Where do I start. Upon arrival I was told at 5am that I am not allowed to wear my Burkini in the swimming pool due to hygiene purposes. This is not advertised anywhere in their website and no where around the pool. I explained to them they should inform customers on booking, as I would never have booked. What this hotel is scaremongering as they want to cater more for the Russian and German cliental. I still went in the pool as I won’t allow people like this to scare me. Surprise surprise nobody said nothing to me. Second no baby changing facilities AT ALL. They cannot call this a 5star when none of the staff talk adequate enough English and walk around in trainers with their uniform. The staff in the morning gave us but pure racism as my husband being Arab and as I wear a scarf they presume I was and I experienced the rudeness of being asked “what do you want” but when the Russian or German customers appeared it was nice and pleasant talk. The general customer services was just terrible. Basically if your English like me, or Arab or wearing a scarf then you are not welcome, so don’t waste your money.

Awful experience, first of all our room was not at all like the pictures in our booking. After a request to change rooms (at a cost of 8 euro’s a night) we agreed to pay half. Which was before we realised there was barely any hot water, no matter the time of day. Then there was the quality of the general facilities and the equipment provided (run down and dated) alongside chipped tableware and cracked tiles. More than once there were holes and stains on the ‘freshly changed’ bedding. The cleaning of the room in winter time is mean’t to be every other day however we had to verbally request for the room to be cleaned. We also ended up doing it ourselves a few times in the two weeks. The maids were excessively loud and disruptive, often waking us with banging and crashing as they carried out their cleaning services in the surrounding rooms. When we approached the staff working at the hotel they said they would contact the manager/owner to find a solution to the issues we had raised but no one came back to us until our check out day, they told us if we didn’t pay the room upgrade despite our disappointing experience they would have to pay which was obviously a lie. We also requested a double mattress topper, our request was ignored even though we asked numerous times. Our request was finally granted a week into our stay. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!

Allocated a North facing room which I asked to change after a couple of nights as I spend quite a bit of time sat on the balcony and I enjoy some sun during the day. It was difficult to get the staff to understand and persuade them to agree to make the change. My lack of Turkish and their lack of English didn't help' Be aware that this hotel caters predominantly for or only to Germans, the staff mostly speak german and I didn't find anyone at all who spoke English other than the Guest relations person. Especially not the reception staff. This hotel provides numerous TV cannels for Germans and has 2 news channels for English speakers. Out of the 81 books I counted in their swap library there were only 2 in English and these were ones which I had donated in the past 5 days so don't expect to borrow or exchange books. Would I revisit? A huge no. Even if you paid me it wouldn't be enough to persuade me to undergo a really nasty experience that I paid quite a bit for. The location is great, the facilities are good but being the only English person staying there wasn't a pleasant experience, staff not understanding any English didn't help and I just wanted to go home after the first few days.

