The location is great for the beach, 20 minutes by foot from town, the pool is very good, service depends on the shift, otherwise a decent hotel. No complaints, check-out is at 10 but the room was ready by 11 for check-in which makes it O.K.

When I visited at the end of September, the hotel was quiet despite being quite large. Also, the residence of the same name didn't appear to have many residents. Small room on the top floor with a grand terrace, it was clean with a great shower. My interactions were mainly with female staff, everyone was pleasant and working hard at delivering excellent service. Except for one individual, a man who missed the training about customer service in hospitality. For breakfast, hot options were limited (and not always hot) but the pastry selections were divine and changed each day. For location, the hotel is across the road from the beach and about a 40-minute walk from the old town, but there is a good bus service and a bus stop nearby, as well as a couple of good restaurants at walking distance. One evening, I tried the dinner buffet at the hotel and I was happily surprised by the choice and quality provided. But, in the end, the swimming pool was the star attraction, wide and of a good length.

Ok, place, but we are little disappointed. We have been here every summer for more then 20 years. Very much because it´s so close the the beautiful Maria Pia beach. This time, we asked to stay three days longer, and they raised the price by 50 prosent. So much for being loyal customers all these years. So this is Ciao, Oasis.

There was a loud party with loud music until midnight. Not easy to sleep. A hassle with front desk about payment. We thought we were charged at check in but it seems we were not. All else was great. Amazing property and pool!

The hotel is clean and the staff are great. There is a nice swimming pool but the hot tubs need more care...they are dirty and do not work properly. It's great breakfast all you could want and more The hotel bar is handy but slightly expensive The beds are slightly hard, walls thin and no bins in the room?? The maid service exceptional though and cleaned up our rubbish from carrier bags we left it in Also the wi fi is very unreliable All in all a nice hotel , so close to the best beach bit a good t0 min stretch into Alghero but on the bus route

We have just come back from a week here. The room and all hotels area were always clean. The rooms are basic but are quite spacious. After one bad night due to the mattress I put a blanket down on the bed and the next day the housekeeper had put a mattress topper on the bed for us. It is located near bus stop into Alghero and the beach bus to beaches up the coast. All the staff were really friendly and most of them spoke english. My husband has coeliac disease, each morning at breakfast he was given a basket with gluten free cereal, bread, biscuits and offered croissants which were heated in the oven. At dinner the staff showed him what he could have and then gave him the option of having fresh gluten free pasta cooked so he could have the pasta dish. They also cooked meat separately if the sauce wasn't gluten free. We want to say a special thank you to Roberta and all the staff in the restaurant and kitchen for looking after him so well. We really appreciated the time Roberta spent with him each evening and translating to the other staff. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel and returning if we can.

This is our second time at this hotel, we first visited in 2018. Lovely clean and comfortable hotel not far from the old town which you can easily walk to or catch a bus from outside the hotel. The hotel and hotel grounds are spotless and staff always busy at their job. There is a good size outdoor pool (unheated ) with plenty of sun loungers around it and there is also a baby pool again with sun loungers around. Poolside bar serving snacks and drinks all day as well as the little hotel shop. We were on a half board basis and breakfast and evening meals were absolutely delicious with lots of choices, everything fresh and good quality products. Head waitress is amazing and nothing was too much trouble for her. The hotel does not use cash so you are given a card upon check in which is connected to your room, drinks in the restaurant and pool bar are charged to your card and you settle the bill upon checkout, you are given a receipt each time you use it so you can see exactly how much you’re spending! All in all a great hotel with friendly staff and delicious food!
