對得起希爾頓的名字，當地小城算相當好的賓館了

不錯哦，還有健身房

انصح بزياره هذا الفندق لنظافة المكان والهدوء والاستقبال الحسن وايضاً الموقع حيث يطل على واجهه بحرية ممتازه وشرحه وجميع هذه العوامل هي اساس الاستمرار في اي مشروع اسال الله ان يوفقهم وان ازورهم مرات عديده في المستقبل

خدمة العملاء قبل النزول في الفندق سيئه الرد على الهاتف الموحد معدوم كذالك العزل في الغرف وكذالك الروائح الكريهه في الفرش والتكييف عند تشغيله السعر لم يكن مناسب للفندق ومستواه في الحقيقه اتمنى مراجعتها

الإقامة كانت جميله جدا من استقبال الموظفين الجميل جدا ومن نظافه الغرفه و خدمة العملاء و هدوء المكان و موقع الفندق قريب من جميع الاحتياجات ماعدا شي وحيد الغير مرضي اللي هو المبالغه في سعر المشروبات الغازيه فقط وباقي الاشياء من افضل الفنادق من تجربتي الخاصه 👍🏻

Comfy rooms, kind staff and a cozy pool. Room are clean all toiletries are provided. Towels bed sheets blankets and pillows are clean. Receptionists are kind and gentle. Room service staff are also very helpful and friendly. It’s 20 minutes away from Al fanater which makes it good for crowded days in aljubail

Exceptional service regardless of it being understaffed. My experience was perfect yet I question a few things. How is a 7-floors hotels with over a hundred rooms managed by only one front desk employee? Of course I had some minor issues with dental kits for example and us having to ask for them, but Achmed from reception apologized for that and solved it. He was quick-witted and intuitive even during checkout time. The restaurant staff are kind regardless of the workload. I would rate the field employees with 5-stars. and management with 3-stars. but I know the rating has to be inclusive so I can't deny the exceptional service I received.

Location is near to City Center, easy access to highway, supermarkets and fast foods are near too. Room size is ok; I love the long working table in the room, giving me the space to work; I am delighted by the warmth of the staffs and particularly the efforts put in by the kitchen staffs. Nahar and Haitam, together with the many good staffs, have put in efforts to delight the diners with great taste, excellent displays and a very good spread! They even go out of the way to prepare dial, curry chicken and basmatic rice! I would choose to stay in this hotel in all my future travels, just to get a good breakfast!
