My mother and I were in town for medical appointments. The hotel was convenient to Hwy 75, Sam Rayburn Expressway and North Central Expressway. The room was exceptionally clean. The sitting area plus the bed was a great combo. The tv was huge and was turnable from couch to bed. The bathroom had what we consider a walk-in shower. The breakfast was the best of any hotel we have ever stayed.

Stayed one night for a an event at the Texas Credit Union Event Center. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The room was also nice and dark and the temperature was easy to adjust. The gym was nothing special, but did the job. The room with a King Bed has a nice area with a couch. The breakfast was great (eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, french toast sticks, oatmeal, yogurt, etc). Front desk staff were kind and efficient. Parking is close and easy.

The location was not easily accessible to nearby activities. The staff was short, it was difficult to get the room cleaned and sheets changed. They rarely answered the front and didn’t have room service. They also double charged me.

We will certainly stay at Hyatt Place/Allen again given the opportunity! Hopefully both elevators will be functioning by that time.

The beds in the first room we were given had not been changed or even made. The second room didn't even have a bar of soap. We had to go to the front desk and request one because the phone in the room had no cord. Additionally, the property was just off the freeway and VERY noisy. Just didn't feel comfortable, clean or safe. Very disappointing- especially for the Hyatt brand

My stay was great here. Staff is amazing! I had to extend my stay and they worked to help me keep my room so I didn’t have to move.

Service was very helpful & friendly. The breakfast was good and its in a very convenient location.
The only con is that it's right near the hwy so there is a lot of noise from traffic.
Other than that, I recommend the hotel, we had a great experience.