Birçok otel gördüm her önüne gelenin barmen olduğu sanırım bir tek burada. Suçlu yönetim. Çok işe az personel çalışıyor bar kısmında. 10 gidişin 8inde sıra bekliyorsunuz. Barmenlerin ve yanındaki elemanların canı çıkıyor ama çocuklar yine de elinden gelenin fazlasını yapıyor. Eleman az. Ama mesela aşçı kısmına gelelim eleman fazlalığı var. Barın yanında snack restoranda görevli 40 civarında yaşı olan aşçı arkadaş pek bir suratsız. Gerçi onun suratı benim keyfimi kaçıramaz. Restoranda masalara servis veren bütün gençler işinde hevesli ve iyiler. Ama iş yükleri aşırı fazla. Otelden milyonları götürüp elemanların canlarının çıkmasına sessiz kalmıyorum. Oteldeki barda bir kişi ismini vermeyeceğim yabancı müşterinin birine asıldı ne kadar kötü bir izlenim anlatamam. İngilizce bilmediğimizi düşündü sanırım. Sonrasında özel ücretsiz specialinden bende istedim 30snde hazırladığı başka bir basit içecek ile gönderdi beni. Kültür seviyesine bakarak çok da önemsemedim. Diğer barmen arkadaşlara sevgilerimi iletiyorum. Bazı yerli müşteriler evet gerçekten alıngan bir tavırla ön yargı ile geliyorlar türk müşterilere ayrım var vs gibi. Ben bu izlenimle gitmedim çünkü gerçekten sıkıntı profiller var ülkemizde. Buna rağmen sıfır önyargıyla gitmeme rağmen otel resepsiyonu beni zorla olumsuz yoruma itti. Öncelikle bize kattaki en küçük oda verilmiş. Kendini çok zeki sanan otel müdürü ve resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaşlar iyi okusun buradan sonrasını. Sırf oda belirtmedik diye hayatımda gördüğüm en dar oda (ki bence o oda kapatılmalı)verildi. Aşağı gayet sakin kibar bir eda ile indim rica ettim. İlk başta bana full dolu olduklarını söylediler anlıyorum sizleri dedim ama çıkışlar olacaktır vs. Dediki işte çok zor ama not alalım vs geçiştirildim. Sonra bir daha indim dedim ki not aldınız umarım bana pek öyle gelmedi ama bakın sizden rica ediyorum ben gerginlik çıkaran o profilden değilim güzelce rica ettim elinizden gelirse çok memnun olurum. Tekrar işte Çarşamba boşalacak yerler var söz vermeyelim ama ( bu kısmı otel müdürü de bu şekilde iletti Çarşamba ayarlamaya çalışacağım) En son eşim kötü polis olarak indi aşağı dedi ki asla kabul etmiyorum o odada kalınmaz vs biraz uzattı hemen müdür bey ekranları kurcaladı yarın (salı günü) yer var onu ayarlayalım dedi. Şimdi sorarım sana ey müdür bey adam gibi konuşana mı tavrın ? Kibar olmak mı suç? Ağzınızı açsanız şikayet edeceğiniz ilk şey türk müşteri olur. E kardeşim sen kötü polisin isteğini yapıyorsun ?? Bilerek ve isteyerek yaptığımız iyi kötü polis taktiği ile isteğimizin olabileceğini gördük. Ayrıca yabancı turistler bu platform gibi daha ucuza yer ayarlıyorlar türk turistler daha pahalı ödüyorlar ( dolar bazında) Sıkıntınız nedir işte bunu çözemedim. Bunlar dışında Otelin spor salonu 10/2 kullanılmaz durumda Otelin yiyeceklerinde bazı ürünler ilk yetişene devamı olmuyor . standart ürünler devamı var ve sorunsuz ekleniyor. Çatal bıçaklar yeterince hızlı doldurulmuyor. Suçlu personel azlığı yani yönetimde. Bu gençlere üç kuruş veriyorsunuz ama en çok onların sırtından para kazanıyorsunuz. Büyük baş personellerin keyfi yerinde gördüm. Son olarak animatör tayfun beye sevgilerimi saygılarımı iletiyorum. O olmazsa otelinizde zaman geçmiyor:) Otele kötü yönetim az personelden dolayı nötr veriyorum. Kendini uyanık sanan müşteri geçiştiren yönetimden dolayı nötr yerine negatife çeviriyorum. 10/5 puanla bu incelemeyi kapatıyorum.

