It's okay hotel but old fashion, I will not recommend this hotel to my friends. I found ants 🐜 on the bathroom, don't know what was going on. It's walking away to Petronas twin tower, perhaps 5 minutes walk. Restaurant in front of hotel, muslim cemetery behind the hotel, parking lot beside the hotel on the left side, on going construction on the right side of the hotel. I will not staying in this hotel anymore. Perhaps it's 5 star 15 years ago, not now.

We stayed at The Face Suites for 3 days and 2 nights with our two kids and overall it was a pleasant experience. The suite was very spacious and family-friendly, giving the kids plenty of room to move around comfortably. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which came with a bathtub that was much larger than those typically found in most hotels. Our booking included breakfast. The breakfast buffet was served in another building, so guests need to walk across to enjoy their meal. However, the spread was good with a variety of choices and it is halal-certified. The rooftop swimming pool and bar were popular and often crowded, mainly because of the stunning city views. From the pool area, you can enjoy views of Merdeka 118 and, from certain angles, the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The location is decent but it may be a bit far if you plan to walk to major attractions such as Suria KLCC or Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Depending on your walking pace, it can take around 20 to 30 minutes on foot. One area that could be improved is the room and bathroom flooring. The floors were quite slippery, so I would recommend using the slippers provided by the hotel instead of walking barefoot. It felt like the floors could have been cleaned or scrubbed more thoroughly. Overall, The Face Suites is a great choice for families looking for a spacious stay with beautiful rooftop views and a good breakfast selection.

I stayed in the Collection Club Premier King Room and was extremely satisfied with the facilities and amenities provided. The hotel’s location is also very strategic, making it convenient to explore Bukit Bintang on foot with family. However, we encountered issues with Trip.com before our stay when requesting a date change due to a medical check-up. Although the hotel was willing to accommodate it, the booking platform made the process difficult and it could not be arranged. In addition, our special requests (baby cot and anniversary note) were not forwarded to Pullman Hotel, so the hotel was not aware upon arrival. Despite these platform-related issues, we still appreciated the hotel’s hospitality and enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for one night and honestly had a great experience. The biggest advantage of this place is definitely the location — very close to Bukit Bintang, food places, convenience stores, and major shopping malls. Everything is within walking distance, which made the trip very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Since it is a serviced suite, the extra space and facilities made the stay feel more relaxing compared to a normal hotel room. The bed was comfortable, and the room was generally quiet, allowing us to rest well after a long day. The staff were polite and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. The facilities, especially the swimming pool were clean and well maintained. Parking was also quite convenient.

The area surrounding hotel is teeming with a diverse array of food stores, local eateries and cozy restaurants, offering an extensive selection of delicious cuisines to suit all tastes, you’ll find plenty of wonderful dining options just a short walk away. Overall my stay at Pacific Express Hotel Central Market was perfect.(except the water heater is not function well, water flow hot for a while then cold again rm8521), other than that the room is spacious, with small refrigerator, nothing to compare with such nice room and reasonable price. The unrivaled location, convenient dining choices combine to create a truly wonderful living experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, and I will definitely choose to stay here again. Room is perfect clean, with a large lobby, good security. Must try!

Loved this hotel! The front desk staff, especially the guy, was super sweet and even reserved my favorite room for me. They offer luggage storage, and someone's always there to open the door for you. The rooms are spacious and offer great value for money. It seemed like most of the guests here were Chinese. The only minor downside was the slow elevator. There's a desk on the second floor where you can write. I'd definitely stay here again! There's a mall nearby where I bought four dresses, and plenty of tailors around who altered them on the spot for just 10 yuan.

We want to give a special thank you to ”Sir Nomi at the front desk for his excellent assistance in upgrading us to this room. Exceptional service💯❤️ The location is perfect for us since Lalaport is right nearby , and there's connecting bridge from the hotel. Personally, i think Lalaport offers the best view of Merdeka 118, especially if you go up to the rooftop garden.The views there are highly Instagrammable 📸 👌 The food in the executive lounge was great, with many selections available and unlimited coffee. It was also less crowded during the breakfast buffet. The two staff members, Sir Rahman and Mam Selvi, were very helpful and prompt in assisting us during breakfast. Sir Tafo, who worked on the evening refreshments , was very friendly and pleasant with our special son. I really appreciate him being so patient and accommodating. I will definitely book the Executive Club again for our next visit in your hotel. It was a superb experience😍

Very near to KL Sentral as I travelled by train from JB-KL-JB. Room size is acceptable size with a view of the train tracks. The staff are very polite and helpful. There are some issues with the cleanliness and room service but I have given my feedback directly to the hotel. I will come back next time. Thank you.

Seamless Group Stay and Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn (North) Chow Kit for a business trip with a group of six. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The highlight was definitely the check-in process. Despite our group arriving separately under a single booking, the Front Desk handled everything seamlessly. A special shout-out to Ms. Nuraldila, who went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was stress-free. She was incredibly professional and reassured me that my colleagues arriving later would be well taken care of. The Room: I was staying on the 8th floor and absolutely loved the view. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety, but the service truly stood out. The staff were proactive clearing plates quickly and ensuring the buffet was constantly replenished. Location: Very convenient. Just a 5-minute walk to the Chow Kit Monorail Station. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel location is near to various nice eateries. Is walkable to ICC Pudu local breakfast market which is a good place to experience an authentic, old school Malaysian-Chinese breakfast in KL. The hotel is considered clean and well equipped with what is needed in a room. However, one of our room was smelly. It maybe caused by someone smoking next door or previous guest has been smoking in the room. We got both rooms for non-smoking but yet one of it was a smelly room. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, very close to both the Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion Mall. It rained on our second day, but the hotel has a skybridge directly connected to the mall, so we didn't even need an umbrella! The breakfast and bars are also excellent, especially the rooftop bar. You get a direct view of the Twin Towers, and the visual effect is stunning. There's a handsome Malaysian waiter named Yugesh at the bar who recommended several super delicious cocktails to us, and they were all great value for money. On the day we left, I accidentally knocked over a shower gel bottle while rushing to check out. When we checked out, the two handsome guys at the front desk kept asking if we were hurt and said not to worry about the bottle. It really warmed my heart – the service at a five-star hotel truly is a cut above the rest! 👍👍

The accommodation is near Dang Wangi LRT station, close to the Petronas Twin Towers and the Menara Tower. The staff provided good service. There's a 50 RM deposit which is refundable upon check-out, and a 2 RM tourist tax, which is standard for all hotels. The single room has no window but has an en-suite bathroom, an electric kettle, tea, coffee, a fridge, and a TV. We think it's good.

I don’t know this is my 4th or 5th. But last time I’ve booked and I’d got upgraded to Ormond. But, Momo’s always been special boutique hotel for me and my wife. Great staffs, friendly, caring and helpful. Slightly a few things not so good but no bad. i. The towel got a mark, a stain. ii. My room shower head leaking. iii. Shower cream, shampoo and hand soap bottle in low quantity of soap. iv. Charger port on headboard can’t use. Everything else good. Breakfast so good, very consistent since first time I came. And coffee so good. See you again Momo’s.
