位置在夏宮邊，參觀夏宮很方便，本應是個很不錯的幽靜的海邊的酒店，但入住時整個區域都在裝修，像個大工地，優勢就沒了，距離市中心遠的劣勢就凸顯了，不如住在奎因堡附近的酒店能夠更好的感受亞歷山大。 房間設施不錯，在亞歷山大屬於新的，但早餐不符合五星標準

Lovely, cozy hotel perfect for a quiet and relaxing weekend away. The location of Montazah gardens and old fashioned setting makes you feel like you stepped back in time. Staff are professional, room was very clean, and bed was very comfortable. The view of the garden from our room was nice but it can get pretty crowded on the weekend so we kept the window closed for privacy. One piece of advice to the hotel management is to include the 50 LE per night parking fee in the whole package because it felt kind of tacky being asked for it at checkout.

This boutique hotel enjoys a great location within the Royal Montazah Gardens. Rooms are spacious and include most amenities, and although there are no hair dryers in the rooms, the hotel can supply one on demand. The TV satellite channels do not include the major news networks alike Al Jazeera, CNN, BBC etc thus the hotel definitely need to add such channels. The breakfast was great and the service wonderful. The hot/cold water pressure in the showers made it extremely difficult and uncomfortable as you either get very cold or boiling hot water while showering, so they urgently need to fix this problem. Very expansive to go and take a swim on the beach, it will cost you 1000 egp (1 person) beer that cost 40 egp in a central bar will cost you 150 egp. The service is average. Beer came to us in room temperature. Good pool to hang around and good peace of the ocean, but still pricey

The hotel is a royal guest house with Amazing design and furniture unique location very beautiful and quite royal park close to Al Nuzha royal palace great staff friendly and helpful perfect furniture and room size Good breakfast fabulous swimming pool you will treated as king and queen during your visit. 🔴 the hotel have a K9 security dog he is very hungry they just feed him old toasted bread and the dog have one meter length lech only he can not walk or move I wish from the manager and all the staff to take care of this dog and treat him in better way pls pls This dog need to eat walk and run every day and you have a big garden which you can release him inside and you have a restaurant which can prepare a better soft healthy food for the dog 🐕🔴 The hotel is Adult friendly children not allowed to stay. Royal property renewed to be a hotel. The place is amazing and very luxurious and exclusive. Stuff are really cool helpful and knowledgeable about the history of the place. Location is very nice giving you the opportunity for free access to montazah palace

The experience was very nice , special thanks to the professional stuff for shwoing care and hospitality , all of them deserve an appreciation.Amazing historical palace ❤ I only had some points for my rating 1-One of the hotel advantages that its located inside El Montaza palace area that is unfortunately under constructions nowadays so rooms aren't garden view as shown in pics attached and you will find the hotel as if it is located in isolated area 2- If you love history you will love the room even if it's not large enough and windows are the old style one but the bathroom is renovated although u need 2 wait for 2 minutes after opening water tap to have hot water 3-pool is good but dusty , u can't see your lower body inside the pool when u stand in ,that wasn't expected from a 5 stars hotel specially Helnan 4-Breakfast was quite simple , yoghurt production date was 25 April , its 4 May 2day Thats all :D, i will love 2 visit helnan palace again after El Muntaza transional phase
