Great hotel, rooms are pretty big. Bed is HUGE. Staff is very kind and helpful, great place. Good view from the balcony. The one thing that kept from giving this place 10/10 instead of 9/10 is that it is quite noisy on the hallways. The doors are pretty heavy and get slammed shut the whole day (and NIGHT!) and the breakfast could be upgraded a bit, so best to get some breakfast out of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel, and would book again without any hesitation.

After stay 1 night, I like the hotel, So next morning, I tried to booking online 2 weeks more and asking " Can you give me high floor room?" but The receptionist (Thai old lady) do not try to understand what I said. Just keep saying "I am not sure".. So I worried they can give 2nd floor room (very noisy) and just check out hotel ^^ The receptionist here are really not helpful. So arrogant and stubborn Thai old ladies^^

This is literally a beautiful place with big rooms and a nice pool and restaurant. Great value for money. BUT since 9am there has been so much noise in the hallways it woke me up and has not stopped. Very loud. Not good.

Great location to stay! Walking distance to find food. Great service by staff. Easy to park if you go by car.

Good customer service. Breakfast so great. A very calm place to stay. Very nice room. Definately would come back.

This is the sixth hotel I’ve stayed in while in Ao Nang, on balance I think it’s the best so far.  Great room, bed, shower, air conditioning.  Breakfast was very nice too for the rates they charge.  Pool is a little small and I can see it being overrun in a busy period as it has about 8 sun beds.  It’s a 20 minute walk to the beach but they do a free shuttle bus twice a day. Hotel is very clean with all floor areas washed at least once a day, room was spotless and I would definitely recommend this hotel while staying in the area. Friendly staff all around too so I can’t really fault the hotel during my stay.  The only thing that was missing for me was the lack of a fitness centre, while I’m on holidays I like to also keep in shape so if a gym is bottom of your needs you should check this place out.

Check-in at 2 pm, not earlier. The room is large, clean, comfortable bed. Breakfasts - especially delicious omelette and bolognese, normal coffee machine. They didn't congratulate me on my birthday, other hotels did this.

This resort is very good. Amazing breakfast, kind staff. The wifi is not so good but overall, I highly recommend!

good .. calm .. but bathroom amenities need improvement

Hotel with Attractive price but is quite far from town (500 m), not recommended unless you love to walk at the dimmed road at the middle of the night. The breakfast is so so, nothing to shout about. If you are looking for a hotel with limited budget- maybe you can consider.

Very impressed. The entire staff were excellent, from front fest to maids to restaurant. I was also very surprised at the outstanding breakfast as other reviewers said it wasn't great 😀

All in all, a nice clean, well run hotel with very friendly staff. Possibly for some people, the location is a little far from the Ao Nang "action", but the wife and I were very happy with the peace and quiet. It is only around a 15 or 20 minute walk to the beach. Plus plenty of restaurants, 7-11s etc very close by. We wanted to stay a little longer, but unfortunately the hotel was full on the extra days. Great view from the pool and rooftop.

Resort this is not it. Room was large and clean. Nice bathroom and had a balcony. Breakfast was OK but not great. I wanted a omelet but was told they don't cater for guests so chose from what is laid out or nothing. Selection of breakfast food catered more for Asians. No fitness room and the pool is very small and on the second floor above reception. Very strange. Would I stay here again, probably not.

It's a great hotel with an amazing view(mountains), clean room. When you take a shower, the water stays long time on floor, like you are in a pool. Definetely not comfortable.So if they solve this problem, I think you would not complain about this place.
