Stayed first on the ”executive level 11”. The room was decent, but had a laboring AC to get things cold. Bed was comfortable, and decent bathroom for all things. Check in was good and all staff were very good. Breakfast area was decent buffet selection. Stay there you get a 4star 2nd stay was another room several floors down, well worn carpet there, noisy from the road below, hard to sleep. Weak AC, terrible shower setup, with a base and a shower curtain hanging from ceiling. But it sufficed. Stay on this level is 3star. Location is decent in Alexandria, you are surrounded markets on the streets, but you are never far from Corniche or short walk to restaurants and pharmacies shopping.

الموقع متميز علي البحر والكورنيش ومطل علي المنتزة أداء موظفين الإستقبال ممتاز وسريع خدمة الغرف ممتازة المطعم فطار فقط وممتاز أطباق شهية متنوعة تتاسب جميع الأذواق مساحات الفندق ضيقه جدا ( الغرف والطرقات والمصعد وبهو الفندق ) خدمة الإنترنت سريع ولكن يوجد صعوبة في الدخول علي الشبكتين الموجودتين لولا مساعدة المهندس المحترم المسؤل المهندس محمد ما كنا استطعنا الدخول على الواي فاي شكر خاص للمهندس محمد علي حسن التعاون والمتابعة الممتازة والإهتمام إدارة الفندق ترفض وتمنع بشدة دخول المأكولات والمشروبات من خارج الفندق حتي الأصناف المعلبة والجافه ولا أري سبب مقنع لذلك الأثاث قديم ويحتاج بشدة للتجديد الأسعار مبالغ فيها

The room photograph and description (1st floor 28 square metres) did not match the actual room allocated (4th floor. 18 square metre).. This is illegal in many countries, but apparently not for this hotel. The duty manager of the day was prepared to allocate a better room, but only at an extra charge. I was not happy with this so did not pay extra. Breakfast was pleasant. Lovely view. Attentive waiting staff. Location excellent. The windows of the hotel ground floor facing the sea were disgraceful. Peeling paint Abandoned empty decorating containers, food waste. Lazy maintainance and lack of pride. Clearly nobody is checking or following up. This could be a great hotel, but is a now a reminder of indifference and apathy. The check out manager was more helpful and offered an upgrade should I visit again. However both parties know that is unlikely. I filled in the hotel questionnaire recording these issues. I hope it gets to the right person. The attached photograph shows the much nicer room and embellished description in the advert. Clearly all photos and measurements need to be updated so they actually match the rooms that are being sold. Since I expressed my concerns on 20 march 2023, there has been no update.

ابتداء من مكتب الاستقبال كان قمة من الترحاب من الاستاذ سامح مع مشروب الاستقبال والبل مان اصتاحبنا الى الغرفة والعشاء كان بمنتهى الترحاب من المتر محمد وفى الافطار البوفيهات اكثر من رائعة من التنوع مع الترحاب من العاملين بالمطعم ورحبت منا الانسة منه الله موظف الجودة وخدمة النزلاء من ما اعطانا احساس بالتسوية بالمكان فهو فى قمة الجودة لا يجعل الزائرين الخروج منه الا عند العودة

酒店位置好，就在海邊環境不錯，是當地拍婚紗和舉行婚禮的網紅酒店，性價比高，老闆很熱，早餐每天都免費給送到房間裏面用的，此酒店是我15天埃及之行住過的性價比最高最喜歡的酒店，下次去亞歷山大還會繼續選擇住這家👍👍
