I do not like a color of the bathroom as you do not see how clean it is. Also the reception was not friendly.

Otelde kalan ilk misafilerdendik. Harika bir oda. Çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. Herkes çok ilgiliydi çok tatlılardı. Teşekkür ederiz

На мой взгляд, отличный отель за свои деньги. Номер просторный и на удивление тихий. На удивление потому, что на первом этаже находится достаточно шумный паб.

Bu zamana kadar en keyif aldığım ve huzurlu bir tatil yapma imkanı bulduğum nadir otellerden biri Cook's Club'tır. Öncellikle misafirlerin rahatlığı düşünülerek tasarlanmış odaların yanı sıra otelde 3 ayrı havuz ve 2 plaj alanı mevcut. Yeni tasarlanmış konsepti ile House of Bohem hem lezzetli yemekleri hem de rahat ortamı ile gönüllümüzü fethetti. Buna ek olarak her gün sundukları aktivite programıyla misafirlerin keyifli vakit geçirmesi için çalışıyorlar. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve oldukça ilgililer. Bu tatilimizde bizimle oldukça ilgilenen Zeki Bey'e ve İrem Hanım'a çok teşekkür ederiz. Sezon bitmeden tekrar gelmek istiyoruz.Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Merhabalar otel şuana kadar gitmiş olduğun en güzel,en sıcak karşılama ve samimi bir ortam aile ve arkadaşlarınız ile beraber gelebileceğini eğlenceli, güzel bir otel özellikle bir isim sena hanım otele ilk giriş olarak karşılaması araç parkı ve ilk geldiğiniz yabancılık olmaması adına çok özverili bir çalışması vardı bunun için özellikle SENA YAĞIZ çok teşekkür ederim

Otel tek kelime ile mükemmeldi. Otel çalışanları da bir o kadar güler yüze sahiplerdi. Bu fiyatta, bu kaliteye sahip otel bulmak çok zor. Ayrıca da otelin yemeklerine de bayıldık. Kesinlikle gözünüz kapalı bu oteli tercih edebilirsiniz…

We spent a wonderful honeymoon at the hotel, with modern rooms, beautiful territory, clean beaches, delicious food in there. We really liked the program there — music and dancing in the evenings. I would like to express special gratitude to Huseyin and Naz. They gave a compliment from the hotel and congratulated us very nicely on our honeymoon. And they gave us a bigger room. Thank you for the warm welcome ❤️

In general hotel is fantastic for 4 stars. Stylish environment, music, live band, food, sea. The rooms are neat. We didn't like it because we didn't get the reserved room. As administrator said the hotel is fully booked. So questions how they make reservations.

Amazing place. Allot of great drinks, also without alcohol. Fresh orange juice was tasty. And the food, always good . The workers there are really nice and friendly, specially Zafer is a very nice guy. He is an amazing friend. I would recommend this place to everyone.!!

The hotel and the stuff are the best. Had such a great time there. The food at the Cantine is delicious and everyday is different, specially made for vegetarians and vegans. Especially Erman Çimiç made our vacation even better. We will definitely come back. No complains!

In my opinion, the all-inclusive is not value for money at this hotel and the staff ignore you. The all-inclusive runs from 10AM till 10PM. I thought this would be ok but forgot that, it's only 8pm in the UK when it's 10pm here so it still feels really early. There are no snacks, other than nuts, available between meals and you have to pay for snacks if you do want them. My husband doesn't drink so it's just soft drinks for him but it still gets expensive when you have to pay for everything after 10pm. I think it would be better if the all-inclusive ran from 11am to 11pm with bottled water available from 10 AM. You are supposed to get 20% off in the Irish bar but to get this, you have to book it in advance so paid full price yet again. Because we didn't have wrist bands, every time we ordered a drink, we had to give our room number and tell them we are all inclusive. The whole point of all-inclusive is to take all the hassle out of buying drinks etc., I found this really irritating. Arrived late Friday night, entered the reception and it looked a bit like a garage with polished concrete floors. There were no all-inclusive wrist bands or maps of the complex available. All-inclusive had finished for the day, not even a complimentary tray of sandwiches for us; ended up buying a burger in the Irish Bar. However we were allowed all inclusive up till 5pm on the day of departure. Mehmet, our Jet 2 rep. was very helpful and gave us great advice. Well worth attending the welcome meeting, highly recommend. The style of the hotel is urban chic meets beach hut, very classy. There are comfortable wooden sun loungers with big thick cushions and 4 pools, one inside. The location is fantastic, right on the beach. Our room was ok, clean and the mattress comfortable but the duvet looked like a single duvet on a double bed, didn't even reach the edges of the mattress and the pillows were so uncomfortable. It would have been better if they had supplied a double sheet. We did speak to reception but they said that we would need to speak to housekeeping. Most of the staff, apart from reception have little or no English so don't understand us. making this impossible. Reception should have taken the details and sorted it out the next day as there were no housekeeping staff on site at that time. The room was clean but the bathroom door had smears of plaster dust/tile grout on the back of it and the sealant around the sink was untidy, definitely not a 4-star finish. However, the hairdryer was excellent. The food was good, lots of salad, veg etc., all self-service. There was only filter coffee available in the morning (self-service) and machine coffee at lunchtime, if the machine was working. I like a coffee after dinner but I would have to go back to the bar to get it. There was no wine or beer in the dining room and we were never asked if we would like a drink all self-service. Can not fault this hotel its just superb! The whole hotel has a really laid back vibe the decor is stunning. Room - we had a suite with sea view - room had a separate lounge area only downside was the bathroom was really dated and small. Beds were really comfortable also no draws in the room but good built in wardrobe, fridge, kettle cutlery etc. Also had ITV on the TV Food - we stayed B&B the breakfast was amazing with lots of hot & cold food and something doe everyone including fussy eaters. We also ate in the hotel for lunch and dinner lots of choices. Pool area - stunning lots of sun-beds available - there is music around the pool only a couple of days it was very noisy but overall a cool vibe. There are two other pools which are quieter. Staff- could not fault any of the staff - they all work hard. Gym - amazing gym lots of equipment, fully AC Payment - you just bill everything to your room and you can pay this off daily or at the end of your holiday. Only downside for me would be they have DJ’s at the hotel early evening and they play their sets till 12am. Our room overlooked this area so if you fancy an early night there are other sea view room in another block request a quieter room. Also there are people who work in & around the hotel who will try and sell you a spa treatment, hair salon, Tattoo’s, etc … whilst you are chilling around the pool … this can be annoying if you have to say no everyday. Note to hotel - pop all this info in a welcome pack i would have maybe taken a spa treatment had i been able to digest the info and not been oversold to. Outside the hotel there are plenty of shops and supermarkets- town of alanya and harbour is around a 20 mins walk a taxi will cost around 150/200 lira approx £4.50 - there is a taxi rank outside the hotel. You can walk to the town & shop eat & drink all the way. Amazing stay we have been spoilt and are now looking at other Cooks Club hotels.
