SK Place Luxury Seafront Villas Chania

This had been the most perfect holiday the views are amazing our Ammos villa only a short walk into Almyrida. With some lovely restaurants and snack type food too. Taxi Company, car hire motorbike, cycle hire also available in the village, we felt the village was still relatively untouched from too many tourists no big skyscraper all inclusive hotels just lovely. Cove with Sandy beaches shallow Shores which made it perfect for families with young ones to paddling in. Our host Katerina and her staff were wonderful. Katerina was on hand, for all our problems or questions. Nothing was too much trouble for her. A lovely kind snd friendly lady, she was here to welcome us too. Her homemade marmalade is the best ever! The accommodation is immaculate. We could not fault the high standard and how immaculately clean it was also daily cleaners if required. The welcome pack contained many things including wine water huge bowl of fruit some vegetables and bread. The kitchen itself so well equipped dishwasher oven barbecue facilities outside were immaculate with a wonderful shaded seating area and comfy sunbeds Thank you, Katerina for looking after it so well.

Fabulous Villa in an idyllic location. Villa Ammos is a 3 bed 3 bath property with a pool & spectacular views of the Med. The Villa is serviced daily by a couple of lovely ladies & the owner is on hand to answer any queries. We also hired Stella a local chef & sommelier for my wife’s birthday and she produced a spectacular dinner with paired wines. The small town with plenty of bars & restaurants is a 5 minute walk as is the beach. Only minor gripe was €450 to heat the pool for a week. A bit minty!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa Almyra. The scenery and the sunsets are stunning, very close proximity to nice little restaurants in Almyrida. Couldn't have been better! Modern, clean style as we like it, Katerina was a lovely host.

Clean home, great views across bay, very comfortable base. Katarina very helpful with local advise & restaurant bookings and any house problems. Alymrida has all the basics but felt like a fair distance from all the other places we wanted to visit

Fantastic villa location within 5 mins of Almyrida village. We were a family of 6 and stayed in villa Anemos and were very well looked after by Katerina with her recommendations to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The villa was spotless and was cleaned 5 times a week with some very friendly and helpful team members. Overall a great location to both relax and explore; we managed a day trip to Santorini from nearby Rethymno, walked the Imbross gorge , hired a rib for 1/2 day and spent an evening n Chania . Excellent villa and would return !

We’ve been back 5 times over 10 years from Australia so we must love it ! You won’t get a more relaxing spot . Have stayed with friends, with family and extended family . Amazing view, unbelievable service, daily housekeeping and an easy walk to town . Plus you are 30 minutes from beautiful city of Chania which has everything. Best kept secret !

The most wonderful trip! The pictures do not do the views justice at all. The location was perfect for us. Amazing views from the pool area, and then a short walk into Almyrida, with some lovely restaurants! We spent a day at the beach, the sea was calm and not too cold, even in May. We weren’t so lucky with the weather, but Katerina made up for this with all her kind help with our booking. It was lovely to meet her in person. We also booked the chef through her, and this experience was a highlight for us! Thank you Katerina, we can’t wait to return!

My family had an amazing holiday in this beautiful villa overlooking Souda Bay! The owner, Katerina, was very welcoming and met us on arrival to show us around and make sure we were happy with everything. She even left us with a bowl full of fresh fruits, fridge essentials and a salad bowl with all the ingredients we would need to make tasty Greek salads! The villa was wonderfully clean and very well appointed and spread over three floors with two bedrooms on the top floor and another on the lower ground floor. All three bedrooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds. There is plenty of wardrobe storage as well. The massive sliding doors in the living area open into the very private rear garden, with stunning views of the bay and the village of Almyrida. We loved frequently dipping into the heated infinity pool and just hanging out in the garden. We stayed in Anemos, which is the last of the three villas that make up the property. Although they are within the same gated area, the landscaping and brilliant design offered total privacy for our holiday. Almyrida is just a 5-minute walk away along a very quiet road. All the conveniences you need like groceries, restaurants/bars and boat rentals are right on your doorstep. I look forward to planning our next visit!

We rarely return to the same place, but came back a 2nd time to SK Place as was such a great experience in 2022. We weren't disappointed and had an equally fantastic time this year. Katerina, Lily and the team were as attentive as ever with their usual attention to detail. A real 5* experience which we have already booked for 2024, doubly breaking our no return rule! This year enjoyed hiring a boat to go round the bay and took a remarkably stress-free day out to Chania by public bus from Almyrida.
