For shared use: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with plants, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, courtyard, swimming pool fenced (11 x 5 m, depth 120 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: bicycles available (extra). E-charging station.
