Прекрасный персонал, вежливый и ненавязчивый, шоу анимации супер классное. Номер с видом на море нас устроил. Ужины вкусные и разнообразные, а вот завтраки мне не очень понравились, для 5* маловато выбора. Абсолютная чистота, удобная кровать, постельное белье и полотенца как новые, халаты и тапочки брендированные в отдельной упаковке, презент от отеля в виде фруктов тоже очень понравился. Странно, что в платном бассейне нет шезлонгов (!) в басплатном есть!

Bel accueil dans cet hôtel qui est très bien situé. Une belle piscine avec un toboggan où les enfants se sont bien éclatés. Dommage que 3 chaînes de TV mais l'ambiance reste superbe Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Best holiday staying with big thanks to Mr Anwar for the warm welcome & kindness & generosity. To all his staff in Reception with special thanks to Hamza who really went out of his way to help us in so many ways. Huge thanks to all the animation team ; Sam ,cookie Franco ,Rico they truly work so hard day & night we enjoyed their shows very professional so well done . The restaurant all the waiters and management and the food was amazing so bravo. This was my 1st ime here and will be back again inchallah. Thank you seabel ALhambra.

I was there with my family, including two children, and unfortunately, the lack of attractions and very poor food quality posed a significant challenge. The hotel looked good from the outside – a nice, white building that seemed clean. However, inside, we encountered cracked walls and a damaged bathroom. The change of bed linen and towels only took place after the third intervention, and the pillowcases were changed only on the seventh day of our stay. The overall service was poor, and the organization of meals was at the level of a 2-star hotel, even though we were staying in a 4-star hotel. The hotel toilets were clogged and had an unpleasant odor. The staff barely spoke English, which made communication difficult. Additionally, for most of our stay, we had a problem with jellyfish, which forced us to mainly use the pool, where unfortunately, floating hair was sometimes present. Regarding the food, waiting for pancakes or pizza took up to 30 minutes, and there were restrictions on portion sizes. Snacks available between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM were also disappointing, as queues lasted 20-30 minutes just to get a simple sandwich. To top it off, the bus to the airport arrived 30 minutes late. I received an automated message in the app instructing me to call a Polish landline helpline, which was absurd considering I was in Tunisia, not at the Baltic Sea. I’m not willing to pay for a call to Poland from Tunisia. In summary, I regret choosing this hotel, and to some extent, the destination as well. The entire experience, from the problematic flight to the poor hotel conditions, lack of attractions, and inadequate food, made our stay far below expectations. Unfortunately, it was neither a successful trip nor a good choice for a family vacation.

Encore un séjour parfait en famille hôtel très propre personnel très agréable du directeur aux femmes de ménages , la réception parfaite , les repas beaucoup de diversité ,nous invitons les français a y venir , car franchement vous y serez très bien accueilli , malgré les différents commentaires négatif que j'ai pu lire sur ce site je pense qu'il faut y allez pour ce rendre compte du réel , personnellement nous y allons 3 /4 fois par ans est nous sommes a chaque fois surpris agréablement .

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.
