Kleopatra Carina Hotel

Отель Кleopatra Carina 2 звёзды и от него не ждёшь многого. Но этот отель меня, мягко говоря, поразил. Я была в разных отелях, но такое встречаю впервые. Во первых, сразу при заселении стали вымогать ещё деньги, хотя отель был оплачен полностью. Придумали схему, которая, видимо, работает. Уверена,что так они делают только с русскими. Мне сказали, что я заплатила 97 евро и эти деньги им пришли. А надо было платить, типа, 970 лир. Просто взяли с потолка похожие цифры, видимо, рассчитывая, что перед ними стоит человек, вообще ничего не соображающий. На самом деле я платила в рублях и сумма, даже в переводе на евро, была другая. Требовал у меня деньги совсем молодой парень с рецепшна. Я позвонила на Trip. com , они в отель и на этом все. Но осадок неприятный остался. Номер дали размером метров 5,5, куда влезла практически только кровать. Такая же санузел, душевой кабины нет, было только углубление, размером 40 на 50 см и общая штора, закрывающая душ и унитаз. Видимо, мыться надо было, сидя на унитазе. Более того,рядом с моей комнатой был лифт, стена была общая. Один день лифт ремонтировали, грохот от дрели и шум был целый день. Изоляция в отеле нулевая, двери и стены, как из картона, слышно каждый шорох за дверью. Единственно, что было нормально, это кровать с хорошим матрасом. Ну и расположение отеля, через дорогу отличный пляж Клеопатра.

There are many hotels in the area, this was the worst one! Rooms were tiny, dirty and uncomfortable, the access to rooms very difficult, especially if you have heavy luggage. There was no WiFi in the rooms, when I asked for the refund, they promised they will give it, but never did. Do not recommend!

Worst experience ever, i spare you the pictures of my hotel room. Almost everything was broken and i had fungus in my refrigerator. They didn’t even give my money back for my days what i booked while i not even 24hr stayed because of the bad condition of the room. Terrible service and waiste of my money. Dont ever go there.

I visited this hotel in 2010 and my experience was quite good. Clean rooms, new towels and bed line everyday. Perfect place, room with a sea view. A lot of shops and restaurants near. The only minus that there were no conditioning in that room.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, everything you need is available on your door step. Staff were good. But a lot of updating is required, my rating is mainly based on all facilities in rooms, it is not like whats on picture of advertisement at all. I'd book this as an last minutes thing, just to put my head down.

Not worth the money. Not friendly

Refrigerator doesnt work..its ridiculuous.. You can stuck in Elevator..it happened to me.. We told them refrigerator is defective, they did nothing..they just ignored it..same with the elevator..people are not friendly..

Very budget hotel, it was full because of the holiday, room was extremely small, mattress very uncomfortable, balcony faced to another building and neighbors swimming pool (very loud people in the pool) having common wall with another balcony. Location was good, close to the park and beach. We had young people running and talking loud in the hall until 2 am, so we could not sleep till they come down.
