Wonderful location - near to 80% of the sites but not many tourists. Lots of amazing bakeries and cafes nearby with a local vibe. In Alexandria there was no hassle unlike Cairo, Aswan and Luxor. Service was very kind, friendly and professional. Value for money was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning again.

位置在夏宮邊，參觀夏宮很方便，本應是個很不錯的幽靜的海邊的酒店，但入住時整個區域都在裝修，像個大工地，優勢就沒了，距離市中心遠的劣勢就凸顯了，不如住在奎因堡附近的酒店能夠更好的感受亞歷山大。
房間設施不錯，在亞歷山大屬於新的，但早餐不符合五星標準

لقد كان لدي حجز ل ٥ ايام استخدمت ٣ أيام ولظرف طاري غادرت واهديت اليومين الباقيه لأحد أصحابي وبلغت الإستقبال بذلك وأخذت موافقتهم وحضر صاحبي وبلغ بأنه لامانع لكن فوجئت بعد ساعتين من مغادرتي ب رفضهم إسكان صديقي
ولم استرد المبلغ فماهو الحل
علما بأن موظفات الإستقبال إسراء ونور كانو لطفاء وخدومين

The manager is not flexible. I spec more than 7 days with two rooms, and they refused to give me the breakfast included even my request thus not happened with me all my life over world
He is hiding himself and not in contact with the customer .

酒店位置好，就在海邊環境不錯，是當地拍婚紗和舉行婚禮的網紅酒店，性價比高，老闆很熱，早餐每天都免費給送到房間裏面用的，此酒店是我15天埃及之行住過的性價比最高最喜歡的酒店，下次去亞歷山大還會繼續選擇住這家👍👍

JJoshDBWWhilst the location of this hotel is excellent, and the aesthetic of the hotel is very regal / European in its vibe (old style elevator, bell boy, tea room), the actual facilities are just average. The handle to our room was broken, the room itself smelt damp, there was no wifi connection available and no water bottles were provided as previously promised. The novelty in living in a “fancy” turn-of-the-century style hotel was fine for 1 night, but I’m not sure I’d recommend this place based on the price tag per night.

JJuneLike it's name, it's truly a paradise in Alexandria away from all the traffic and busy street! The ocean front beach breakfast buffet was so so wonderful, loved it very much. The swimming pool is also beautiful and practical and it was cleaned daily. The front desk stuff was professional, friendly, and helpful, as well as all the other stuff working there. Had a wonderful time there and definitely recommend it!

DDeborahWe stayed in room 328. Very dated. Room not ready on arrival. Had to ask for extras water menus etc. Shower wet room floor flooded everyday drains need cleaning.
Cleaner woke us at 0920 daily just out of hospital not appreciated. Instead of cleaning room to fill end constantly coming back knocking with water or towels or tissues not as relaxing as I had hoped.
Carpets not hoovered once while there for five nights. Extremely disappointed for a Hilton.

AAhmed GMRThe food and catering service was excellent.
It will be grossly unfair if we do not make special mention of the extraordinary courtesy and service rendered by one, Mr. Ahmed Masry (FB). Regret I cannot say the same for Housekeeping who had to be reminded to replace the used tumblers and replenish the water bottles. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

PPengguna TetamuThe room photograph and description (1st floor 28 square metres) did not match the actual room allocated (4th floor. 18 square metre).. This is illegal in many countries, but apparently not for this hotel. The duty manager of the day was prepared to allocate a better room, but only at an extra charge. I was not happy with this so did not pay extra.
Breakfast was pleasant. Lovely view. Attentive waiting staff.
Location excellent.
The windows of the hotel ground floor facing the sea were disgraceful. Peeling paint Abandoned empty decorating containers, food waste. Lazy maintainance and lack of pride. Clearly nobody is checking or following up.
This could be a great hotel, but is a
now a reminder of indifference and apathy.
The check out manager was more helpful and offered an upgrade should I visit again. However both parties know that is unlikely. I filled in the hotel questionnaire recording these issues. I hope it gets to the right person.
The attached photograph shows the much nicer room and embellished description in the advert.
Clearly all photos and measurements need to be updated so they actually match the rooms that are being sold. Since I expressed my concerns on 20 march 2023, there has been no update.
