Ulasan Embassy Suites by Hilton Alexandria Old Town

Had a balcony view and it was great. Jay at the front desk was awesome. Dont know what they paying him, but it is not enough.

We stayed here when visiting Washing D.C. We were looking for something close to D.C., and found this Embassy Suites. We were very excited to find out the D.C. Metro was literally right across the street. This made it very convenient to get up and go sight see first thing in the morning. We also found plenty of local coffee shops close to the hotel, and good restaurants within walking distance. We even walked down to the King St waterfront for dinner and ice cream. Overall, would recommend to anyone and definitely would stay here again if I visited the area again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location right across the street from the metro and right on King’s street. Easy walk to explore all that King’s St. has to offer. Great restaurants all directions of the hotel. We stayed here and took day trips into DC and explore around the hotel in the evenings - it worked out great! Excellent experience!

Hotel was clean and staff was polite! There are so many things to do nearby within walking distance. Also right across from metro, the free buses and trolleys.

We had a great stay here with our kids for spring break and explored DC via the Metro. Super convenient, great breakfast and nicely located with the King station right across the street and great restaurant options and even a Whole Foods all close by.

I liked that the property was conveniently located to most of the things I was interested in seeing. I loved the restaurants that are near the property and not so much the shopping. There were not enough shopping options for me, however because of that I was able to do more sightseeing and enjoy the local eateries.

The room was spacious and nice. The curtain were ripped and the furniture a little worn but it was good for 2 nights.

Had such a nice stay! Things I didn't see in reviews and didnt realize til the end of our stay. Snacks available with complimentary drinks were veggies & dip, cheese & crackers. You can get free bottled water from the front desk. Pancakes and bacon are available at the omlete station. I will definitely be back for another stay.

Excellent service. Just in fromt of the train station. Very convenient for transportation .

The location was ideal for moving around. Candy at reception was excellent in getting us settled and welcomed us like family. She was great in pointing us in the right direction to get our trip to be a success. I would definitely visit again. Ohs d the bartender Aiden is a good lad

Hotel is literally across the street from the metro. access to dining, coffee, and shopping is close as well. hotel restaurant has great dinner options and managers reception was great. only complaint is the rooms are dated, yellow lighting was not ideal and sofa bed could be more comfortable. our couch and furniture needed to be cleaned. Pool area should be cleaner as well, we didn't visit again after initial swim. nothing worth complaining about but it was noticed. overall, we would stay here again as the location and amenities were everything we valued and we weren't disappointed.

The front desk agent Candy was excellent- she was very friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. She got us checked in quickly and explained all the hotel amenities thoroughly.

I didn’t like the room and everything seemed old and outdated. Staff was great but other than that I don’t recommend to stay there…

It was old, dark/gloomy. paint peeling, fixtures rusted, way over priced. Room service was horrible . Ordered nachos and they were delivered in a cardboard box, cold. Took the box of nachos to customer service the next day, and the lady told me I needed to take it up with the kitchen! Seriously!? The customer service rep standing next to her, turned around and took it off my bill
