Hotel dengan WiFi di Alor Setar

Bilik yang besar.. katil dan bantal yang selesa.. aircond sejuk tapi tak boleh control suhu serta bunyi aircond yang agak bising.. kebersihan biasa2 je.. masuk bilik, terus bersin.. mungkin habuk banyak di karpet.. toilet bowl tersumbat pada hari kedua.. call receptionist, cepat technician sampai.. tuala, iron board dan floor mat kena minta dan cepat je sampai bila minta.. overall, boleh improve lagi

So far kedudukan hotel berdekatan dengan pasaraya lotus.ada warung jualan makanan berdekatan hotel...tempat makan viral yang sedap dan padu juga ada berdekatan dengan hotel...tapi semasa trip kami pada 30/12/22 hingga 31/12/22 kolam mandi di hotel sedang dalam pembaikan..katanya sehingga bulan 1/2023.jadi agak hambar sikit cz anak2 kurang seronok xdapat mandi kolam...so far lain-lain perkhidmatan ok dan menyeronokkan

Lokasi ok. Katil ok. Saya rasa ada pepijat la di bawah cadar. Sila minta mereka menyemak. And definately need to change the curtain.. got map due to aircond air jatuh. Breakfast tak banyak jenis.. tak sedap hati nak kena bayar rm15. Mereka tidak makan pun. Isi semula terlalu perlahan dan kakitangan perlu tersenyum sedikit.. saya tahu mereka penat.. tetapi baru pagi.. :)

It's been long time I didn't write my review about my travelling activity. End of July I was staying with my husband and my toddler son.i don't mine if the hotel was old or else.however the service that the reception give so not called hotelier. The reception staff all are gentlemen,no politeness and happy to serve a guest. My room very clean and big.however the aroma when you open the room not nice.its smell so sticky. During night time there is no air conditioning.My kattle in room got problem we have report to them at reception but no action , I can't boil hot water to make my son milk.its need my husband come down at down stairs to take it by him self.the hotel staff not show that their wanted to help us. So for me even it's cheap but not worthy to stay if the staff not willing to help.

Ini adalah salah satu rangkaian hotel tertua di Malaysia sejak 1995 jika tidak silap, lokasi yang hebat di banyak bandar dan tempat utama di Malaysia. Kakitangan bekerja keras untuk menggembirakan tetamu yang sememangnya menggalakkan. Walau bagaimanapun, satu-satunya yang mengecewakan hotel ini ialah kemudahan dan kemudahan tidak diganti kerana pemilik kelihatan tidak berminat untuk membaiki. Ini amat menyedihkan bagi saya kerana saya sangat seronok menginap di rangkaian hotel Sri Malaysia, lokasi yang bagus, ruang letak kereta yang luas, tetapi kemudahan yang tidak mencukupi sememangnya mengecewakan. Malahan sarapan pagi adalah sama selama bertahun-tahun, seperti hotel bajet kelas rendah. Harap pemilik hotel ini melabur dan melabur semula jika tidak rangkaian hotel yang luar biasa ini perlahan-lahan akan dihapuskan dari peta industri pelancongan Malaysia.

Terletak dengan strategik bersebelahan dengan restoran, berjalan kaki singkat ke Aman Mall dan Menara Alor Setar. Tempat letak kereta di tingkat bawah tanah hotel adalah mencukupi dan percuma. Bilik ringkas dan bersih. Bilik air bagus tetapi wifi lemah.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I would consider this hotel as a budget hotel. For that category, this hotel is pretty good. Firstly, I like the location very much. It’s by the main street and just across the Lotus Hypermarket (formerly known as Tesco). There are many shops around it. In the evening, there are many stalls and food trucks that sell delicious street foods. You won’t go hungry here. The room size is decent and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. The room is clean. I would have given this at least a 4 star rating but I gave 3 star because of the following: - the shower water becomes stagnant because the flow was blocked or something. It took a long while before the water subsided. - getting a parking slot near the hotel during the day was quite a challenge because there are many popular shops there plus a major bank which customers took up most of the parking spaces. At night, the parking is quite empty. - that guy who was manning the front desk when I checked in was not friendly at all. Not sure what his problems were but being a customer facing staff, he should at least show a bit more pleasant personality. - there’s a sink right after you enter the room! It’s outside the bathroom. I don’t quite understand the logic of this room design. In summary, it’s decent hotel and the room rate is very reasonable esp if you book through their official website. There’s a supposedly 5-star hotel just next door. I have stayed there before. Given a choice, I would definitely stay at this Leverage Business hotel rather than the so-called 5 star hotel. It has it hits and misses but certainly value for money.

Lokasi tidak begitu dekat dengan bahagian utama bandar, tetapi Grab murah di Alor Setar. Pemandangan dari kolam renang menakjubkan, dan biliknya bersih dan luas.

Mungkin boleh tingkatkan kebersihan bilik bhgian tingkap. Bnyak kesan² debu rokok, utk anak yg sensitif agak tak puas hati utk itu..bhgian siling ada jugk serangga² kamitetep yg xdi buang & cuci. yg lain² semua ok

perkhidmatan sangat baik,kemudahan yg lengkap, berdekatan dengan tempat makan dan saya akan menginap di hotel ini lagi
