لقد استمتتعت كثيراً في هذا المكان الجميل والرائع وكان المنتجع في غاية الجمال تعامل الناس جميل جداً وارتحت كثيراً هنا الاشخاص هنا رائعون لقد قضيت وقت ممتع والاكل كان جميل جداً والتعامل اجمل اتمنى من كل شخص لم يزر هذا المكان انصحه بزيارته لانه يستحق .

Kami membuat tempahan melalui trip.com di Rixos Bab al bahr RAK. Kami membuat tempahan bilik premium dengan pemandangan yang bermaksud pemandangan laut atau pemandangan kolam tetapi perjalanan. Com menempah kami bilik premium dengan pemandangan taman. Ini adalah kes penipuan dan ketidakpercayaan yang jelas. Malah kakitangan penerimaan tetamu hotel mengesahkan bahawa ia adalah bilik premium penipuan yang jelas dengan pemandangan bermakna ia mestilah pemandangan laut atau kolam renang. Caj tambahan yang kami bayar untuk bilik premium dengan pemandangan telah sia-sia kerana trip.com menempah bilik pemandangan taman untuk kami. Kedua, kami membuang masa lagi untuk menyelesaikan konflik antara hotel dan trip.com ini. Pengalaman pertama saya dengan tempahan melalui trip.com sangat teruk dari segi kepercayaan..

had an amazing stay. had opted for two meals and both were delicious as one can ever have it. Even got an extension on checkout from Mr. Houssam (front desk).

في البداية يبهرك الفندق بموقعه الجذّاب والسهل، وكذلك مكانه الاستراتيجي الواقع في المرجان، فلا يوجد داعٍ للقلق من الإزدحامات أو ضغوطات الحياة. قد يخدعك مدخل الفندق في البداية، لكن عند الوصول لمنطقة التسجيل ستنبهر حتمًا بالتفاصيل الجميلة في هذا الفندق، من ناحية الديكور، البني والرمادي والأزرق الخفيف، الذي يعطيك إحساس الشاطىء والبحر، والإضاءات الذهبية الفخمة التي تعطيك احساس غروب الشمس. وأبهرني أكثر وجود مكان للصلاة (مصلى صغير) مع منطقة وضوء مخصصة للمسجد، وحمامات عامّة فخمة ونظيفة. كما أن الجيم مجهز بأغلب الأجهزة الأساسية مع مركز للسبا، يحتوي على أغلب الخدمات التي تبدأ من 375 للساعة (مساج) مع بعض الخدمات الأخرى الاضافية التي يعطوك إياها كهدية مع الخدمة. منطقة الإنتظار فخمة ورائعة وتحتوي على كراسي مريحة وسوفات جميلة تشعرك بالراحة، وبينما أنت تنتظر، ستجد كوفي شوب إسمه MoCa، يمكنك طلب قهوتك والحلويات الراقية بأسعار معقولة وجميلة، وقد تحصل على تخفيض هناك في حال كنت قد حجزت باستخدام بطاقة فزعة أو إسعاد للتخفيضات. ولا تنسى أن تطلب قهوتك من الموظفة سارة، بشوشة وتقدم لك القهوة اللذيذة بكل سعادة. وعند التسجيل، سررت جدًا بالتعامل مع الموظفة حسناء، سهلت إجراءات الدخول وقدمت لنا المعلومات الكافية عن المكان والتسهيلات المتوفرة، كان تعاملها جدًا راقي ومريح. بكل تأكيد سأسل عنها في المرة القادمة لأنعم بالتجربة المثالية التي حصلت عليها اليوم. بعد دخولنا للغرفة من طراز (Family Room with Breakfast)، كان مستوى النظافة مُبهر جدًا، والإطلالة جميلة، والبلكونة كبيرة جدًا، (يجب الحذر إذا كان لديك أطفال من خروجهم للبلكونة، الزجاج قد يكون خطر بالنسبة لهم). ديكور الغرفة مريح وهادئ، الحجم متوسط، والحمام مقسم بطريقة ذكية حيث تم فصل المرحاض عن منطقة الاستحمام، وذلك لتعطي راحة أفضل لاستخدام الحمام من قبل أكثر من شخص في آنٍ واحد. في اليوم التالي قمنا بزيارة The Market لتناول وجبة الإفطار، ويمكنك الذهاب ابتداءً من الساعة 6.30 صباحًا. بصراحة، الافطار الذي في هذا الفندق يعتبر من أفضل ما جربت في حياتي. عن ماذا أحدثكم، عن التنوع؟ عن جمالية التقديم؟ خذ نظرة على السلطات، مرتبة بطريقة جميلة تجعلك تنظر إليها بحزن لأن هذاالشكل الجميل لن يدوم طويلًا بعد نبشها بالملعقة. أحدثكم عن اللذة؟ لا تقاوم. أحدثكم عن التعامل وتوفير المستلزمات وترتيب الطاولات؟ لا مثيل لها. أنصحكم أن تجربوا هذا الإفطار، لا تفوتوا نص جمال الرحلة، وهو الإفطار في موفنبيك المرجان. لقد قمت بتجربة المسبح، وكانت تجربة مثالية، المكان نظيف وواسع إلا أن العمق منخفض 1.1، وهو جيد لحماية الأطفال والشباب. أمّا البحر، فهو جيّد، توجد بعض الحشائش لطبيعة البحر (خور)، قد تضايق بعض مرتادي البحر لأنها تؤثر على صفاء البحر، إلا بالنسبة لي لا تشكل أي مشكلة.

