Je pense que l’hôtel me mérite pas 4 étoiles manque d’entretien les moquettes au sol très sale les portes usées.. pas de sèche cheveux

Beaucoup d’efforts à faire notamment au niveau de la restauration.

J’ai passé un bon séjour au sein d’hôtel el mouradi merci à toute l’équipe .

Un bel hôtel confortable adapté aux familles, une bonne cuisine et une mer limpide

فندق سيء ، واستقباله كان سيء ايضا ، اكله مقبول ليس ممتازا، الغرفة المزدوجة كانت عبارة عن سريران مفردان 🤷‍♂️ لايتوفر مكيف ولا مروحة . وسيلة الاتصال شبه معدومة اطلالة غير جيدة لانيصح به بتاتا تم استلام الغرفة ولم يكن ىضعها مقبول ، كانت ليست نظيفة، الادراج كانت مكسرة ، الغرفة بحاجة صيانة تم التواصل مع الريسبشن اكثر من مرة ، ولم يكن متعاون

Hygiene is not a priority in this hotel rooms are poor beds are okay towels thin and used. overall the people running the hotel are lovely our first room one five seven was disgusting. The the smell made me want to vomit The hotel staff moved us next day without a problem, food is not for the European pallet but there was always something to eat, beach beautiful sun lounger are in need a wash as you can smell other people's sweat on them, never seen them getting washed the whole time we were there, I realize Tunisa is a poor country and have different standards, what Im saying is. check out your hotel room before you accept it.The Port is very nice , Hard Rock Cafe five minute walk away where you can have a lovely meal and hear good music.

Definitely NOT 4 star, it's 2 or 3 star max Condition of hotel bedrooms not cleaned properly, ants crawling around and very dirty carpet in the hallways. There spa package Hammam is terrible, NO sauna steam or Suzuki which was in the package and massage was terrible. The food in hotel some of it wasn't edible or not fresh. I heard from few people being sick after eating including my daughter. The staff was great, The entertainment wasn't all that great at night. The activities during day very very little to do. The only great thing about the hotel it had a lovely beach and pool side and the dessert was great, the drinks was very limited in variety. My view is if you want 4 star go for 5 star hotel in Tunisia. Love Holidays you need to check this hotel out stay a week and you'll find out.

Great month in the sun! Good hotel. Food good, staff amazing. Animation friendly and always ready to help. Different show every evening. We were lucky to have such hot weather. The rooms are cleaned every day. Take a kettle tbags etc and a hairdryer, you can get milk at the bar. Be aware to have the hotel tax added before you go to your room. We were there a month and paid an extra 60 pounds sterling. Huge rise from last year. Also taxis charge what they like! The harbour is lovely, and you can walk along the beach to it. All in all a really great month and we will be back, love dave and lynnxx.

Been at the hotel for nearly a month it's been fabulous the staff are truly amazing and could not be more helpful I'd love the place it's been Sunny most of the time and the sea is just 150 yards away which is great the hotel is a little older but it's still Sensational you must come that's why I used to drop some tips little tips now and again and the staff will love you and do everything I can for you I can't see where the bad reviews come from some people must be really hard to please