Di seberang jalan terdapat pantai Dallatash dan fonikuler, air pancut, kafe dan benteng dengan peralatan kecergasan. Dekat Migros. Bilik ini mempunyai 2 katil dan TV LCD kecil. Prosedurnya sedikit, peti sejuk kecil dan di atas ais. Internet lemah dan runtuh. Termasuk sarapan pagi. Tetapi membosankan. Tiada cerek atau penyejuk. Pada siang hari, anda hanya akan minum teh atau kopi di kafe di jalan Kelemahan utama adalah kebersihan. Kami membasuh lantai dua kali dalam 15 hari. Tuala ditukar sekali. Tidak pernah tidur. habuk. We had a wonderful holiday at Hotel Riviera & Spa. The food is very extensive every meal. There are Turkish dishes, but if you really don't want that, you can also put together a meal that is more Western European. There is more than enough choice. All inclusive drinks are fine. Too bad that cocktails are not included, if only the standard cocktails. The coffee and tea are tasty. You can grab coffee and tea almost all day long. Rooms spotless. Just like the rest of the hotel. You see permanent staff cleaning. You can eat off the floor. Swimming pool very clean. You are not allowed to reserve a lounger with a towel, but unfortunately that happens anyway. It is not maintained. But in itself we were able to get a bed. Perfect location. Right in the center by the sea. You cross the one-way street and you are on the beach. You can rent beds on the beach, but we just sat on our towel. Within walking distance of all shops, walking distance from the harbor where all the pirate ships are located and walking distance from the cable car and the cave. Walking distance from all kinds of restaurants where you can also have a drink, for example. And smoke a hookah. We found the staff in the restaurant to be friendly. There was a gentleman who was less friendly. At the reception too. One was much friendlier than the other. Chambermaids were very friendly All in all a good hotel in the center with good food and everything nearby. Very different from the hotels far from the city we've seen. Those are huge resorts. I think they have more in the hotel in terms of service, but outside the door there is nothing to be found there. It's just what you like more.

Отель отличный, с немецким менеджментом, что говорит само за себя. В этом отеле я не первый раз. В декабре была хорошая цена, а в сезон, конечно, отель дорогой. Номера отличные, всё работает, номер с балконом, в номере есть интернет. Отель красивый, в холле удобные диваны и кресла. Еда в ресторане выше всяческих похвал, у меня был полупансион. Выбор блюд отличный, всё вкусно. Море рядом, через дорогу. До центра тоже недалеко, чуть больше километра. Отель рекомендую.

The food was that bad we stopped eating it gave us all d&v. Do not recommend this place at all not even just the hotel the people around in the shops very rude , my pregnant daughter got pushed by a man who owned a shop because she picked a baby pair of shoes up to look at the size and he snatched it out her hand and said look at the display even though all the shoe sizes were there to look at. On the tourist boat they gave my pregnant daughter Moldy bread and when confronted he just laughed in our face. Absolutely disgusting place do not waste your money we also paid for all inclusive … but not every drink was included. Only certain drinks. No ice cream for the kids every place I’ve been before has had ice cream for them. Just not worth your money , go to marmaris instead!

Также и номера есть с видом на город. Останавливались в отеле на 2 ночи. Питание не брали, ничего по этому поводу сказать не могу. Кафе при отеле имеется. Сотрудники по русски не говорят, языки английский, турецкий. Отель расположен на возвышенности. Мы добирались на своей машине. Пешком от города идти далековато.

I have rated this hotel as 4 star as I paid the same price for all inclusive as Room only elsewhere. Had I paid more for all inclusive I would have been disappointed and would not give it 4 stars. Location: Fantastic location, really central with everything walking distance - shops, beach, restaurants and bars but off the main strip so no noise at night. Taxi to get you down to the beach also very cheap. Rooms: Good size clean rooms, air conditioning great and a fridge in the room. Our room consisted of one room with twin beds, and a living area with a sofabed and a single bed. I would personally prefer two bedrooms rather than the living room as the sofa bes was so uncomfortable. No tea / coffee making facilities provided, and no cutlery or cups or anything to cook with, so might as well make it into two bedrooms which will suit a lot of families. A safe could be used for an additional cost. No pool towels provided so we went out first day and bought some. Entertainment: Non existent, so great for families with young children, but not so great for older children who may find it a bit boring. Especially as the wifi was awful - except for the chair in front of the hotel! We did lots of trips out so was quite happy for some downtime in the evenings. Did Food: The food was always edible but just not to my taste at all. Very repetitive and just a little bit bland. Meat Stew was served most nights , along with chicken, rice, pasta and chips. Same salad bar every evening. Nothing labelled so you only had a guess when sitting down. We quickly got fed up with the food and ate out often - which was cheap! The desserts were good - but not covered so often had flies crawling over which put us off. Staff: Work extremely hard and always smiling. Really look after all the guests and nothing is too much trouble. The staff make this hotel special - thanks so much for all your hard work. Would I return ? Absolutely! Alanya is so beautiful. But only if the price was right - ours really not worth paying extra for AI when you can eat out so cheap.

