Except the reception team , the service is really bad , we ordered yesterday in the restaurant a soup for my wife who was sick at 1 pm they brought it around 4:15 pm . But the worst is the room service , the made was talking to us as client as if we are a ….., shouting while baby was sleeping in the room , Threatening us for no reason , she wanted us to keep the room clean so she will not do her job but unfortunately you still can see this kind rude and uneducated people in marriot bonvoy . U feel like u are.begging them for sleepers , soap or water , She was talking about giving us water as if she is doing for us some favor and the funniest part is the room walls was full of killed musquitos everywhere . The maids are so disrespectful and rude , never seen such a treatment in my life , its the last place to stay in to be honest .

I do not recommend this hotel to no one . Upon arrival and after a 16 hours flight my mother and I had the worst experience here . My reservation was cancelled with the intention of me booking a higher rate . When I asked to speak to a manager the agent ( Nassim Eddouaouda) said there was no manager on sight , which was a lie because an other staff came out , removed their name tag and said I had to leave. We had to find a hotel near by and there I found out the last guy who spoke to me was indeed the front office manager. I have recordings of his lying and refusing to provide the “ manager’s email so I could file a complaint . I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to be treated badly and scammed

Upon arrival I had a smooth check-in and I was told that breakfast is on chargeable basis. Which should not be the case! A special shout out goes to the lovely Shiraz from guest relations who approached and apologized for the inconvenience and offered amenities & a late check out as she knew that I had a long flight the same day, and I needed more rest. In between, the room was beautifully decorated for a honeymoon in which I requested and a complimentary cake was placed n my best flavor, chocolate, was there. My stay at the Residence was exquisite thanks to the smile n service was given by the staff especially Yacine, Omar, Younes n the Shuttle drivers as well. hope to see you soon.

Marriott Residence inn is a very good place to stay. It was very nice to stay there. All staff were very supportive during my stay. I would give 5star rating to restaurant staff specially Houssam & Sabrina who were very kind & supportive during the stay. They always offered me Algerian Musamman which was very delicious.

It was a great experience that I had during my stay from the 4th to 5th jully. Lovely personnel at lobby and room services, nice and clean room. Just some points which I wich to be improved: - no air conditionning in the couloir between rooms. - room services takes too long time (more than 45 mn), I believe this service is provided by the adjacent Mriott hotel temporary at residence inn. - the clic clac sofa bed was not clea at all. Rather than that, every think was perfect, many thanks to the Mariott and the team there.
