Ulasan Altinersan Hotel

This hotel is beyond it expiration date. Limescale is clogged in the faucets so you need brute force to operate them. The small room is filled with a double and a single bed leaving no room for a table and some chairs. Good thing there is a water cooker and a small fridge in the room. It would even be better is there where some glasses and cups. The room was clean and housekeeping does a good job. The pool area is way to small to accommodate all the guests. The location of the hotel is perfect; just a 5 min. walk from the beach and boulevard.

Just back from 2 weeks at the Altinersan. We had never been before and we were pleasantly surprised. Location is great for restaurants and beach. Rooms are nice, clean we were on the 4th floor and the housekeeper was so lovely and went out her way to do little sculptures on our bed. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels every second day. Fridge in room was good due to heat. Only thing I would have to say anything negative about would be the breakfast. I understand it is a Turkish breakfast however it was the same thing every day and when you’re there for 2 weeks it gets a bit monotonous. There was no fruit available at all so think that should be looked at. Have to give a special mention to Rose one of the staff who was lovely and so helpful and worked her socks off. Would go back but not at that time of year as too hot and pool area just a bit too busy

A very nice small hotel, clean and simple, no frills but in a good location , five mins to beach and central shops, restaurants and bars. We had a room on the second floor in the adjoining block, clean and loads of storage space, and the biggest walk in shower we’ve ever had in any hotel, anywhere. Daily cleaning and fresh towels if you leave your used ones on shower floor. Air con is a must, and was £56 for 7 nights, fridge and kettle in room (bring your own mugs), safe is down at reception, free. Breakfast 8 - 10, most people done by 8:30, simple turkish buffet style, with occasional hot dish, scrambled eggs, Turkish sausage and of course Chips! Tables inside or on the terrace, all cleared and cleaned quickly. Decent size pool, clean and enough sun beds and mattresses, but need to be up early to get a specific spot in the sun all day. Staff all friendly and efficient, always have a smile and say hello, good morning etc. Overall an enjoyable stay in a basic typical Turkish hotel, would return if the price was right.

We stayed in room 803 for two weeks cleanliness was second to none staff always had a smile and very friendly. My wife thought she had left her rings so I rang the hotel thay went out of there way to check the room meanwhile we found the ring box in the medical box.i can't praise the hotel enough for all thay did

Worse hotel ever and I will not be returning This hotel so dirty 7 cats around swimming pool all day every day , cats poo around swimming pool , some staffs very very lazy specially receptionist her name HEDIYE all she does cigarettes breaks all day , walk around and Skive , soon as boss come to hotel she start wiping the windows or start working until boss go out 😂 she also very rude , arrogant I really don’t know how she keep her job Electric wires hanging out the walls , cleaners doesn’t clean the room properly when I went to use my room toilet cockroach coming out the drain Swimming pool is very dirty I been there 1 week with my family I only seen once someone clean the swimming pool and I had to tell them to clean it couple of times , it is a family run business and most of the staffs are family relatives they think it is ok to do nothing and skive most of the day and do nowt.

The Altinersan Hotel is very clean and tidy all the staff are polite and friendly they do take the time to say hello. All the rooms have a kettle, Fridge and hair dryer breakfast is a Turkish type and plenty to pick from if you want a English breakfast you do have to pay extra. They have a good daytime menu which is good and a good price the swimming pool is a good size they have sun loungers round it. The Hotel is in a great location about 5 minutes walk away from the beach where you have all the bar/Restaurants I stayed here in May and twice last year and will be back again on the 30th August it's a great hotel

We have stayed at the Altinersan several times now. We would not through choice stay at any other hotel in Altinkum. It has everything we need from a holiday base. Staff top rate, food excellent, Service top rate, facilities excellent.

It is a basic hotel but very good. Very clean and the staff are friendly . The breakfast is basic but OK.the pool is ideal for the size of the hotel. There are plenty of sunbeds with padded mattresses. The rooms are OK but the beds are small. The shower is fantastic. All in all very good hotel for what it is.

The hotel offers bed and breakfast. Meals are available to order the the day. The included breakfast is Turkish which is varied slightly daily. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to first beach. With plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Last night here in the hotel. Have thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Location is perfect, just a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are a decent size, no thrills but clean and tidy. The shower head has a habit of falling when you turn it off so be careful as it's nutted me a few times. Food is really nice and very well priced. Breakfast is breads cheeses, pastries, a hot addition changed daily and a variety of jams. Basic but adequate. Cats are friendly. The staff are great especially the cleaner. Not expensive so nothing fancy but a great little find. Oh and the pool is nice but really cold.

Had two holidays in altinkum this year 11 days in July and 3 weeks in aug and September stayed at the altinsain fantastic staff very friendly clean rooms nothing is to much trouble Sammy the owner is very approachable and such a nice man pool area is very good plenty of tables to just chill out can't wait for next year

Absolute gem of a hotel close to beach and restaurants/bars/shops.Nipping clean with fresh towels everyday, staff are always friendly and helpful. Food from the bar menu is delicious. Met some lovely people and would definitely book to stay again. Thanks to you all x

location good. Rooms very comfortable. Kettle and fridge supplied. Staff and management very friendly. Basic buffet for breakfast. 0ther meals available up to 6pm. Nice pool area. Airport transfer offered. Quiet area at night. Hairdressers in same road and small supermarket. Restaurants also close by.

Had a wonderful week stay at this hotel. Room appropriately sized, with aircon available for purchase (£52/week) which was much needed. Lovely outdoor pool, not the warmest though even in September. Staff were lovely and always happy to help. Breakfast had a wide selection and even I, as a fussy eater, found something different to eat everyday. On a couple days, ordered off their lunch menu which was absolutely delicious
