SERVIZIO AD PERSONAM !! nonostante avessi una prenotazione e loro avessero decine di tavoli vuoti ! Accampando una serie interminabile di scuse non mi hanno fatto accomodare ! Probabilmente il fatto che io sia straniero immigrato in Italia a loro non piacciono i miei soldi Ma solo i soldi di alcuni … Mi hanno cacciato via in malo modo prima volta che in Italia mi succede una esperienza simile !! Vergognoso !! Tenete conto utenti se non piacere al manager del ristorante non avvicinatevi al Grand hotel Alassio .. 🤞

Great experience at Grand Hotel Spiaggia in Alassio. The room was so spacefull and the view from the balcony made the ticket. Nice service and good food to the Six floor. Last day we went to the top floor to dinner and the atmosfere was so magic with candles and nice background music. Also the view was amazing. U can see all the cost from there. Thank you. 5 star We'll back soon.

I will start with two positive things about this hotel: it’s clean and the staff is friendly. However it is way too overpriced for what it is. 226€ a night for mediocre room facing another building with no welcome free bottles of water, no bathrobes, no slippers no room service and very basic interior. In my opinion the 4 stars are a big exaggeration for what this hotel has to offer. For 120€ it would be fine but for twice the price I certainly expect much more. We will not come back and I don’t recommend it if you want your money’s worth.

3rd year in Liguria, first time staying in Alassio. I cannot understand why everything is more expensive than in other places, 10-15 minutes away on the coast. It is more touristic, but that in fact is a disadvantage as there are huge crowds especially in the evening, you have to squeeze to pass by on the main shopping street. Umbrella prices : around 50 EUR / day for an umbrella and 2 basic sunbeds ?? There is a public beach if you walk to 20 minutes to the edge of Alassio, there it's around 30 EUR but was fully booked for the season, not that you would want to walk 20 minutes back and forth in the heat. All the other private beaches seem aligned around 50 EUR. Also the private beaches open at 9:00 ? If you want a stroll or dip earlier you have to go all the way to the public beach. This is not the case in other resorts in Liguria. Now to the hotel, location is OK, beach front, clean and breakfast is truly very good, way above average with lots of options. We didn't opt for sea view rooms, as we were on the beach all day anyway, don't think it's worth the price difference. A few negative points that can be bothering though : - the pool on the top is super small, if there are more than 6 people around it looks already crowded. - you have to give your car keys and they are parking the car and bringing it when needed. Although we asked for our car 1 hour before we needed it, still had to wait 20 minutes extra, not OK when you have a fixed schedule. Also 29 EUR/ day for parking, in previous years in other locations this was included, at no extra charge. - the hotel's restaurant lunch and dinner is too expensive. There are 4 courses, each with 3 options that you can choose from. The food is very good nothing to say, but 55 EUR seems exaggerated. +10 EUR if you want it served one floor above, on the terrace. Weird. We only tried once, so many good places to eat around.

3/3 ormai sempre sul pezzo. Camere ristorante sala bar sala tv nulla da dire. Ricevimento, camerieri e direttore sempre disponibili e attenti. Ristorante buono con varia scelta e una vista impagabile. L’unico neo secondo me da migliorare è la distanza degli ombrelloni in spiaggia un po troppo vicini Prezzo competitivo per la zona. Oui Oui et Oui !! Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel, la nuit est un certain prix, mais vraiment cela vaut la peine. Très joli hôtel, très bon emplacement, personnel sympa, piscine (pas très grande) mais gratuite. J' y suis allée en solo pour me détendre et je n'ai pas été déçue, il en bord de mer avec tout ce que cela comporte, un peu de bruit le soir (chant dans un bar), le bruit des vagues (si on dort la fenêtre ouverte) mais moi j'aime ça. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, il y a du choix, petit bémol... il n'y a que une machine à café pour toute la salle, alors soyez patient. Il a un certain standing mais cela ne doit décourager personne si comme vous n'êtes pas sur votre 31 au déjeuner, qu'importe. La location du transat est un peu cher 36 euro la journée mais c'est le prix dans un 4*. Étant seule je ne peux pas juger du restaurant, je n'y ai pas mangé. Je vous conseille les chambres au 4ème étage ou 5 car en dessous vous avez la vue sur les arbres et non la mer et comme il y a une petit terrasse c'est dommage de ne pas en profiter. Oui je vais y revenir avec mon mari, c'est évident.

Purtroppo, ci abbiamo soggiornato una settimana , le nostre aspettative si sono rivelate molto più alte della realtà . Dall’accoglienza, alla stanza alla spiaggia . La stanza tanto piccola , che non avevamo modo di aprire l’anta dell’armadio se non per metà , i cassetti dentro non potevamo usarli perché non c’era modo di aprirli ( abbiamo tenuto parte degli indumenti in valigia ). Il bagno datato , nel complesso però pulito così come la stanza . Nota dolente la spiaggia , non si è ben capito come o quando avremo dovuto prenotare per aver un posto in prima o seconda fila , non ci sono stati spiegati i criteri di assegnazione , abbiamo provato prenotandola la sera per il giorno successivo , finiti in 5 fila sotto al muretto della passeggiata , abbiamo provato due giorni prima , siamo finiti in 4 fila , abbiamo richiesto spiegazioni ci è stato detto in malo modo che era così e basta . La colazione buona e varia , non abbiamo provato il ristorante quindi non possiamo esprimerci su quello . Non credo sia un posto in cui tornare , siamo stati meglio altrove !

Ho preso contatto con l’hotel per prenotare una settimana per una famiglia, numerosa. C’erano da trovare varie soluzioni - inteso come camere doppie/triple/quadruple - e check-in in date differenti. Fin qui tutto bene e buona disponibilità del personale nel trovare la proposta migliore ma, al momento della prenotazione il prezzo è salito del 23% (e potete immaginare si trattasse di varie migliaia di euro)! Considerate che avevamo già dato l’ok al preventivo finale e chiesto anche l’iban per effettuare bonifico della caparra ma, al mio sollecito dato che non ricevevo risposta, con grande arroganza mi è stato detto “noi lavoriamo con listini flessibile e i prezzi variano. Ci dispiace, questo è il nuovo preventivo”. Siamo stati anche richiamati poco dopo da una fantomatica responsabile dell’ufficio, che con un’ulteriore dose di saccenza e arroganza, ha ribadito il concetto senza neppure voler ascoltare che nelle loro email indicano “preventivo valido per 24 ore” e le 24 ore non erano ancora passate…

Sono stata in questo hotel con la mia famiglia e mi sono trovata molto bene . Il personale é stato molto disponibile e la colazione molto buona e varia. La navetta per portarci alla spiaggia di Laigueglia era molto comoda e gli autisti molto disponibili. Anche le camere erano pulite e con tutti i comfort necessari
