Hotel Allahabad dengan Sarapan

I had chosen this hotel for its vicinity to the prayagraj station and ssb allahabad and wasn't dissapointed at all. The room was clean as was the toilet. Geyser/hot water all throughout(dec23. Though they had restaurant facility. I had my food outside/just beside the hotel premises. Toto/autos were readily available all throughout the day n night for travel-ling around. One can just walk to the main station from the hotel. I stayed on the 3rd floor and there were two lifts working simultaneously. The staff and management were polite and allowed me to stay for 3 more hours beyond checkout time due to the odd timing of my train departure. We(me n my son) stayed in the basic double bedded room booked through 'make my trip' as always. Thank you hotel prayag and make my trip.

This is my first experience to stay in prayagraj stay hygiene is good food facility is not available till now may b start soon overall good experience

I was not sure about online booking but my friend suggested I book my stay via yatradham.org and I got the best deal for my stay. here is my personal experience with Yatradham. I had a great stay thanks to the warm and helpful staff, large rooms, and clean bathrooms. The food was really tasty and completely vegetarian. The Kashi Vishwanath Temple is very close and within walking distance, which was convenient. The only issue was the location if you're traveling by car, as you can't bring your car there. There’s also no parking available nearby. But overall, it was a comfortable stay with some small challenges

Best experience of this hotel I ever had in Prayagraj. The manager and their staff are always ready to be helpful and concerned about your comfort . I made the best choice of choosing it. I would always suggest other people also to choose this place for there stay.

Good hotel for the amount paid. Inside the city only. All facilities available are good. Neat. Lift not there. One suggestion. Carpet and sofa better to vacuum clean

We negotiated on the spot and booked 3 rooms for our family of 7 for one night on 16 March'2023. Rooms are good, but service is not upto the mark. While checking in, we were informed that there will be buffet spread for breakfast. However, in the morning, we were informed that we have to order from breakfast menu and it will be served in the room. When ordered over phone, we were again asked to come to dining hall to get the breakfast served. In dining hall, they served breakfast of only one room order against our 3 rooms. After waiting for almost half-an-hour to get served, the staff asked us to repeat the already ordered items for breakfast and were served after another half-an-hour. The items were also very limited to order. For the kind of price they are charging for the rooms like 4-start luxury hotels, service is like a 2-star budget hotel. There may be much better options in Prayagraj. Hotel Milan Palace is definitely not a recommendable place to stay with family.

Came here from Ayodhya Chitrakoot visit. Excellent service rendered by front desk. Very prominent location. Wonderful room with all 3 star features. Although restaurant capacity is for about 20, we had excellent service for breakfast & 2 Dinners. After checkout, we could comfortably keep our luggage till late evening in time for our train to Delhi. 2 lifts are there. A little confusing. Room 301 was excellent. Strongly recommend to all Prayagraj visitors.

The room was large and well furnished. And there the positives end. The large window overlooks a tin shed where very many cars were parked. Was it a workshop? One bedside light was broken and the other not working. The spacious bathroom had a bath enclosure, but the door was missing resulting in the water splashing out and wetting the entire bathroom floor. at least 25 liters of water had to go waste to get a semblance of warm water (the explanation was that the boilers were located on fourth floor). leaking WC shower faucet aided the missing door in wetting the floor. The manager's excuse was that the hotel was one of the oldest. There was a wedding on the last day of our stay. Thankfully, it was not loud, so we were not disturbed. Our last dinner could not be served for full one-hour in spite of us ordering what we were told was ready. And once again we were the only diners. We had to catch a train early in the morning and were assured by both, the restaurant and the reception, that some sandwiches would be packed and kept ready for us by 5 AM. They started preparing the sandwiches when we came down with our bags. We got the sandwiches at 5.30. We would have missed the train if it was not late.
