Not a great deal to do in the area, and arranging taxis can be difficult if your French is not great. Staff are excellent and will change money for you and help you with anything you need. Room was OK. Bit small. No view. But clean and comfortable. "

"This Hotel is NOT five stars!!! It’s totally run down and the worst is the staff attitude. They’re only interested in attending the drinkers. I noticed some reviews said the same thing. There were no water in the room, so I went to fill up my bottle during the breakfast time. The supervisor stopped me saying it’s only for the guest. Well I’m your guest! Because my flight leaves at 7am in the morning, I requested a packed breakfast. The front desk manager said “we don’t provide packed breakfast”. I said you can just gave me a bottle of water and bread now, so I don’t have to bother you in the morning. He said no. They’re so rude! Also the breakfast is very basic. My 3-star hotel in Constantine is much better!!! It was a big mistake to stay in this dumpster. The place needs serous renovation."

"We stayed at Az Hotel Palm beach , and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not clean, and even after calling for housekeeping, the issue was not resolved properly. The cleaner did not knock before entering the room, despite our "Do Not Disturb" sign, and often arrived very early in the morning. Additionally, the hotel does not provide any beach chairs or tables; guests are required to pay extra for these amenities, which was very disappointing. Overall, this experience was subpar and did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. I would rate it as 1 star based on my experience."
