From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. Very relaxing hotel in Puerto Princesa. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Cess, from their Front Office, she arranged our airport pickup and drop off smoothly. Their restaurant, The Nest also serves sumptuous dishes. Breakfast can be improved though. Overall we had a relaxing stay.

Absolute Paradise I cannot recommend Astoria Palawan enough! My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Villas, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space, the privacy, and the gorgeous views made our trip truly special. One of the highlights was the boat trip to the sand bar—a slice of heaven in the middle of the water. The team that took us out ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire time, making the experience completely worry-free and magical. The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. For evening relaxation, we loved having drinks at The Dome—the atmosphere is unmatched. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I want to send a huge thank you to Segundo at the Canopy reception for his warm and efficient service. A special shout-out to Jacqklyn at The Dome for her wonderful evening service and making our nights out special, and to Mark at the Habitat Restaurant for his attentive care during our meals. The hotel offers excellent value for its price. The room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials — a working hot and cold shower, mini fridge, and TV. Breakfast was decent for the price — simple but satisfying. The staff were very warm and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. Location-wise, it’s perfect. We came for the dragon boat race, and the baywalk was just a short walk away. The hotel is also conveniently close to the mall, market, and fast food restaurants, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Public transportation such as jeepneys and tricycles are easily accessible. They also offer affordable city tour packages, which is a great bonus.

Very clean, quiet and well landscaped property. Great location for good dive sites. The owners care a lot about their property and it shows. They offer good food too, if you want to eat there.

Lovely little resort on the beach! An amazing location and the friendliest staff. You can book bike hire/days trips and more within the resort as well as laundry! The rooms are a little outdated but that it is expected within this region. I was very unwell and the staff did everything they could to look after me without me even asking for help they were making teas to help me. And made an extra ginger tea for me to take away. Really appreciate their kindness and would definitely recommend this lovely little resort

Our last four nights in paradise the swim up room was amazing we used that pool for a lot of hours nice to have our own deck and access. We ate all our meals here breakfast was included and was good the options were lacking a bit but we found enough to eat! Dinner we ate here because we were lazy and didn’t want to go out! The food was good not great but good not always the same the next day was strange! The beach was great the tides gos out for miles so there is lots to walk! The massage place was great she worked all my kinks out. But I would not recommend the nail salon was very basic not much to choose from for Color and she was late then when she did arrive had to go home for tools she forget! The hotel staff were all very helpful! The pool bar was nice and Mark made some fancy drinks!
