Staff was very nice and in restaurant sujal was great but the cleaning staff was not good at all and the service of room was very slow they actually tell you 15 min and takes approximately 2 hours ac was not cooling that much and the they don’t include dinner also

Good ambiance and good food also staff is so friendly. I recommend my all friends and family visit one time and stay here in Prayagraj am really exited for coming one again Prayagraj and Max Hotel ..... Thank you Max Hotel for give me a good experience.

Hotel staff Mr. Vishal was very co-operative and food was very good some basic renovation for washroom and bedroom must be done by authorities, over all nice experience here hope good for future and all the best for all staff members 😀😀😀.

Max hotel is the very Nice and awesome hotel in prayagraj because the hotel located just behind of prayagraj junction near 6 number platform, Max hotel staff's are too friendly and support and help for stand any time Especially thanks for Abhiraj and Vishal the upgrade my room Because I booked the max comfort but they provided Queen room and first' floor thanks you max hotel

Max hotel very good hotel in allahabad and there is breakfast is so delicious and tasty and staff is very friendly 😋 Front office staff is very humble and cool Abhiraj is very good personality he arranged for me a car for go to pratapgad and cheoki station There is travel desk facility

**Traces of Human Hair and Insects in Hotel Food** This hotel is a disgrace to the holy city of Prayagraj, and I urge anyone thinking of staying here to reconsider. From the moment we arrived, there was no one to help with our luggage. We had to carry our own bags, and to make matters worse, the lift was out of order due to maintenance. If you have elderly people or a lot of luggage, get ready for a tiring climb to the second or third floor. The hotel does not allow outside food, and the in-house dining is very expensive. To make things worse, they add extra items to your bill and demand payment, saying the bill has already been generated. The food quality is terrible. I found human hair and bugs in the rice dishes. In colored dishes like Biryani and Pulao, it's hard to see, but in plain rice, it's clearly visible. When we asked for a complimentary water bottle, they charged ₹60. The tea served here is worse than what you get at a railway station. The staff is extremely rude and uneducated, behaving more like local goons than hotel employees. The manager claimed to be a practicing lawyer in Allahabad High Court and implied we couldn't complain and that the hotel didn't care about our issues. We booked through Goibibo and, having already paid, felt trapped. The treatment we received was humiliating, especially in front of our children and elderly parents. It was a terrible experience. For your peace of mind, I request everyone reading this to avoid this hotel at all costs. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I deeply regret visiting Prayagraj and wish I had chosen a different place to stay.

Good location, perfect for rail travellers. Comfortable room . Staff was supportive and cooperative & nekpal , jaspreet staff very kind person help us to know about near place or sangam visit help us to book cab from Ashutosh ji, assist and help to darshan hanuman ji very nice person . Food quality was good too with reasonable rates. It is preferable to book in advance as mostly it runs full and spot reservation may not be possible.... So for travel easy ..

Excellent place near High court and clean rooms , very smooth check in process.front desk staffis very cooperative and warm welcome present hospitality ,especially a lady Mangr Jasprit or her all team ,help us , her team provides each & every information about the near explore places or travel desk for family***** we recommend this for hotel for family or girls nd restaurant food was nice service all ok..
