Stayed for 1 night and booked our trip to Ninh Binh. Great location with super nice helpful staffs. So happy that we chose thus pretty hotel. We will be back soon and come back there to stay longer. Miss you already Kingdom Hotel Hanki. Thanks for such amazing services !

This is a nice hotel in the centre of Hanoi Old Quarter. The room is kept clean everyday. The staffs are amazing and the services are number one too. I stayed for 7 nights and very happy there. Best of my trip and happy to recommend this charming place to all of my friends coming to Hanoi

We stayed 3 nights at the Kingdom hotel Hanoi. Everything was good. Ms Spring helped to arrange our local trips including Ha Long bay and Ha Giang and Tam Coc trips. On the last day we had to go to the airport late. She let us use their bathroom for a shower, free. A very nice address to stay in busy Hanoi

This is a great hotel right in Hanoi Old Quarter. Super clean and room is cleaned up every day. The people here are super friendly and helpful. They are willing to help anyone who needs help. I only booked and stayed two nights (May 24th-26th) and arrived about 1AM on the 25th. The hotel booked transportation from the airport for a $20 USD fee but their driver took me to the wrong hotel, so it took much longer to arrive at the correct hotel. I had booked a premium room but the A/C did not work. They kept telling me it was user error and to just wait for it to cool. After suffering in the heat all day, they finally downgraded me to another room with a working A/C. There was loud construction noise all day, which I recorded in case they deny it later. I was very disappointed with my stay. But that wasn't the worst of it. When I checked my Visa statement, I saw that my card was charged for the two nights on the 26th. However, I later found that they charged my credit card again on the 29th for another two nights and then refused to refund. I had to report fraud. Avoid this hotel, do not give them your credit card and check your statements as they add additional nights to unsuspecting foreign travelers.
