Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Al Khobar

itu adalah masa-masa indah yang kami habiskan di hotel ini. Kerana ia mempunyai lokasi yang bagus di hadapan pusat membeli-belah aldahran dan akses mudah ke pelbagai restoran. penerima ramah dan membantu .. kolam renang sangat mengagumkan. Saya sangat mengesyorkannya dan pasti saya akan kembali lagi.

ليست الزياره الاولي لو في هذا الفندق ًًبالفعل كراون بلازا من الاسماء العريقه في مجال الفندقه والخدمه وويل هذا علي وجود اداره قويه بالنسبه الاقامه فعلا متميزه من حيث نظافه الغرف وجوده الاكل والشرب وكل شي شكرا لكل موظفي الفندق علي الخدمه المتميزه

1)Including me and other more than 20 peoples waited for more than 5 hours for check in process, even though I have confirmation of booking and prepaid. Hotel management team were not able to arrange room. Response from reception staff was “No more rooms available, don’t know about your booking confirmation“. One of them said they don’t have enough housekeeping staff for cleaning., even after room allocation we waited for 3 hours for cleaning up the room.Not responding to Telephones! Never expected from a 5 star Hotel. 2) complementary break fast was below average similar to 3 stars hotel and restaurant ambiance and dining furniture were just like dormitory!

الفندق جميل اسعاره ممتازه الفطور ممتاز الموظف محيي الدين 👍 والمدير احمد عسل مكينة القهوة متوفرة اربعة وعشرين والبلياردو والسوني كلها متاحة اربعة وعشرين بالدور الثالث جلسات خارجية مفتوحه اربعة وعشرين ساعة الفندق اربعة نجوم

لا يوجد نظام تدفئة الغرف بااااردة جدًا جذا تم تزويدنا بتدفئة عادية ولم تفي بالغرض لكن موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا في مدينة الخبر وقريب جدا من جميع الخدمات مستوى الخدمة المقدم جيد مواقف السيارات متوفرة وسهلة الوصول

تجربة جدا رائعه, من دخولي الموظف كان جدا لبق و محترف في تعامله و ترحيبه. كذلك وجدت الغرفة نظيفه وواسعه, واهم شي الهدوء. جربت ايضا الفطور وكان منظم و الخدمة رائعه من ناحيه اهتمامهم بي, الاكل كان لذيذ . ايضا مع خروجي تم سؤالي عن اقامتي مما اسعدني جدا بمدى الاهتمام

للأسف زيارة لن تتكرر للفندق عندما ادفع المال ادفع مقابل أن تكون القيمة افضل وان تكون الخدمات جيدة ليس العكس تكون القيمه اقل بكثير من المال زرت فنادق رمادا في دول الخليج لاتقارن رمادا الخبر فانتم اقل منهم بكثير واسهل خدمه لم توفروها كما تم ذكره في البوكينج وهي مواقف السيارات فلا يوجد سوىٰ 10 مواقف مع صعوبه الدخول والخروج من المواقف والمصاعد الكهربائيه لايعمل سوىٰ واحد فقط والآخر كان لايعمل ولايوجد عليه لافته تفيد أنه لايعمل وما زاد الأمر سوء حامل الحقائب يستخدم المصعد المخصص للنزلاء وكان سبب في تأخير النزلاء رغم وجود مصعد خدمات مما اظطرني الصعود للدور الرابع 4 مع مخارج الطوارئ وكانت زوجتي تعاني من الالم
