was very impressed by the overall customer service and staff members working there! The 24/7 security as well as porters helping out really added to the experience. I must add that the hotel itself is in a very good location close by to the Petronas towers which is around a circa 15 mins walk or so.

As a clean freak Virgo, this hotel's hygiene barely passed my standards. For a boutique hotel, after my thorough 'scan' inspection, the bedding was quite clean and comfortable. However, the downside was that every day I would find hairs on the bathroom floor that weren't mine – I'm not sure how the cleaning staff brought them in. Also, the shower head in the bathroom leaked more water than it sprayed while I was using it. The hotel staff were mostly foreign workers; the front desk, greeters, and cleaners were all male foreign workers. But their service was excellent. When I checked in late at night, I found my room had a window completely blocked by a wall. They patiently helped me change rooms. The greeters would always open the door for me, and the front desk staff would greet me and ask if I was enjoying my stay. I think the biggest plus for this hotel is its convenient location. There are two well-known coffee shops right opposite and next to it, and the street itself has lots of great food, so you don't need to eat breakfast at the hotel. It's only a 20-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. Overall, I would stay here again on my next business trip to Kuala Lumpur. It offers good value for money, great service, a convenient location, but the hygiene could use some improvement.

The stay was great overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the equipment in the room was quite complete. I also liked that there was a washing machine available, which was very convenient for longer stays. From the room, you can even see a bit of the Twin Towers view, which was a nice bonus. Another helpful thing is that you can leave your luggage at the reception after check-out, so you can still explore the city without carrying your bags. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it.

The decor is a bit dated and showing its age. There are plenty of food options nearby, including many Chinese eateries and Indian restaurants. It feels like a residential area for working professionals, much more relaxed than the city center, and has a more authentic local vibe.

10 mins drive to the shopping area. Fast and hassle free check in & out. However, room wasn’t housekept when we have put the tag outside the room to indicate housekeeping required. So we came back to a room with our previous day rubbish whatnots. But thankfully, the reception was there and we had requested for clean towels and amenities. Do note that no toothbrush is provided.

The infinity pool and rooftop bar are definite highlights, providing a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy the city. Service is top-notch—staff are professional, attentive, and welcoming. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping malls and major attractions. The only downside is that it can feel a bit busy due to its central location. Overall, a great choice for a stylish and comfortable stay in Kuala Lumpur.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the area, and I absolutely love it! The convenience of having a parking space right next to the hotel for just RM12 per day is fantastic. The only minor downside was a slightly musty smell in the room, but it was manageable. The shower pressure could be a bit stronger, but everything else was quite convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially since my dad really values convenient parking! Please note that the ironing facilities are shared, and the iron may not get very hot. Additionally, the toiletries provided are quite basic, so remember to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.

I really love Momo's in-house shampoo and shower gel. They both incorporate essential oils to help you relax. The window blinds, made of wood panels, are not only easy to maintain but also don't attract dust like traditional curtains. The hotel is conveniently located near the Medan Tuanku monorail station, just a 5-minute walk away. Around Jalan Doraisamy, you'll find many charming cafes in a very British-style street, as well as the best spot for iconic photos of KLCC. On the other side of the hotel, closer to the Chow Kit monorail station, you can experience more of Malaysia's local culture.

Good location, be able to walk to Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang easily. However, during my stay there was bad smell in my room assumed that from the carpet. My last night, there is some smoking scent which I guess the beside room was smoking and the scent is from bathroom duct. The most terrible thing is that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Anyway I paid considerably low price, so it’s one of the choice for who don’t expect much.
