I like the breakfast and the receptionist is very friendly. If the quilt cover can be softer, I feel better.

酒店位置在Ambleside的市中心, 位置方便。員工非常友善，早餐也很好吃，性價比頗高，值得推薦！

湖區的酒店價格虛高。這就是民宿。不知道為什麼價格這麼高。也不知道為什麼評分這麼高？

酒店位置算好，離小鎮中心步行幾分鐘，酒店附近有間中餐廳，餸菜味道很好，算是正宗的中餐味道，不是**口味的中餐。

Excellent stay. Warm welcome and excellent service throughout. Very smart and clean with attractive decor features throughout. Breakfast menu superb - will definitely stay again. Secure and dry storage for bikes. Car parking area also valuable facility.

Loved our stay here. Room was large with a very comfy bed & a lovely en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. We were very pleased to find plenty of tea, coffee and milk provided with the kettle - most places never have enough for more than one cup each. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. A good start to the day & was never too busy as you book a time on arrival. The Townhouse is ideally placed with easy walking into town or down to the lake. Parking is free behind the building but you may need some good reversing skills - some spaces are quite tight! If coming to Ambleside, I can definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Although we were comfortable, my partner and I think there are some things that need improvement. WHAT WE LIKED: - Got great views of the mountains from the top room - we had big windows. - It's so close to the town. A few minutes away from pubs/restaurants so no need to drive. - Staff is very helpful and accomodating. THINGS TO IMPROVE: - Parking is limited and was at the back of the hotel. We had to drag our luggage uphill to the entrance as there was no access at the back. - We didn't like that the sink is in our room and not inside the bathroom. The faucet too is too close to the sink therefore had to turn it on its maximum and creates a loud noise. - Bathroom is small. - Having fridge in the room would be most useful.

Manager Helen easy to talk to and friendly. Staff are very helpful to needs especially at breakfast. Great location only 5 mins from Ambleside shops and 12 mins from the lake Windermere. Parking was easy and room was a decent size too with comfy beds.

Fabulous hotel in the centre of everything...short walk in either direction to amenities. Very welcoming staff ...outstanding breakfast...comfy beds and room...stayed for 2 nights with my son for a mini break...Great location for sightseeing...cannot fault this place at all.

Good quality centrally located accommodation in Ambleside. Really good breakfast option available. Car parking on site. Property located on the main bus route to Bowness. Ableside ferry (Windermere lake) is in walking distance of the accommodation. Plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Would certainly recommend at stay at Ambleside Townhouse

The hotel is fantastic, we would highly recommend. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is outstanding. Located in the centre of Ambleside it is the perfect location for exploring both the town and surrounding areas. Thank you for a brilliant weekend.

The Ambleside Townhouse is an excellent place to stay when visiting the Lake District. It is perfectly located near to the centre of Ambleside with excellent access to shops, restaurants, bus stops etc. The staff are professional, courteous and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and modern. The breakfast is superb. Highly recommended!

Had another fabulous stay here…. Staff were welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great to have on site parking. Spacious and clean room, very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast. Already rebooked for December. First class. Thank you Ambleside Townhouse. 😊
