"I had booked and paid for a room for two nights on the outbound journey and two nights on the return. We arrived at 1 p.m. The receptionists should find another job; the welcome was appalling. The room wasn't ready until 3 p.m., and they made absolutely no effort to prepare it beforehand. However, when a man arrives alone, the room is prepared quickly! When we finally got to our room, it wasn't what we had booked, namely two separate beds. We went back to reception, and the young woman there spoke very rudely and refused to do anything about it. Our luggage hadn't even been taken up to the room; we had to carry it ourselves. In short, from beginning to end, it was a complete mess, except for the breakfast reception where the young man was lovely, smiling, and very helpful. I canceled the second reservation and went to the Atlantis Hotel, which is a reliable choice."

While taking care of yourself and your room, Narimane, Marouane and Siham (I am 100%, I misspelled their names) are very lovely and 150% committed to be your comfortability. Ahh… the front desk staff are as good as mother could be, they make sure you are comfortable, safe, and good serviced. What can I tell you, I am 100% and 1000 time happy customer. "

"I stayed one night at this hotel, but it was so terrible I couldn't bear to stay even for a minute. I requested to cancel the reservation, but it wasn't processed, and they didn't refund my money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone this year; it's an awful hotel. Seriously, don't book here and don't go. The hotel is incredibly dirty; I'd say it's the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen in my life."
