Ulasan Hotel Astoria

Slightly old fashion decoration but functional hotel, only steps from train station and in one of the few areas of Alberobello where you can park for free. Breakfast is a bit scarce, should improve on that.

房間還可以，這是個小地方，所以離景點都很近。雖説是世界遺產，但太商業化了。原先以為停車是不收費的，不知為何被收了5歐元。

Плюсы : потрясающая локация, хороший стабильный WI-FI, стойка регистрации работает до 02:00, дружелюбный персонал говорит на 4-х языках. Минусы: итальянские завтраки в своем репертуаре 🤩 Общие впечатления : исторический центр. Мы остались довольны и получили удовольствие от путешествия

Viaggio breve per una sosta di una notte con la mia famiglia, hotel eccellente per la sua posizione al centro, il personale alla reception in specie Gaetano e Francesco disponibilissimi per qualsiasi esigenza, colazione ottima e camera superiore alle aspettative....consigliatissimo, da ritornarci senz'altro..

Хотела е на тихо място, на кратко пешеходно разстояние от центъра и забележителностите. Всичко е много чисто. Закуската е хубава. Персонала е изключително любезен и приятелски настроен.

バス乗り場から近くて便利でした。 ホテルの部屋なども清潔感がありよかったです。

Hôtel qui mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche. Douche sale et vieillissante. Chambre propre a la deco ancienne. Petit déjeuner simple. Quelques aliments n'étaient pas très dont le Miel qui était tout dur. Aucun service. L'employe de nuit nous prenait de haut. Je lui ai demandé une bouteille d'eau pour qu'il l'apporte dans la chambre il m'a dit "TU DESCENDS". J'ai été obligé de venir le chercher dehors sur les marches pour qu'il me prête attention. Aucune compensation du au desagrement, mise à part les taxes de ville offertes. Je vous deconseille cet hotel, il y a mieux ailleurs.

The hotel is was a bad experience! Breakfast was poorly and the hotel included the rooms smelled old and moldy. The white sheets are ok but the decoration sheets are full of black dots and peels of God know what it could be.. Not even a terrace to sit.. its closed. alltough they annouce it on their website. We have been tortured by bedbugs! Every night i waked up from the bites and the itches. Mij whole side of the body was full of bites, there were it touches the matras. (Yes I have pictures of It) We had to desinfect our whole suitcase and laundry. Beware of the extra travelers you potentially take home with you!! The only positive about the hotel is the location and the staff is friendly.

This hotel is centrally located in a beautiful city, next to the train station and within walking distance of all those trulli, a magnificent cathedral and the main touristy part of town where there are many restaurants, cafes and bars. Despite this being an UNESCO World Heritage Site and at the height of the tourist season, it was not especially busy. The Astoria hotel service was exceptional throughout my stay. There were issues with the internet initially but those were quickly fixed by Franchesco, the irrepressible front desk attendant who also poured me a great glass of red at their bar. His help didn't stop there - he helped me with printing my boarding pass and showing me the locations of everything I needed to see. Thank you. The breakfast the next day was outstanding with fruits, cereal, pies, meats, cheeses, yoghurts and various other goodies. This place was really good value.

Hotel pulito e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno….colazione vasta è molto buona Sono tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Sono grata specialmente al collaboratore notturno che ci ha salvati in una situazione di malore durante la notte….davvero infinitamente grazie ☺️

Siamo stati due giorni in questo hotel lo avevo prenotato perché era un 4stelle e avevo idee completamente diverse da quelle reali un 4stelle non ha la vernice delle stanze che cade non ha il mobiletto del bagno rotto le mostrine delle porte rovinate e di colore diverso dalle porte il letto matrimoniale è un unico materasso e non due materassi accoppiati. Un'ultima cosa il cappuccino italiano non è acqua bollente dentro il caffe e il latte,per me questi particolari sono da sistemare per altri clienti in futuro cmq dormendo due notti poco per colpa del letto sono stata bene personale gentile