After reading the negative reviews I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at HMA. We have had an amazing 2 weeks here from start to finish. Our hotel room was very spacious, clean and has a beautiful view of the I love Alanya sign from our balcony. The pool area was so lovely and quiet, the music wasn’t too loud throughout the day and night and the staff are very polite and attentive. The food at HMA was also beautiful! There is a small SOK supermarket next door to the hotel which was very ideal. It is around 10/15 minutes to the harbour and beach which has lots of restaurants and bars and is even lovely to walk to on an evening. I could not recommend this hotel enough, we will be returning here next year and we will ensure to book our room reservation at HMA hotel. Although it is not an all inclusive hotel, the food is lovely and very reasonably priced. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly.

Awful experience, first of all our room was not at all like the pictures in our booking. After a request to change rooms (at a cost of 8 euro’s a night) we agreed to pay half. Which was before we realised there was barely any hot water, no matter the time of day. Then there was the quality of the general facilities and the equipment provided (run down and dated) alongside chipped tableware and cracked tiles. More than once there were holes and stains on the ‘freshly changed’ bedding. The cleaning of the room in winter time is mean’t to be every other day however we had to verbally request for the room to be cleaned. We also ended up doing it ourselves a few times in the two weeks. The maids were excessively loud and disruptive, often waking us with banging and crashing as they carried out their cleaning services in the surrounding rooms. When we approached the staff working at the hotel they said they would contact the manager/owner to find a solution to the issues we had raised but no one came back to us until our check out day, they told us if we didn’t pay the room upgrade despite our disappointing experience they would have to pay which was obviously a lie. We also requested a double mattress topper, our request was ignored even though we asked numerous times. Our request was finally granted a week into our stay. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!

Отдыхали в этом отеле в июле 2020 г. вдвоем с мужем. Выбирали бюджетный отдых, поэтому выбор сделали на этот отель. Так как уже были до этого в Аланье, то знали, что отель у пляжа Клеопатры - это отличный вариант расположения отеля. Отель находится в квартале сразу напротив входа на канатную дорогу (Teleferik). В квартал, где находится Kleopatra Develi входит несколько отелей: Bebek, Bavyera. Develi - это отель с темно-зелеными балкончиками. При отеле есть небольшой бассейн. В стоимость номера входил только завтрак. Но есть одно ”НО”: за пользование сейфом надо будет заплатить 15 евро за 7 дней, и за пользование кондиционером - 6 евро в сутки. Мы читали отзывы об этом, но думали, может пронесет и платить не придется. Оказалось, что все-таки это платные экстра-услуги отеля, такая специфика отеля. Наш гид уточнил этот момент, нам пришлось заплатить 350 лир за 7 дней за кондиционер, летом без него не обойтись. Учтите эти траты, это существенно удорожает путевку, возможно за эту цену можно сразу взять отель чуть дороже, но выше классом или с улучшенным питанием, например, завтрак-ужин. Приехали мы в отель в 6 утра, заселение у них в 14-00. До 11-30 мы еще продержались, купались, ходили в кафе кушать, но дальше просто не было уже сил, так как более суток без сна. Решили просить заселить нас раньше. Ранее заселение обошлось нам в 10 долларов. Мы оплатили и нам сразу отдали ключи - надо было так сделать с самого начала:) Но мы не жалеем, что доплатили - нам вместо номера эконом, который у нас был в путевке, дали отличный трехместный номер стандарт на третьем этаже, с балконом. С балкона слева вид на море, справа на горы. Балкон выходил видом на бассейн во дворике. В номере хорошая удобная мебель, холодильник, фен. Все чисто, аккуратно. Уборка где-то раз в 3 дня. Перестилают постель, меняют полотенца, все проветривают. Завтрак в отеле подают на улице, каждому индивидуально подают уже сервированную тарелку с турецким завтраком (сыр, яйцо, оливки, фрукты, овощи, джемы с хлебом, чай, кофе). Можете просить добавки чего хотите, вам принесут. Но мы наедались, поэтому просили даже приносить чуть меньше сыра. Завтраки одинаковые каждый день. Днем все столы, стулья и аллею перемывают со шланга - дезинфекция. Весь персонал в перчатках и с масками. При входе есть антисептики. Вход на территорию отеля в маске, собственно как и везде в Турции в общественным местах (кафе, магазины, общественный транспорт). Правила соблюдают все. Все дезинфицируют, меряют вам температуру на входе. Поэтому в безопасности отдыха сомнений нет. Место у отеля очень крутое - красивый атмосферный квартал с флажками, видимо это было любимое бюджетное место европейцев. Персонал говорит только по-английски, ну может пару слов по-русски знают. В любом случае вас поймут:) В 2-х минутах ходьбы самый красивый пляж Клеопатры, Мигрос, пещера Дамлаташ, археологический музей. Пешком минут 20 до порта Аланьи и до автостанции Cuma Pazari - отсюда можно на 10 автобусе за 4.75 лиры доехать на Дим-чай. Ря