Unglaublich schönes hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und absolut leckerem Essen.

What an amazing experience! In this review I’m only talking about things we did. There is plenty more we couldn’t do as we only stayed 2 nights. First let’s cover the resort: The resort itself is very luxurious and massive. The villas are huge (we stayed in the Al Rimal Villa)! Having your own pool (very private, no one can see you) is so nice, especially if you have kids who are in there constantly. We were two adults with 2 kids, 12 and 2. There are several restaurants but only 1 is open for breakfast and lunch (can be increased in my opinion, especially the farmhouse should be added). Unfortunately several things are only happening on weekends so try to include the weekend to be able to experience all the offerings. To get around the resort, you can either use the bicycles or the buggy. As we stayed in June, we used the buggy mainly as it’s super hot throughout the day. However, we did cycle in the evenings and during the day a couple of times. There are wild animals all over the resort. They just come and go as they please. Everything feels very authentic and true to its surroundings. Nothing is staged. If you like to see Camels and Onyx close up on your way to lunch or in the evening when cycling back to your room, you will love this place! Let’s look at the Restaurants. Farmhouse - this is a great restaurant right at a waterhole which is beautiful in the evening and a place where a lot of animals gather. The food, drinks and staff were great. This was our favourite restaurant. However, only open for dinner. Shame! Kheela - this is the only restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It’s nice with an Arabic vibe. The food is good (not amazing). The one thing that makes this place very special is the staff. They are sooo friendly and helpful. They loved playing with our little toddler Max. They truly made the experience special for us. I’d like to call some of them out by Name: Wandy, Hemal, Sujala and Susmila. I only put those down as they written their name on my partner’s birthday card but all of them were amazing. In terms of activities: We did the nature drive and camel sunset ride. Both are amazing! During the nature drive you get a real feel for the desert, it’s animals and plants. If you are lucky, you get to hand feed the gazelles. The ride itself is very intense with lots of up and down and many many bumps, so not suitable for small children in our opinion. The Guide, Martin, was great! I can highly recommend him. We also did the rainforest experience which is very lovely. We recommend at least 2 hours. Overall, this place is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed every bit of it! It’s also super kid friendly so highly recommended for families. The staff make this place truly special and add to the the overall experience. We can’t thank all of the staff enough for taking such good care of us.

Nice place, but is far you need to bring your food or go to rak to buy

We went here with friends who has holidayed here when it had just opened. We had a 10. night holiday booked with BA we arrived the early hours of Sunday 9th of October. We unpacked went to bed after looking around room in daylight next morning I wasnt impressed, we had 1 b/towel so hubby went down and asked for another also we asked for extra coathangers as there were only 4 (for 2 people) ?? The towel s did appear but no coathangers on trying the shower the head from the shower only produced a trickle so we asked if someone could check it for us . The light in the bathroom was flickering when we looked in it this is what we saw (see 1st photo ) there were two lights one either side of the sink both full.of dead flies they fixed the flickering light but the the other light though working was still full of dead flies ???????? Long story short they never fixed the shower we gave up asking for it to be fixed and used the small head on the shower. The 2nd photo is the photo is the mess that greeted us on our bathroom floor when we returned to our room after our 3rd request for the shower to be fixed (at least we assumed)they were trying to fix the shower head ) why else would you leave s bathroom in that state 😡😡😡😡😡😡 It was 5.30 and we had dinner booked for 6.30 i went ballistic hubby thought i was blaming him he threw one of the white bath towels over it and to cease arguung about this awful room iI.didn't complain about the room after that I decided it was easier to just put up with it and keep.the peace I should have at the start of the holiday demanded to move rooms and it would have been a much nicer holiday. We had paid for two upgrades and this room was certainly not worth the price we paid. The hotel does have good points the staff are amazing resturant and bar staff are some of the best we have ever had rhe privilage of meeting. Shout out for Peter and the Pizza chef in the Italian we enjoyed your singing and they are fabulous people . Also shout out for Nushta in the lobby bar but there were too any lovely staff to.mention by name the staff are certainly a great asset to the hotel. We really used only the a la carte restaurants in the evening for dinner and they r amazing always managed to book.a table and we loved the Italian at lunchtime too. I dont do brekkie but hubby and our friends did . The main areas of the hotel are lovely and reasonably kept seats are stained quite badly in some places and do need upgrading . The weather was fab food was good staff amazing but the photos of our room speak for themselves. I should gave made a stand at the start of the holiday regarding the room but then again no 5 star hotel should have a room in this condition.

We stayed in the family Villa with pool view. The staff all around the hotel were amazing, assisting us at all times and making sure our stay was most comfortable. They have many pools situated at different locations around the hotel but the pool where we stayed has the coldest temperature which was perfect for this hot weather. You can hop on a buggy to get around or take a stroll to any place in the hotel. The beach is calm and perfect for a relaxing time. Their buffet breakfast and dinner was a wide variety and the food was excellent.

I recommend it to all family's , all family members will enjoy the stay , swimming pool is temperature controled, staff are polite and cooperative specially Mr Bahaa in reception.
