I like the place it's a quiet and relaxing place. The service is good and they have a good collection of foods in there breakfast with a beautiful view. From my side I like to repeat it and coming again to that place

We arrived after a long day to sera lake resort, when we checked in they had problems in their system and kept telling me it’s my problem.. check in took more than 2 hours and they even told me they don’t have rooms available as per my booking which is so disappointing. After 3 hours finally I got my room but the room as I entered looked like someone was her playing with the carpets , it was crooket. The reception kept telling us it was our problem and they don’t even mind if we put a bad rate everywhere online. Very bad service no one answers the phone for water or anything, you have to go down by yourself each time you need something. I had to checkout the next day since it was so bad and never coming back! The worst ever!

I book a room for 3 persons and it should have been 35m2, as we entered to the room we saw that, they put a rotten bed crooked middle of the road that, you can not pass, if someone wants to go to the bath needs to jump over the beds, without any services for the 3rd person, I called the reception and told him there is no towel, no pillow, and there is a lot of shortage, so please send someone to look, He told me you can come up here!!! I went to him and said the problems and He told me just you booked a double room for three people. I said ok it was your option for 3 people and the room should be 35 m2 (the room was not even 20m2) To get the missing Items I had to call several times to receive them, as they want to give them as charity. I will not recommend this Hotel

The hotel was in a great spot.. the view is magical..the hotel is old and needs maintenance but the staff are amazing. I would like to thank every one of them for the constant smile and their help and making my stay unforgettable, especially Wisam she was very helpful for all the residents. She speaks Arabic in case someone doesn't speak English or Turkish language also, I would like to thank Miss Arwa for her help in giving me extra time to stay as my flight was late at night it's a very friendly family hotel, but it needs a lot of maintenance. It's highly recommended for people who like to enjoy a beautiful magical view of Trabzon.

- Serra Lake Resort is a gem in Trabzon. - It is in a very strategic location with magnificent views of Sera Lake. - The views from the rooms are undisputedly one of the best I have experienced. - Away from all the chaos, the serenity, the calmness, with the green landscape and mountains will give you the peace and happiness that most of us truly desire. - I have stayed in a Junior Suite Room No. 1301 which has a separate living room with a cosy rocking chair, jacuzzi in the bathroom and the views from the terrace are breath-taking. - Honestly the name “Junior Suite” does not do justice. It should have a more premium name. - The check-in experience was excellent, thanks to Behzad and Tarik. These two gentlemen are extremely professional with great customer service skills. They will make sure that you are well set with all the information and any technical details if necessary. - The restaurant at the terrace serves delicious meals with unobstructed views of serra lake. - The morning breakfast had a lot of variety, and the chef prepares the eggs as the way you want, upon your request. Loved the breakfast, enjoyed it every day of our stay. - I would like to thank all the restaurant team who took care of us whenever we were there: - Wissam, Ibrahim, Orguz, Busra and everyone else. They are so friendly, respectful and welcoming, they will make you so happy right at the start of the morning which will kick start a beautiful day. - I would also like to thank Emine for her hospitality, I believe she is a manager. She treats you like a family; and she is a lovely lady. - The hotel has a nice spa, the best part is privacy. You can book a time slot and the whole spa will be reserved for you and your family. No one else will be allowed to enter. They will literally give you the key to lock the door from inside. The steam and sauna room were really good and works perfectly. They also have a big gym which I didn’t use but it looked like it had everything that you need. - The hotel has a world class guest relations team who will help you with everything like airport transfers, tours, dinner reservations, etc. - One of the most special thanks is to a beautiful young lady named “Erva”, honestly, she is like a family now. She organized all our tours which was really good, and we had one of the most amazing experiences on our Ayder tour. Ayder is located in Rize province which is a must visit place if you visit Trabzon. - I would like to thank our tour guide Fatima and the driver who took us to Ayder. They are so professional and kept giving us information through out the way and on the way back took us to a good Kunafe place that was so delicious. - Erva also organized a beautiful romantic dinner at the private cabin for me. I couldn’t thank her enough for such an amazing arrangement. - Lastly, I would like to thank Denizhan who helped us with our luggage and gave us a wealth of information about Trabzon and the Turkish culture.
