200% of satisfaction! We love the place, gardens, pools, beach, entertainment but best of all, all people working there hard and always kind, very friendly. Never ending food, fruit, icecreams. We got upgraded to the Bali villa and that was amazing. The place is breathtaking. Absolutely gorgeous. The restaurants have various options from the buffet or the menu. Swimming pools are plenty of space for every one. We loved staying here and we sure will be coming back.

A lovely gem of a find in the Antalya area. Have stayed in Antalya before and most hotels of note are of a good standard compared to most other regions in europe, but this place really stood out for us. As a group of 6 (4 adults, 2 year old, 4 year old), we stayed in a Lake Villa. Welcome drinks at reception were a nice touch, staff were friendly and polite, and they stayed kind and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. The accommodation itself was clean and spacious, nothing outstanding about the decor but comfortable with plenty of amenties to make you feel at home. The minibar was restocked every day and the drinks/snacks came in handy for the kids inbetween mealtimes. The swim up pool was great for a quick dip when in need of a cool down, or for a nice relaxing afternoon staying in. The grounds itself gave you the sense of being on a retreat- spacious, calming and beautifully looked after greenery everywhere, even at the pool which has palm trees stylishly situated on small islands in the pool itself! The beach is well looked after with plenty of facilities (showers, foot washers, immaculate toilets), and the beach bar is a lovely bit of luxury, with great cocktails and food made to order in the afternoon. The main highlight of this resort is the Mavi restaurant: food was excellent at all times- great buffet selection with plenty of options, with lovely a-la carte options available if the buffet didn't suit. There were always plenty of staff on hand and they were attentive, friendly and always helpful with the kids. Premium drinks/alcohol available at all times and the bar staff happy to make a range of cocktails. The first negative I have about the resort is the lack of snacking/food options between mealtimes- dinner was slightly too late of our youngest but I get that the resort isn't necessarily geared towards children. Secondly the spa was heavily overpriced which meant it was hardly being used by guests. The spa facility itself looked amazing but I was put off by the pricing, even at half the price it still would've been relatively expensive for Turkey. A more reasonable price structure would see a much higher uptake on usage and overall enhance the stay experience for guests. Overall we all had an amazing holiday. The ability to use the sister hotel's facilities meant that there was plenty to keep us busy and ensure the kids were suitably entertained. Animation and entertainment was of a really high standard too. If you're looking for a bit of luxury whilst still receiving the full Antalya all inclusive holiday experience then you wouldn't be disappointed by staying here! We’re coming here for the second time, and everything is perfect. The people are amazing and the service is very good. There are a lot of a la carte restaurants that you can use and they are all so tasty! Definitely recommend it and we will come back again.

We had the best family holiday in IC residence. The whole family had the greatest time. The pools, the water slides, the entertainment were all superb. The food was brilliant and the kids enjoyed helping their selves to the ice creams. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay here so much. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food choice is excellent and the drinks are much better than other all inclusive hotels we have stayed at. The pools and slides were great fun and there are loads of activities for the kids. Recommend.

I am currently still here at this hotel, I’m so upset and disgusted by the treatment we have received. Considering we came here as a family last year 2 adults 2 children and had a pleasant experience decided to come back this year….what a mistake! We have been here 2 nights first night the 5th August we were awoken by some scuffle sounds at 1am, my husband out the lights on and a massive cockroach was inside our bedside cabinet. I called reception straight away while my husband put a glass over the roach. They sent housekeeping and the lady sprayed some raid but the roach didn’t die and she was petrified of it too as it was a very large one. The next morning we spoke at reception they advised that they would send someone to fumigate the room and to leave it unoccupied for a few hours for the fumes to disperse. When we eventually went back being in the sun all afternoon and totally exhausted from having zero sleep the night before we had our showers and got dressed for the evening. We left the hotel and met some friends in Antalya. As I myself am Turkish but live in London we have many friend s here. When we arrived back to our room around 11.30pm our bed a had small cockroaches scattering around my husband with a tissue picked as many as he could off the bed but most scattered away! We called reception again they send a housekeeper with raid again!!! We told him this doesn’t work my child was crying I was distressed, we asked if they could move us and were told that there were no rooms available and that my husband would have to sleep on the sofa and they would bring a fold out single bed for me to sleep on in my children’s room, we were so angry and to be honest shocked by this, the duty manager then called the room and said that he would offer us an upgrade the very next morning. My husband asked if this would 100 per cent happen and he said yes. Even went to say that we’re ok to pack our suitcase ready to move in the morning. Well the time here now is 12pm and after being in reception from 8.30am we have just sat down to think about how rude the staff were at reception there was no upgrade there was no room available first thing in the morning. The lady there was patronising and very uncaring we asked to speak to manager and guess what there was none we were told “sorry manager is at the other hotel” I’ve been crying all morning my children want to go back to London this holiday cost in excess of £9000.00 for 10 days and to be honest would never ever recommend this to anyone in London to my friends or family. We have moved to a room which is further away from main area still ground level so could still possibly have roach problems. I can’t believe I have another week of hell here! With reception staff so rude and do not speak any English I’m so lucky I can speak and understand Turkish as I have heard the way in which they speak, they would never get away with in England.

This has been an outstanding vacation at IC Residence ticking every box. We are travelling 2 families together with kids (age 7 and 10). We started at the Lake Villas which are very nice and spacious with direct access to a great pool. Midway we were upgraded to a Delux Villa with a large private pool. It is amazing and very luxurious above and beyond any expectations we had. The restaurant at the residence area «Mavi» is great with both buffet and a la carte. Lots of nice and tasty dishes. Breakfast is also very good. The beach is beautiful and the beach restaurant great for lunch. Always available sunbeds at the beach and by the pools any time of the day. We really enjoyed the quiet and nice atmosphere at the residence area also having the option to enter the hotel area with all its amenities. The kids club offer everything from dolphin shows at a zoo, pottery to soap making, and the evening shows are at another level than any other resort we have ever been to. Not just resort reps or renounced magicians trying to make a sorry show, but professional artists, dancer, acrobats, bikers….you name it. Truly amazing. The residence/hotel area is besutiful with lots of nice flowers, olive trees and palms, and all around the area are various bars serving delicious drinks (brand liquor) and beers (Corona, Carlsberg, Sol, Efes, Miller etc.) free of charge. Also lots refregirators stacked with water/soft drinks/beers and icecream. The staff are all very service minded, helpful and friendly always meeting you with a smile making everyone feel very welcome. Marina and Ekaterina at the «Guestrelation» and those working at the reception (sorry forgot the names) at the residence area are extremely accommodative to whatever requests one may have trying their very best to make our, and I’m sure all other guests stay, memrable. We have had a wonderful stay at IC Residence. We traveled two families together, and stayed in the Lake Villas first, which was great - with direct access to a super pool and large rooms with all you need. We got the opportunity to switch to a superior delux villa mid-stay and we were blown away by the luxurious house, the space, the pool and the service. We felt extremly lucky.  All the staff at the hotel have been super nice, and they go out of their way to accommodate us. The food at the different restaurants was great, and especially Mavi with a great combination of buffet and ala carte and the beach restaurant had the most wonderful staff. We have also used the Lilium spa facilities a lot, and I have to mention Riça in particular, as she has been excellent! All of us, both adults and children (aged 7 and 10) have had the best vacation experience ever, and would rate this hotel 100/10 if possible. We are all blown away by the super-friendly service, the facilities, the peace and quiet at the Residence-area, the evening shows, the options at the kids Club, and the atmosphere in general. We would highly recommend this hotel!
