Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. It was very hot when we stayed, unfortunately there wasn't any air conditioning but a fan was provided. Breakfast is available for 12 E pp, but we didn't try it as there are many great places to eat in the vicinity. We stayed in the chapel room but this room wouldn't be suitable for someone with walking difficulties as it's at the top of a staircase, and there isn't a lift as the building is old. There was mention of a drinks service in the information pack, but no drinks list or price was provided so we ended up just buying some in town and requesting ice in the evening which the hotel were happy to do for us. I had been in touch with the hotel to find information on traveling from the airport and they helped with bus and taxi information. The bus was very cheap at just 1E pp and wasn't too difficult to navigate even though our French is woeful. We just paid the driver as we boarded and there was information on a screen that was helpful too. (601 service) The hotel close the doors at 8pm and there's no receptionist after this time, we didn't have any issues with this as a key is provided so you can come and go as you please. The courtyard layout means that noise does echo a little but we weren't bothered at all. There's a TV in the room, but only has local channels, no fridge and shower only, no bath. Cleaning is done on request and fresh towels and extra coffee and tea can be requested at reception. The light show at the cathedral shouldn't be missed and it's just a few steps away. This isn't a luxury establishment, but I love to stay in family run places and this hotel ticked all the boxes. Can highly recommend a stay here if you are going to explore Amiens.
