Radisson Blu Resort Amp; Spa Alibaug, India

Old and run down in the middle of nowhere with no scenery around, but a wire fence giving you a nice prison atmosphere. Non existent service.

Had an amazing stay … good breakfast and good pool access rooms… thanks to abhijit(***ager) for the room upgrade and also the property is huge… very service by melki at the restaurant.. i enjoyed the stay must go…overally good stay with big pool…

Great experience! Definitely going to recommend this hotel to friends. Melki, Yusuf, Adesh, Sulata and Nikita did a great job at taking care of us. Special mention for Priyanka for giving us the best deal during our stay. The property is amazing and gives you a sense of calm. Looking forward to visit again! :)

Very good experience , was taken care very well by Mr. melki at breakfast. Worth staying as you can completely relax and stay with family away from the city and day to day routine activities. Also the place is well organised and has plenty of variety to take care of all food habits, including vegetarians. also we have enough space so that families can have privacy and enjoy without being worried about people waiting

I have visited Radisson Blu alibag for the 1st time. We went their for valentines day dinner. we ordered non vegetarian food. The food was delicious made by Rajesh and Sambhaji. Serving given by Avadesh pandey was prompt. He was very attentive. We both enjoyed a lot. Thanks to Radisson blu staff for making our day so special.

The resort offer a good weekend gateway for travellers staying in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai. Being an extended weekend, we had booked 2 nights stay at the resort. Online booking at Radisson website was fast and easy providing all necessary information of the packages. Travel to the resort from Navi Mumbai is around 90km via road. Due to the weekend excursion by ***y mumbaites, took us 3 hours to reach the resort. The last 2 kms stretch is bumpy and rough due to the road work happening. Resort entry is impressive, and property is extensive. Check-in process was fast and easy. We had taken the superior room in A wing which was near to the reception area overlooking the main deck and swimming pool. The water body area was oddly designed with knee deep water and poorly maintained in cleanliness. Surely needs a revamp. The wooden deck surrounding it is apt for various activities being carried by the resort. The swimming pool was not clean when we used it. The superior room we lived was poorly renovated especially the bathroom. Which hotel doesnot give a clothes hanging hooks inside the bathrooms. The toiletries certainly need an improvement. Seems the rooms in a wing are not Renovated and still have the old interiors. The breakfast menu is offered at their 2 different restaurants. For the 2 days we stayed, we could not find anything exquisite and unique. The egg counter was not able to dish out the perfect omelettes as we usually get in all 5 star resorts. Due to the weekend rush, the staff operations went haywire with wrong orders going to tables. The same was evident in Aparanta where the buffet quality was too ordinary with equally letdown service. The only saving was their food quality at their signature restaurant Kokum and spice. Excellent seafood offered. Kids play area is good with good outdoor activities like cricket, walking track and indoor play areas. There is lots to be improvised in terms of the service we could see hassled service staff and slips due to the weekend rush. Membership discount on F&B was not applied on the final bill. A one time stay is good enough.

Avadesh K Pandey served us really well. At the end he made us try a sweet pan. Great service. Awesome person! I would recommend this restaurant to other people as well. Do try the goan fish curry and the vaigan thingy. The ambience is also very nice

Good experience, food has been good including paan, Avdesh Pandey and shambaji and Rajesh has been serving some good food and good experience. Thank you for good experience, thank you for good memories. Goan chicken curry with coconut milk and with its various accompaniments have been very tasty.