I dont even know where to start writing this review but i saw someone writing that they could not believe their luck for finding this place, and that is exactly how i feel. The first day we came here and checked in we got home made limonade from the garden and our keys to the room. All the roms are so so so beautiful, each with its own feel, decorated with antiques and art used in a clever way so they feel very cozy but so fresh at the same time. The cleaning was fantastic, they even rolled up our phone charging cables!!! so lovely The food is amazing! Breakfast with lovely music underneath citrus trees with a cup of turkish tea, i will miss these moments so much! Really fresh breakfast and i was impressed about how much of it that was vegetarian! The jams are home made and i fell in love with the rose jam, i had to have it every day because it was so good. Dinners in the evenings with faerie lights, live music and freshly caught shrimps was magical! But most of all the staff is what made these two weeks so special, i’ve never been to a hotel like this, they all made us feel so welcome, seen and comfortable and ive loved getting to know them. This is the first time i feel like i want to go back to a city because of the hotel and not beacause of the city! Thank you so much🤍 and a special thanks to Nezaket, Oscar and Koray, for making this vacation so magical ❤️

В отеле я второй раз, отель хороший, очень важно, что он стоит прямо у моря. Есть свой пляж с лежаками и зонтиками. Номер довольно уютный, удобный матрас на кровати. Всё необходимое в номере есть, холодильник, чайник. Каждый день уборка с пополнением запаса воды. Сам отель чистый. Еда в ресторане хорошая, мясо, курица, индейка, рыба. Овощи и фрукты, десерты. Всё вкусно. На веранде с видом на море круглосуточно напитки из автомата. Есть бар на пляже. В отеле вполне приличная анимация, иногда живая музыка. Локация отеля тоже хорошая, он находится в 1 км от центра Аланьи. Отель рекомендую.

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff. Kader on the reception was so lovely, funny and helpful, she is a wonderful first impression. The rooms we clean, housekeeping daily. The food was good, but was repeated on the 2nd week. My only disappointing factor would be, cocktails are not included in the all-inclusive bookings, the pool is lovely if you can swim, there is a sudden drop in depths. Great location. Beach is less than 5min walk to a beautiful beach. Buy your sun loungers at the hotel. Plenty of shops, bars restaurants if you fancy a change. The hotel is situated on the main *****. When we arrived at night I panicked thinking we would not get any sleep from music from the bars so close. How wrong I was, the hotel was quiet, NO noise disturbances. We were a family of 6 adults and had the best time.
