Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Albuquerque

One of the reviews prior to my booking described it as quaint. Yes, A little bit of that. All of the staff I encountered (6) were extremely polite and willing to please. A turn off for me was that the facility needs a lot of attention to maintenance. Also the location was not easily found for someone visiting from out of town.

Tempat letak kereta adalah luas, terbuka dan percuma. Biliknya besar, tetapi hiasannya agak lama. Perkhidmatan keseluruhan adalah baik. Ia terletak di pinggir bandar. Terdapat banyak restoran berdekatan dan ia adalah selamat.

Lokasi baik, tetapi bilik.. bau sangat busuk, peti sejuk membuat bising, bilik mandi tidak bersih. Saya tidak akan mengesyorkan.

The room that we had was a king room. The room was clean but very tiny. The shower was also clean but tiny. The breakfast was the usual fare and was well stocked. Was a fine stay for one night but would need a larger room for a longer stay.

Quick and easy drive to most of the city. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Had a few issues with key cards, the staff were extremely professional and helpful! Nice hotel for a good price! Will definitely stay again!

If it wasn’t for the helpful front desk clerk, I would have rated this place a 1 star. First off, there were hardly any decent priced rooms during the Balloonfiesta so it was slim pickings and that’s how we ended up here. I booked the room to have a microwave and fridge so when we checked it the first room upstairs, it did not have that equipment so I explained to the clerk that I paid extra for it online. She swapped rooms for us. The room was bleak - no tub just a shower, no pictures or mirrors just basic. One night is okay, we could walk to the rental car the next morning.

The hotel was amazing very respectful staff the room was amazing amenities were great aswell very close to many places to get food walking distance a small little minor discretion the door chain lock was broken but no biggie other than that I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again

We booked the spot because it seemed affordable and the pictures made it seem like a modest, but comfortable, stay. I don't know where they got the pictures we saw online but they didn't match the room at all. The first sign that things were a little off should have been the graffiti on all the lamp posts in the parking lot. I was apprehensive but we went ahead and paid for the room, when we got to the room it was way worse than I could have expected. There were no towels, a tiny bit of toilet paper was left on the roll with no new toilet paper. There was clearly water damage in the bathroom and the room smelled like a disgusting mix of ********/tobacco. We've staying in filthy places before but the deal breaker was the state of the bed, particularly the handprint still on the sheet. Along with the handprint that prompted a is that a blood stain or fresh makeup argument, there were holes and stains both old and new on the bedspread. There was no chance that we were going to stay there a second more than the 25 minutes we were actually in the room. The woman at the desk did offer to put us in another room, i guess that's the only good part, but no thank you. They didn't refund any of the money, I mean the odds where as close to zero as it gets, so you've been warned.
