Cancun Blue Airport

Stay away from here Scammers Dirty hotel and bad customer service from host and owner they are all scammers. Hotel is nothing like the pictures Rusty fridge. Very dangerouse neighborhood Bugs in bed. Worst hotel I chose to lose the money and go somewhere else.

We booked into a garden view suite with a kitchenette and two double beds. First the good: 1) It was close to the airport 2) They have the least expensive shuttle service 3) The room was very inexpensive 4) There was hot water. 5) The A/C worked The not so good: 1) - There is no front desk 2) - You need to call to get an access code to get your room key from a lock box and to get your room number. 3) the place is hard to find - it is not anything like the pics onsite. It is actually behind a car wash in a back alley. (see pics). 4) - the security of the rooms is poor. The Bad: 1) The room was not clean - it was cleaned but was certainly less than sanitary 2) The beds were the worst we have ever slept on, with thin mattresses and old bedding. 3) The garden view???? see pics. 4) BUGS!!!! - we left a package of cookies open on the kitchen counter for just a few minutes and they were overrun with ants! We have video of this but could not upload the video. 5) - in the middle of nowhere. We tried to walk to a location for dinner. Just too far. Even a TukTuk ride took 20 minutes to get to anyplace to eat. We only booked here as it was for one night and the cost savings on the airport shuttle made the decision easy. While it was an adventure, it is not one we wish to repeat.

Este hotel está ubicado en el mismo predio de un lavado de autos, además la zona alrededor es considerada peligrosa y no está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Quienes atienden fueron amables conmigo, sin embargo, el hotel está en pésimas condiciones de limpieza y las fotos que presentan son de archivo, el precio es totalmente desproporcionado.
